I have always found the conversation between Porsche and Porchay by the pool to be so unsatisfying. Porsche never takes responsibility for lying to his brother, never tells him that he'd been given the opportunity to go back to him for good and he chose not to, and barely even apologizes. Now, from his perspective, it's easy to see that he doesn't exactly feel sorry because he truly believed leaving was necessary, and everything else has been so wildly out of his control that even his feelings for Kinn count among those things. So, of course he focuses on the present. It's what he's been trained to do now. He may not be a bodyguard anymore, but the practice is sticking. And yet, it makes me hurt for Porchay so damn much because he never gets a proper understanding of how and why and when his brother changed. He still loves Porsche, but when they hug, he doesn't say, "I missed you." He says, "I miss you," because the Porsche he knew is not the same as the one in front of him, and he didn't get a proper chance to say goodbye to him.
