#danganronpa despair time #drdt #drdt mai #i almost was impulsive enough to get right into making a full body drawing of someone i havent even drew before #ahaha i need to remember to not do that. i kept messing up her face when i tried doing the second sketch so i drew another sketch #to practice drawing her. especially practicing her face. the sketch where i practiced drawing her face is the colored one #although nice and sweet characters are usually associated with rounder shapes i wanted to add a few sharp aspects #to her design. such as her eyes and body #her design is for the most part. a simple uniform although its unique enough to not be boring #her tattoo and hanging jacket and gloves heavily stands out. and to an extent her boots as well. those are unusual aspects #when designing characters with school uniforms #those aspects to her design may hint to her being a ''rebel''. possibly ''carefree'' to an EXTENT. shes probably the ''cool'' one too #her gloves and boots are pretty interesting. those aspects are more associated with characters that are more careful #she could definitely be an activist but is less impulsive and more articulate with her plans unlike xander #her tattoos are so interesting at a young age. with that aspect to her design.. could she be an adventurous person? #at times tattoos are an result of extreme behavior stemmed from strong emotions/motivations. could this be the case?? #id man shes SUCH a mystery and you can have so much ideas with her character due to her design #also yall see that. yall see yall see how much of an OVERHTINKER i am its driving me CRAZBYHGHUGOJGP #mai is very much associated with teruko and xander and david. thats why she is pretty interesting #she could have parallels and contrasts with all of them when it comes to personality. #so her design may have parallel and similarities with all three of them in order to reveal her role in the story and personality #thats actually what i tried to think about while designing her #imagine if i did a mini essay about her design and her possible personality and roles in the game gnigjogp[ #problem is that im not finished planning my design of xander and david. and to an extent teruko but i have a decent grasp of her design #so in result of me changing and devolping xander david and teruko's design. mai's design would likely change devolp as well #yeah uh sometimes a lot of thinking goes into making character designs gnujopgokg. Okay so I barely practiced and made it to regionals like once so im NOT the expert here but uh headcanoning that Jess did air rifle when she was a teen. Like idk if it would be as part of a team like with a high school (what I'm familiar with) vs like an individual thing vs like a travel/competitive team (it depends on the sitch in her area growing up) but she definitely went to some national matches (probably including JOs/JO quals like i think she was GOOD). I think she probably would have quit competitively following a bad shot at nationals (relatable) along with anxiety about competition (ALSO relatable) but still kept up with shooting casually for fun and relaxation and to hang out with friends etc.

She definitely would have shot smallbore competitively too but I never did that bc I was lazy so idk to much abt it competitively

Sorry but I just don't understand how anyone is shocked. Truly what has that woman ever done to successfully convince people that this is out of character for her. Like I don't want to diminish anyone's pain or anything but I see all these stans on here and over on Twitter in all this distress, having their very first epiphanies like "Hold on . . . does Taylor . . . suck??" And I kinda just have to chuckle at them cause like bless your hearts babes, but omg catch UP 😭

Lol because 1) she is a severely emotionally stunted person who thinks edgy British "bad boys" are hot like she's 12 years old, 2) she has no true deeply-held moral principles outside of issues that directly affect herself, and 3) truthfully, she seems to be suffering from a serious crisis of identity after the end of the longest and most significant romantic relationship of her life, and in my opinion is pretty clearly desperate to prove something to the world/her ex/herself.

The first reason is cringe but not news to longtime viewers, the second reason is pathetic but also not news (to those who can be honest with themselves), and the third is . . . understandable in some sense, but not pitiable enough to make me willing to humor this insufferable little episode she's having. I wish her luck on this humiliating rebound journey, but she is gonna have to walk that road on her own.

you see, hypothermia is just the name for when your body gets too cold. the most common cause of this is being exposed to cold temperatures for extended periods of time and/or without appropriate insulation, but there are others

when you experience an allergic reaction, your nervous system is responding badly to an actually benign food particle. while the most famous symptoms of this are anaphylaxis(airways restricting) and vomiting, other things occur as well, including, you guessed it, your temperature dropping

this is not generally as severe as exposed induced hypothermia and in less severe cases should resolve mostly on its own, but it’s definitely something that people(especially those with food allergies) should be aware of
