I cant reply to the first post I had made but I wanted to clear up any confusion. I stated multiple times to LT and Larkin that I did not want this character redesigned because well, I dont fucking give my consent for another redesign of a character that was already stolen and redesigned. I thought I had made myself VERY FUCKING clear to all parties that I spoke to, LT went above my wishes and against my word, thats not okay. LT does not own my character and did not have the authority to do this without my consent. However, when I told LT that the designer of the redesign gave me permission to use the redesign, they told me I wasn't allowed to do that because the designer gave up all rights to the design! The double standards is fucking crazy, but you're allowed to redesign my characters??? I will be attaching the images that I was sent from a helper who had messaged me. When I saw the images, my first reaction was "what the fuck, thats literally my character redesigned. A "neutral party" outside of the report was asked to redesign the character despite my wishes not to have them redesigned. There is no way in hell that the character was designed without my character in mind, thats just no way. This person is also a HELPER and most likely was apart of the case but im not sure. I have been exchanging words with the person who first got the redesign and they did help try to remedy the issue as they felt really bad for everything. They informed me that they had offered Larkin a $25 voucher to commission an artist of their liking to create a new design with the terms that the character thats based off of my own is deleted. The color palette was changed up but alot of the markings are still very close to the original, the OG. Im not making this a big deal because they have some similar markings or they have petals in their fur, as someone said in my last post. This should have ended when the character was deleted but some parties cant take "no dont redesign my character" as an answer. Larkin and LT is causing this escalation. I want to make this clear, I dont believe I own a specific marking or a color pallete, or the rights to using flowers in a characters fur. === This is the original version of Peony's design, along with the redesigns. The person who designed the 2nd image admitted to using the first image as a reference to redesign

Now, here's the image of the new design LT had sent me. Thank you to the person who sent me the new toyhouse profile to get this image, LT's image was horrible. Now. I just wanna take the time to point out all the similarities between the three. I feel like most of it is pretty obvious, one or two similarties would have been fine but no. Again, I don't think I own a marking but the person who redesigned them supposably had no image of my own in mind (impossible) A. The tail, its exactly the same as the redesign as well as almost a copy of the original just with a white tip. B. Ears, it follows the same layout as above C. The paw pad markings, they copied the redesign ref in terms of those D. The flank markings are incredibly similar to the redesign's flank markings but has a little difference but follows around the same E. The freckles under the eyes are F. The left side of the face follows the same route as the redesign G. The usage of the feathers and follows, all are not copied but just are rearranged, the feathers are just moved to the other side of the head, the two images above dont show it but in many of Peony's alt art, she has a feather on the left side of her head and I did show Larkin all the images H. The color pallette : Again, I dont believe I own colors but the pallete is just some alternates to the original colors. If you gave someone a description for a redeisign, theres no way in hell theyd be able to get these colors almost spot on unless Larkin provided an image or a color pallete. I. The legs, the front ones. They're switched. The redesign above has markings on the left leg and markingless on the right, the newest copy just switched that around J. The back legs also follow the same pattern idea as the redesign above. the only difference is the newest copy has a little back leg (?) marking towards the bottom the leg

And yes! I did explicitly tell you that I wasn't comforable aiwht a redesign!

general tumblr etiquette

tag your stuff, they wont be seen otherwise.

do not crosstag (tag a group youre complaining about), or tag unrelated stuff

reblog, reblog, reblog! if you see a post that interests you, reblog! this is super important as there is no algorithm and all the like button does is basically save the post for later

tag triggering things!! [thing] tw or [thing] cw should suffice, dont tag every possible version of a trigger, you only have 30 tag slots, it's the reader's responsibility to block all possible tags as theres no limit on blocked tags. I suggest trigger tagging after the 20th tag as tags after the 20th one dont show up on search (stupid I know) but still gets blocked okay

get a profile photo as soon as possible, this site has a massive bot problem and if youre thought to be one you will be blocked without hesitation

if youre on pc, I highly recommend you get xkit, its a browser extension that helps a lot with your tumblr experience

these are the basics, these have been talked about over and over with twitter refugees as well so I wont drabble on them too much

mogaiblr etiquette

1: keep in mind the intersectionality

the mogai tumblr community has a lot of overlap with other communities, namely the disabled community, nonhuman community and plural community. respect them, and listen to them, for they are your allies. you will see the overlapping community get referred to as "LIOM" a lot (like in my username), it stands for labels, identities and other minorities and is meant to be an all encompassing umbrella.

2: make your posts accessible

as I just said, theres a lot of disabled people in this community, so its important to make your posts as accessible as possible. I will talk more on this later

3: dont be afraid to ask individual blogs

there is no subreddit posting system, and if you just post a general question you likely wont get any answers, if you get seen at all, so dont shy away from asking individual blogs about stuff, if their asks are open, it means they WANT you to talk with them and ask them stuff, so never view it as bothering them. the askbox doesnt always say "asks" and similar stuff though due to being customizable, so just know its the little button to the left of the follow button.

4: check pinned posts

pinned posts are posts that are pinned on top of a persons blog, when you open someones blog, theyll be the first post to be seen upon scrolling down. a lot of people use these to introduce themselves, set boundaries, give request rules, talk about availability, etc. so its important to read these through whenever possible.

more on accessibility

1: image descriptions!!!

its basically where you describe the image, as the name suggests, tumblr has an alt. text function for it but it doesnt always work so little [boxes like this] right under the image is ideal for most, yes it makes it look less pretty, but is your aesthetic worth more than someone whos visually impaired not being able to understand the post? trust me no one cares if your posts are pretty or not. anyway, the ideal way to know how to describe an image is pretend youre explaining it out loud to someone across from you, who cant look at your screen for whatever reason.

2: plain text!

yes, tumblr has a lot of cool text features (like bold or italic, or even colored [PT: like bold, italic, or even colored. end PT]) but this is, again, unfortunately inaccessible, due to tumblr being a broken website it often doesnt register formatted text for screenreaders, plus it can be hard to navigate for people with disabilities even without a visual disability. this goes for fancy text and symbols as well (like stars emoticons or a cursive text font). so you have two options, offer a plain text alternative or dont format text at all. offering plain text can be done in the same way as image IDs (theres even an example above).

3: eyestrain

bright colors are awesome, trust me, Id know, but not everyone can view them properly without a migraine or even worse, a seizure. so its important to tag your posts with eyestrain if you decide to make a brightly colored flag, or even better, do your best to make the flag accessible instead, with slightly duller colors with more (or less depending on the flag) contrast. it doesnt make your flag as ugly as youd think, trust me ^^

4: availability cant do one or more of the things mentioned above for any reasons? dont fret! theres blogs out there that can help you, most of them do this out on their own accord.

currently the most active ones are @plaintextpro , @accessmogai and @transflorall (my blog hehe), who specialize in plain text, image descriptions and eyestrain-help respectively

Ikevamp is gonna recycle the KR images????? hello?????????? I dont know if yall know too much about that version, but the 5stars in eng version had an alt art in KR version.... some of the friend cards did too, along with new cards they made up completely.... they're advertising the white day ones here but those had alts too!

I am so excited for this because it means we might possibly get cards I could never nab in the KR version, but also their alts and POTENTIALLY maybe not the overwhelming effects everywhere. Like on my screenshot, you see how theres so many sparkles around motes hand, and then around her waist in the other? In KR, that shit was flying around constantly and SO overwhelming on the white day cards. Like look at this Napo one

aaaaaAAAAA I'm SO excited. please god let this mean they're bringing over the other cards. I never got the alt Theo and Arthur card... Or the Dazai and arthur one...

Another thing is that a lot of these had stories you could unlock. Not like how it is with Ikepri or ikevamp at times already, where if you get a card sometimes the story is attached. In the KR version, you had to like...level up cards and shit and ...I think you got this seal after leveling them up? I dont remember. But after x amount of wax seals collected, you could unlock a story for the card. I don't remember if these stories were in JP version at all, but I don't think they were. But I wonder if they'll try to recycle those too...I managed to use translate on some of the stories, but it wasn't very comprehensible at most parts.

I've just been looking at Mystia's Izakaya order bonuses for different stores, for the purposes of adding them to the MFC database, and I figured I should share them here too since I do like a lot of them. Preorders close on February 22nd 2024, so if you really want the game and haven't ordered it yet, you have a few days left to do that as of the date of this post.

The image descriptions for everything in this post are in the alt text. I'll mention if I know a store ships worldwide, but I won't if I don't.

I've personally ordered through Amiami, so I'll cover that first, but before even that, here's an overview of the special edition.

First, you of course get the game. It's a switch game, nothing too unique about it in comparison to other switch games. The cover features some nice art of Mystia, Kyouko, Marisa and Reimu, with Youmu and Yuyuko in the background too. It looks like this art is also present on the box for the whole product, and it's featured on another piece of merch later in this post too.

Outside of the game, the special edition also comes with a figure strap of Mystia, some playing cards and a soundtrack. These items have been posted about on the game's steam page here, so feel free to read that if you want to know more about these specific items and see a more detailed image of them all.

Now onto store-specific bonuses, under the read-more:

Amiami

The Amiami bonus is an acrylic keychain of Reimu and marisa, featuring the art that's used for them in-game. I think it's nice that this bonus features characters from the game outside of Mystia and Kyouko, and you'll see that more later on as well.

Through Amiami, you can order the Special Edition, with all the items shared above, or the Regular Edition, with just the game and the order bonus. Or, if you just want the game, you can get that there too.

Amiami ships globally, so you can safely order from here outside of Japan no problem.

Amazon JP

Amazon JP's order for the game has two versions, one with a beer glass and a coaster, and one with only a coaster. The coaster features art from the game of Mystia and Kyouko, and the glass has a very small image of Mystia. I really like these bonuses, I think they're really fitting for the game.

Amazon JP has both limited and regular edition, as well as versions of both with no exclusive bonus, only the coaster or the coaster and glass. But you can choose from the items page, so I'll only link the one

Melonbooks

Melonbooks' bonus is an acrylic keychain of Flandre with her art from the game, which you can get with either the limited edition or regular edition.

I like this bonus. It's about on the same level as the Amiami bonus, it's cute and it's nice to see characters outside of Mystia and Kyouko be included.

I believe melonbooks can be bought from using a service such as Buyee, though I'd look into that yourself if you're interested in it.

Gamers

Gamers' bonus is a tin badge of Flandre. It also comes with some bromides of the EOSD cast. I don't have too much to say about these, I feel similarly to them as the other merch mentioned above

You can buy the limited edition version or the regular edition

and then we have Ebten. Oh boy.

Ebten

Ebten has two acrylic stands of Mystia and Kyouko, in their work uniforms, as well as a plate featuring Mystia and a tapestry of the game's cover art. There's also some bromides. I don't think there's any denying that this is the most impressive set of merch. Theres's a ton of items that're unique when compared to other stores. There's even MORE stuff availible if you go through all the different versions.

p1- "not much to say" YEAH theres fucking nothing to say about his character because there barely is any. we get the smallest glimpse into his mind and personality and it is entirely warped by the psychosis he is currently experiencing to the point where you cannot accurately extrapolate what he must be like outside of this specific point in time.

cannot stand the majority of p1-lovers for this reason. they love the IDEA of him in their head rather than the character that actually exists!!!

for what he is, hes a great and fascinating element of the game but 11/10? the CHARACTER? his character is *just* the story. he cannot stand alone because of that. you are referring to the story and atmosphere of the game. which is great! its a beautiful work of art! i love it! but youre wrong.

p2- 4.5 out of 10 for p2 fuck off honestly. the only reason given here is "got tired of seeing his design everywhere" uhhh he is from the most popular game in this franchise. he is THE character in the most popular game in the franchise, the only one with any personality, and he is popular because of that. i entirely understand disliking him, but god dislike him because hes a disgusting fucking freak or annoying or whatever like someone i respect would. "4.5/10" he has thousands of times the amount of character as p1. there is so much more you can do with him. because he is an entire character. whereas p1 *is* the story, p2 *is* the gameplay. and you play as him!!

p3- i genuinely cannot comprehend liking p3 more than p2. is it because hes more conventionally attractive? is it because hes more normal? whatever. this rating would stand whatever on its own honestly but paired with the others it drives me insane.

bd- "concept art version was way better" you mean the version from before he had a fucking personality?????!!!!!! man i bought the art book ive seen the concept art he looks exactly the fucking same. he still had the gown. do you mean the only piece of art where he didnt have the gown? the one singular image in which he didnt have the gown, the very same gown which was present throughout the rest of the design process? fuck of

"who gave him that gown? who let him walk outside like that" 1. its a DREAM its a DREAM did you play the game this was revealed in the first minute! even if you just looked at the art it *looks* like a dream because it is one! also the gown is based on the blanket hes sleeping under in the real world and its cute as fuck and such a good detail imo.

hes supposed to look silly sillyness is fucking awesome. this gane franchise is silly. p3 is silly. what do you even want....

and on that note personality-wise he is literally just a cross between p2 and p3.

genuinely convinced this person has NOT played or even looked at the game, and the lack of a rating for alt dude only supports this point.

again! it is perfectly fine to dislike him! but god! have a REASON for it, yknow? one that makes sense. like "hes insufferable and annoying and disgusting and the worst" or "hes just lame and boring honestly" or "i dont like his design/the game, because it doesnt appeal to my taste in art"

redux dude- HE IS NEARLY IDENTICAL TO P1 i cannot IMAGINE having this strong of a difference in opinion between them the changes between them are so subtle.

unless! its as i hypothesized and you only like the made up fanonized versions of these characters

p4- lower than p3 i fcuking cant. why. the shade to bd is what really kills me. i dont think youve played any of these games honestly. i dont think you know anything about them.

c*rkscrew rules is such a garbage game with a shitty translation i refuse to belive this is your second favorite dude with that description honest to god. characterwise hes fucking whatever. hes fine. i love him so much. but 10/10? with that description? im fucking scared more than anything. i imagine it must be a joke but im so revolted i struggle to parse the purpose of it.

*picos school... fucking hell, i was never able to finish it as a kid due to lag and not actually knowing i had to shoot the final boss in the dick. but now? i also couldnt finish it because theres not enough lag and they all move like theyre on crack. theres an alt version on flashpoint with regular intended speed and another with infinite health though, so that helped

*why did i play rage platformers as a kid in the first place? ill go back to the ones i liked like this one but im definitely not trying any new ones

sorry but how do you actually get winamp skins to work🥺

winamp is actually a lot easier to have skins work on than other media players i think, i have the most recent version of winamp and im running this skin:

theres 2 main bits of info you need to know, 1st is where your skins folder is, which will be wherever you installed winamp, for me that's "C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\Skins", second is how to open the skins menu in winamp, which has an easy shortcut which is alt + s the skins menu looks like this:

you can load a skin by clicking it in here once youve installed it, old winamp skins come as a .wsz file or a .wal and you just double click them to install, and newer ones sometimes come as a folder of lots of images which you cut and paste into the skins folder for it to show up

there's loads of cool skins at winampheritage.com/skins and u can always find them by searching whatever u need + winamp skin on google images!

THE STORY OF ELLOIT

So here I will saying the story of how Elliot and Allyun became to be.

to set the scene I need you to image a few things here:

a 23 year old young black girl who has recently gone through a semi hoe phase because she was cheated on by her long term fiancé, at a HBCU themed party for the Kappas. she is in a sheer shirt, with a corset on, a black and blonde banged wig, and her one of many most noticeable features, her big lips with black lipstick on them. she is basically the definition of an alt black girl. septum piercing done, nose ring in, not really wanting to be there but is there because her friends tell her she has to go out eventually, other than to meet boys.

she is incredibly high and incredibly drunk. she is searching around to see any fimiliar faces that she may know outside of friends, and she sees him. she sees this boy and everything around her literally stops. she turns away and tries not to get to excited, but she looks at him again and they lock eyes. she feels herself smiling at him..nothing to big or flashy. just a very cute little smile and she looks away quick. in that very moment. she knows what she then has to do.

she turns and she tells her friend theres a really really cute white guy over there and she wants..she needs to talk to him. so she does it after her friends push her to go for a little. he's by himself on the wall sitting because before you knew his situation and why he was there, he was also incredibly High and was tripping, from what he said. you tell him he's super cute and you like his hat and hair..just trying to engage in conversation. and he says thanks and you stand next to him awkwardly before you run back to your friends a nervous wreck. at that moment..you knew it was something, and you need to know him more. so you hatch up a plan to get your friends to talk to his friend so you can talk to him. and it worrkkss!!!

you guys talk until the end of the party and you start talking on snapchat. and you've never been more happier. you've never felt this crazy..impossibe...amazing connect.. youre scared and youre nervous and you need it to work out because what you feel for him is genuine love. its compassion. its raw emotions. (basically if you could imagine the song Turning Page by Sleep at last playing as slide of like the perfect life and couple going by..thats our relationship essential)

dont get me wrong, we fight. we get on each others nervous, we pester each other, and we sometimes cannot stand to be in the others presence when the other has done the most stupidest thing..but we always talk it out. we always figure it out. we always forgive each other. we always try to understand each other.

when I met him, I was broken..I was less of a women more or less and I couldn't figure out what and who I wanted to be. I felt like I didn't have a purpose. but he's helping me figure that out. he's correcting the things that another man did to me, and I want to be the best version of myself with him because he deserve that much. he deserve to have the women of his dreams, and I want to fit that mode just as he is doing for me.

all of this to say, I've been with Elliot for only about 6 months( 6 months on the 30th of this week!! so Friday!!!!) and I couldn't be more thankful for the good habits he's helping me with. all one big reason I started this was because of him. I needed a way to express myself and I love to write and talk so why not do this?!

needless to say, I am more thankful for him. he has not only improved my way of life, but my way of thinking as well. I adore him and everything he does. I love this man.
