I did a design and story overhaul on my delpad baby Skye.

When I first created her 2 years ago, I set her bday to be May 30th, 2022 with dt17.

But due to LP's characterization in dt17 I realized it didn't really work and because of that I had basically let Skye gather dust these past 2 years.

So I completely changed her story making her a 90s baby instead with dt87

Yes I know this means I gotta rework an entire story for Della but shhh

Girl's Personalities of Next Gen Kids? (Amelia, Ivy, Jade, Skye, Ginny and DJ)

Going in order of oldest to youngest

Jade is pretty ambitious if her stress doesn't eat her alive. She loves family but has a hard time rekindling due to her stubbornness and spoiler alert, she dies but I'll go into how a bit later.

Skye is a bit of a scatterbrain. She's very sweet and generally has a good heart. But she's very emotionally sensitive and the slightest bit of disapprovement will completely destroy her day.

Amelia is generally soft spoken and loves to do crafts. Everyone always commentates how she looks like her great grandmother but she doesn't know how to feel about that cause she never met Hortense. But also Amelia acts as the 'mom' of the group. Always trying to keep her cousins and siblings in line.

Ginny much like Huey and Violet, takes the JWG to heart. However she is more hyper than Violet, especially when excited. But she does terribly with sugar (debating on making her type 1 diabetic or just sugar intolerant like Huey). She tries to always find a balance between magic and science, sometimes trying to combine the two.

DJ is a bit harder to come up with cause Delly is actually the one who created her lol. But she's definitely her mother's daughter we'll put it at that lmao. She is for sure the baby of the group and tries to mimic everyone around her, both good and bad. And she loves anything princesses or playing dress up

And yes she is Racer's aunt! Figured that she'd be the closest to the Mallards. But also woohoo! More Dewelyn people definitely an underrated ship! Also yeah I get you, delpad isn't everyone's cup of tea :)

How is Skye's (your DelPad kid) relationship with her older brothers?

OH MY GOSH thank you for asking!! :D

OK so at first the boys had a lot of mixed feelings when Skye was first announced. Webby was immediately on board cause 'Oh my gosh she's gonna be like my little sister!!'

Dewey soon realized that he could get into so much mischief and probably get away with it with her. So he became the bro that would always be like 'Ok, we can both jump off the mansion and steal the sub or the Cloud Slayer/Sun Chaser if you don't tell uncle Donald or Huey'. Cause by the time Skye is old enough to start doing things, the triplets are in their 20s. Dewey is one of the first people Skye goes to in order to have chaotic fun. And she knows he will almost never say no to anything.

Huey from the get go became the stereotypical overprotective relative. Dewey and Louie would often tease him for acting so much like Donald did when they were little. But he does like teaching her survival tactics and Skye loves it when he goes on and on about a topic. He's the smartest duck in the world to her. She's really care free (as 8 year olds are) and that makes Huey an automatic worry wart. He always ends up following behind the group ready to catch her in any situation.

Louie out of the bunch had the most negative feelings towards Skye. He was already struggling with the feeling of Della not loving him as much as everyone else (which is completely false) and immediately came to the conclusion that if another sibling was added to the mix then he would be forgotten forever. He was also very iffy about LP since out of the brothers Louie had spent the least time with him. Della quickly assured him that she would never forget him and while they waited for her to hatch would do all the mother son stuff together.

But anyway from the start Skye immediately adored Louie. He wasn't really fond of babies or toddlers so he tried to keep his distance most times. While Louie was entering his late teens he started getting cheek tufts like Scrooge and Skye loved nothing more than to play with them, which annoyed the crap outta Louie and hurt like a mofo. As she got older he started warming up to her and tried to show her 'all the perks of living lavishly in a mansion'. Louie also tried to teach her to be sneaky and how to get out of a tough situation by looking at every angle. But Skye ended up not being very good at looking at the angles and was very vocal when trying to be sneaky.

Overall she's very happy go lucky with all her siblings and it's always her favorite when her and her siblings are all getting into trouble together.

Aaaaaaaa oh my gosh that's amazing! Honestly I didn't think my fanbaby had that much of an impact on anyone :D
