Redraw of my first Casey drawing that I posted exactly a year ago! 😊

I do wish I had more energy to really show the improvement in my work because this is still very much on the quicker side but I just thought it'd be a nice thing to do today 😊

I remember having some thoughts at the time such as "no one's going to buy this girl as the Boss", "I wish I could draw digital like the cool people" and "when people find out I ship her with Matt Miller I'm going to get ripped to shreds".

Turns out, it was the best possible thing I could have done to start posting on here, and to start drawing again, on so many levels. You're all fantastic. 🫶

OT3 TIME BABY!

Zoo is my awesome friend @zoo-the-saint's Boss and I jokingly tagged something about ot3 on one of their pics in April and now it's real and I adore the 3 of them together so much 😊

This one came about from a few things; I've had an image of these 3 in these particular poses with the words from this song for ages:

And I also knew I wanted it set in autumn. Recently I decided I wanted to draw Matt in a stripy scarf, and then I realised it'd fit the prompt, so I began it a few weeks ago and I've added to it every time I've felt like it, so it's been a nice little comfort piece. 😊

I'm not entirely saying I won't add more to it later, but I think I'm done for now. 😅

I officially have too many villain AU Casey designs but I'm just glad I managed to draw something again honestly! 😊

This one's from a roleplay with @/iamkinzie and @/zoo-the-saint and Casey functions as an antagonist to the Saints.

She's not "evil" per se or even that unpleasant as a person but she's certainly looking to take back what she feels she deserves had Julius left the Saints to her as she did co-fulfil the Playa role at first.

I'd be happy to talk more about this AU if people are interested 🙂

A new WR Casey design, this is from a shared AU I'm working on with @whoredmode. It's a combination of his Ultor AU (I love this AU go check it out) and some ideas I mentioned in my AU list about Playa and Boss being different OCs.

She's a little older than in my main hc because she joined the Rollerz a couple of years prior to the start of SR1. She's friends with Donnie (how else is she going to get her car fixed every other week?) has a mixed relationship with Sharp, and Price can't stand her.

I wanted to say a bit more about the AU itself but I got distracted and now I have to sleep, haha. But the basics would be that in this AU: SR1- Anteros is Playa while Casey is part of the Rollerz, SR2- Anteros becomes a part of Ultor after the coma while Casey does jobs for the Brotherhood before slowly moving over to the Saints, and SR3- Casey takes over from Johnny as Boss and Anteros is a part of the Morningstar.

Rowvember Day 16: Distort.

It's a tenous fucking link to the theme, no doubt about it. But I seem to be getting into drawing all of Casey's ships now, so...

I made this joke to @snail-eggs when discussing Xixi and Casey's heights and I knew I had to draw it at some point. Obviously the above would be an unusually sweet/silly moment for them compared with much of their dynamic.

This ship is mostly just a "what if?" scenario and we both had the same sort of vision that it would be a sr2-era toxic thing, probably headed for tragedy but the love is there. My initial description was "They'd just be getting fucked up, driving, crashing, then fucking in a crashed car." and I stand by that. Carrie made a Pinterest board for them and it was exactly what I was envisioning.

I find it difficult to explain them because it's not the kind of ship I'm drawn to for Boss Casey, at the same time I don't want to invalidate that it would happen? Xixi is absolutely the sort of charismatic person a 21yo non-Boss Casey would follow around like a (bratty attack dog of a) puppy. Carrie would be better to explain what the hell Xixi sees in Casey, presumably being followed around by someone who hangs onto her every word?

My favourite scene for them is just confessing their love for each other while being led away seperately in handcuffs. But a Thelma and Louise type death scene is also appealing.

Anyway my brain's not being particularly eloquent today so I'm just going to drop my favourite song for them and run.
