Hi hi i heard you wanted some headcanons!! As always this is /lh, not meant to be taken that seriously, agree to disagree, yada yada all that good jazz lmao. Most of them are pretty crack-y in nature as well, they're just meant for fun lol. And with that, I'll compile my miles long headcanon list into (mostly) sorted by character for everyone's convenience lmao

- starting off strong with trans EJ! Idk why but do headcanons really need a reason? (I do know why) (i like to make my blorbos suffer 💖) (and also [diverges your neuros] [transes your genders] [homos your sexuals]). Also biromantic asexual king

- more EJ because he's THE blorbo. Boy is british asf and he knows BSL and is learning ASL. Touch averse as well. I feel like EJ would actually be a decent if not great cook.

- EJ purring like a cat when he's content/happy? I think yes! Also has a tail with one of those tail tuft thingies? Kinda like lions if you know what i mean. And the pointy ears (peak character design yaknow)

- moving on. I feel like Jeff knows how to play an instrument. Probably electric guitar. He also has like a bajillion band t-shirts. Jeff also likes to take long, hot showers but hates to comb his hair lol

- while Brian cooks food so bad/raw it could as well just still be alive, Toby is either a great cook or a disaster in the kitchen with seemingly no indicator for which one it's going to be on any given day. I'm talking managing to burn a pot of water one day and cooking a michelen star worthy meal the next.

- Kagekao is actually fluent in English and speaks and understands it perfectly, he just refuses to speak it. He takes great amusement in watching other people lose their minds over this

- speaking of languages, i feel like Toby would be bilingual if not multilingual. He speaks English and German, maybe even Spanish if we're going the multilingual route

- also. Oh my god. The generational difference between BEN "memelord who quotes vines like there's no tomorrow" Drowned and Slenderman is just. I cant stop laughing thinking about it. Any given conversation between these two is just a gamble on who is going to lose it first

- BRVR is kinds Lost Silver's pet but also not really? Like he just kinda goes wherever but Lost Silver mainly takes care of him

- LJ he/it truther

- Me and a friend came up with this which probably explains why it is cracky as fuck but hear me out. Jeff as a makeup artist. He made Slender look like Beyonce once. No one knows how he did it and how he's not dead (the answer, as my friend said, is "no one can hate Beyonce")

- i feel like Toby, BEN, and Jeff would be like. The chaos trio. God knows what will happen when you put the three of then alone in a room together

- i also feel like Brian sunburns really easily.

- Tim is one of those dads that wants to leave in the middle of the night for road trips / holidays to avoid the traffic jams

OGHGH OKAY SO SO SO 💥💥💥 I am about to ramble so hard

There's a world in my head I refer to as "Immortals and those of Abnormal Living." I can add more characters, but at this point in time, there is Carmen, Luca, Silas, Ajani, Nicki, Belinda, and Micah. (Technically also Darcy and Fern, but they're not fleshed out enough)

It's about a group of immortals (or those of abnormal living) travelling together, mostly with the goal of finding a way to reverse their immortality. But the thing is, they're all immortal (or abnormal) through different means.

Carmen and Luca are two siblings stuck in a reincarnation loop, forever together and always doomed to die at the same age. Carmen is aware of this, Luca is not. Luca cursed the both of them out of anger and despair when he was 17 in their first lives, intentionally shattering his own soul in the process so that he would not remember any of it, while Carmen would as a punishment. It's now Carmen's goal to give Luca a happy life out of remorse, repair Luca's soul over the lives, and find a way to undo the curse on both of them while not telling Luca what he once did. I always have such a hard time explaining them in a short paragraph, I feel like so many details get lost through the gaps?? They mean everything to me.

Silas is a... sorta god of a forest! A guardian of the forest, to be exact. He grew up bonding with the formless and nameless god of a forest, who he eventually began to view as his mother. On the fourth of July, he came to the forest as he was dying, so that the trees that had raised him far better than anyone else had would be his final resting place. The god had believed that it could handle this, as all humans come to pass, but found that it could not. And so it revived him into an immortal guardian of the forest. Silas (whose name was Caileigh at this point) thanked the god by sacrificing it his name, finally giving the forest a title. In return, the god gave him the name Silas. He's a healer and can do mild elemental bending, with the exception of fire. He is q6, he pretty much wears moss, he has a severe phobia of fireworks due to them literally always being in the background during every unfortunate event, he's narcoleptic, and I like to view July as his month <3 happy Silas month.

Okay let me speed through the rest djghdh

AJANI. Uh uh pretty much the god of Death had several several children who would compete for the role of being a reaper at his side, Ajani being one of those children. Due to the environment he was used to, he tricked his way into tagging along with the group of immortals by lying to them that he could be useful to their goal, unaware that they would've taken him in anyway had he just asked. He is 17. In the little plotline in my head, he loves Silas, and Silas loves him.

Nicki is Ajani's adopted little sister. She calls him Nini which I find fun. She's not really immortal, but she only ages every fifty years. Ajani is pretty much making sure that she stays alive.

Belinda is a ghost trying to find her wife's ghost so that they can move on together. Fancy little butch in a wedding tuxedo. I don't have a whole lot to say on her, but I like her. She's friends with Micah.

Micah is a vampire! He was once human, but was turned. He is also a hitman. I need to flesh him out more, no pun intended, but I like him a lot. He's close with Luca, but Carmen does not like him.

Hi Laura! Congratulations on your Tumblr anniversary! That's very exciting! 🥰 I am super thrilled about your underappreciated blorbo event, so how about some Henry thoughts? I feel like he's really underrated (even by me 😅 who rarely talks about him despite him being one of my favorite characters in the series. Sorry Henry 🙈). I think I'll let you answer with your thoughts first, and then (maybe) I'll share some of mine too! Could you please answer the following?

🤝Their friendships? Any thoughts on those? (I always wondered if he and Vanessa might become good friends after connecting on both having been essentially locked up and isolated from other people for so long. They have a bit of a "[Former] Caged Birds Club" in my mind, and Henry kind of looked out for her from afar from the time she first arrived at the hideout and made sure she always had big windows in her rooms (and was close to the exit) since he really sympathized with her backstory).

I'm super happy to have you around for the event and I'm glad to hear that you like it! ^^ Henry is definitely on the underrated spectrum (I mean, it's because of him that the BB base is a transformer), so I'd gladly oblige ^^

🍂What is their strength as a person?

Henry's strength as a person I think stems from his patience. I mean, he has to be patient, because he's only able to speak at half the pace most people are, and it must be frustrating to him. So, he's had to learn to be patient with himself. And I think that since he has only had enough mana to barely stay alive for a good while, he also needed to adapt and learn quickly when it came to using his magic for more than a few adjustments here and there to the base.

He's giving himself time to learn, and taking it step by step. Which is an important quality and skill to have in a person. And I think it's that quality in him that also translates onto how he converses with others, allowing them, too, to take their time, which emphasizes how empathetic he can be. Because having actually time to formulate your words for someone willing to listen is a rare thing.

He has a lot of good qualities to him, but I think that his patience has allowed a lot of them to come to the surface in the best of ways.

🌼What is their strength as a character?

I think that the mystery that surrounds Henry makes him a good character. We still don't, really, know the condition he has that causes him to drain mana from others. Is it a curse? A disease? Something else? I think I saw someone suggest that Henry could be half giant similarly as Charmy is half dwarf. Which... would be interesting considering they take and supply mana, so they're in a way counterparts of each other.

But the fact that Henry is a mystery, allows them to have things like... a moving base, which is unlike any others, and would come as a surprise to most. He's an ace in the sleeve of the BBs.

🌻What is their weakness as a person?

Perhaps inability to relate to others? We haven't seen him open up to a lot of the characters, but I imagine that he'd find it difficult to relate to others due to being bedridden for most of his life and secluded from the world. He is patient and empathetic, but he probably needs to learn to understand the way it is for people who can come and go as they please, before doing more than just listening, quite simply because it can be very difficult for him to say anything.

As the series progresses, he gets around more and befriends the Bulls better, thus making him closer to them and able to find things to relate on, but I think it's very much a learning journey for Henry too.

🤝Their friendships? Any thoughts on those?

Asta is probably his very first human friend (I say "human" because animals probably visited him before that), so he'd be the obvious choice to talk about when it comes to Henry and his friendships. And, in a way, since Asta didn't have magic and Henry didn't have magic to spare, due to... well, using it to live, I think they have a footing to connect on that aspect as well, though I don't think they talked about it when Asta came to chat in the early days when he was the only one to really connect with Henry due to being the only one really able to do so.

But aside of Asta, I think that Vanessa and Secre could both fall into the "caged person" thematic, since Secre was trapped as Nero for 500 years and Nessa was trapped in a literal cage, while Henry was... I suppose both, trapped in his own body that drains mana from those around him, and in his home due to said condition. But I could see Henry creating kinds of "nests" for both Nessa and Secre so that they'd have a comfy place to be. I don't mean a literal nest, but just a cozy nook for them to exist, because sometimes life is overwhelming, and even on a subconscious level I think he was able to relate to them. And though Nessa and Secre weren't able to come and chat with Henry as much, at least they felt cared for by their new home at the BB hideout.

Hi, Aim! 😊 I'm not sure if you've seen the finale of She-Hulk yet, but I'd love to ask about your thoughts and feelings about it if you have, because, man, do I have mixed feelings about it and I'd love to hear what you have to say about it.

Ooh... wow. Marvel literally admitted that they have no idea how to write women's stories, didn't they. Like, "we SO don't know how to write women's stories that we're going to do a weird meta thing about not knowing how to write women's stories and hope that you think it's charming." Like, "we're going to get out of having to write an actual finale because we always flub those AND we're going to get out of writing a woman's story" in one fell swoop. Whoo. Wow. That was a choice.

Also the meta level of the MCU existing within a universe where the characters are real casts like, Hydra, in a REALLY weird space. And like, Steve. Like, are we supposed to go back and rewatch all of the MCU movies through a lens of them being reality shows that the characters know they're being filmed for but have no control over their actions within?? Is Tony dying in Endgame the equivalent of an in-universe snuff film?? Did a film crew sit there and watch Bucky get tortured and young Natasha and Yelena get human trafficked and do nothing?? THIS IS A WEIRD MOVE, MARVEL. IT'S A WEIRD MOVE THAT WAS NOT THOUGHT OUT.

(Also isn't the blood LITERALLY supersoldier serum, Jen? Like that's what Bruce was trying to make when he Hulked?? It's all supersoldier serum. Green Goblin, Hulk, Abomination, it's all supersoldier serum. It's the literal lifeblood of the Marvel Universe. That's why supersoldier serum stories keep showing up??)

I liked Jen/Matt at the cookout at the end. Marvel does like ending their shows with cookouts, apparently.

And I DO like that they didn't go a "the stealing the blood was the real villainy" route and did go the "the act of trespass into her life was the real villainy" thing instead because it's true, but the way they played it is just going to make the real Intelligencias/Reddits/Chans of the world even more pissed off about women and women's stories (and about the direction of Phase 4/5/6).

I liked Nikki and Pug being such good and genuine friends to Jen, because we don't get to see very many Marvel characters have friends. Pretty much just Scott, and his Wombats aren't going to be in Ant-Man 3 and I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT :(

Kevin Feige self-inserting as an omnipotent, all-powerful brain was... a lot. May I direct you to my most recent guest spot on @idontgettechnology's podcast "I Ship It," which was titled "We Have To Talk About Kevin"? Because I think it's time we talked about Kevin. The man thinks he's FRIDAY.

Also I hope we DO see Jen on the big screen because I love Tatiana Maslany and I have so little interest in a Planet Hulk storyline that doesn't involve Gladiators!Steve/Bucky that it's hard for me to put it into words. Like, Bruce is... fine. But I have no attachment to Bruce. He's the Avenger I always forget about. And no Hulkling for Billy??? What is the POINT?

UNLESS it's a hint that they're doing a BATTLEWORLD storyline, hence Jane being alive in Valhalla and we're going to get a BATTLEWORLD: Thors series, which might be fun because more Natalie Portman and also a noir crime story vibe, but also, I'm very tired.

Just mush Jen in with Scott, Cassie, Hope, Shang-Chi, Katy, and Eddie Brock and do a West Coast Avengers thing. Give them A Villain that they need to stop, and then have them stop That Villain. Matt can come, too. But the nested plotlines within plotlines that never end up coming to fruition are too much. There's too much stuff! Too many things!!!

I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHEN STEVE IS COMING BACK FROM THE MOON AND I WANT WANDA TO BE ALIVE, I'M A SIMPLE WOMAN! I want simple things from my Marvel consumption! I want my blorbos and plotlines that make sense! And I want Steve and Bucky to kiss on the mouth!
