#until it backfires because Wille has finally moved himself outside her control

Sometimes you´re out grocery shopping and idly browsing the frozen veg section when you suddenly remember that the queen threw up after Erik´s death when Wille said he´s always been compared to his brother and Wille threw up when he realized he´s going to have to keep being crown prince.
And you think about similar reactions to stress of parent and child and you remember the queen told Wille to take three deep breaths when he freaked out over Simon´s date and how she sends him to therapy to control his outbursts (ugh).
And you think where did it all go wrong that she can´t ever connect with her son when she´s obviously got some experience in that department. I think we meet her so far into her own history of controlling her emotions that she´s unable and mostly unwilling to connect even when Wille is outright asking her to be his mom (gah!), because oh hey, those would be more emotions she would need to allow to break through, and those walls are staying. Maybe in her mind even for Wille´s own good, to teach him how it´s done.
And there´s certainly reasons for those walls and it´s probably part self-protection and probably people telling her from a young age she needs to have them, and probably also because she´s a woman on the throne, so people would probably insist a little extra on them.
The most honest and raw I´ve seen her in the show is the moment she throws up.
(I usually question what she´s saying to Wille or August, no matter what warm or soft tone she´s using about what the court allegedly wants her to do, how it´s not really her, and how she actually supports Wille etc, as she´s been proven to manipulate Wille (and August in S2) into doing what she thinks is best for the institution she´s the head of. The one whose survival is always the priority, as per her own words.)
She´s shown to do royal business in what looks like pyjamas after all, the most casual and private of clothes, telling us there´s no separation, ever, that she´s always the queen. She rolls her eyes at her son after ending a phone call in which a rattled Wille sits among shards of glass negotiating with her (!), after she wanted to forcibly remove him from school. She doesn´t ever truly seem torn or conflicted, except that one time she throws up.
When her emotional core literally breaks its way out of her against her will.
No wonder she completely underestimates Wille and the depth and power for change his emotions hold after he´s finally allowed some therapy (that he could have used long ago just for growing up in that institution) and experienced actual emotional growth and healing instead of using it for control like she probably has. No wonder she and the court collectively underestimate Simon and what his love, what their love and connection mean to Wille. (Looking at you, Jan-Olof, allowing Wille a moment with Simon, you fool!) It´s simply been too long behind those impenetrable walls that she can´t even see it anymore. Until her son shows her. And you wonder if he´s even breaking through to her, or if she´s just been confirmed in her fears about his emotional unruliness and will dig in deeper inside her fortress. (Another time if feels like we see some honest emotion from her is of course in S1 when she´s visibly angry as she says that nobody ever chooses the royal life, so maybe Wille can relay Boris´ message about choosing how to live your life to her? Maybe she´s not beyond Boris´ wisdom. Anyway.)
The show shines such an unforgiving light on that institution that chokes all feelings and individual freedom out of you, especially over such a long time as with the queen, but I love love love how hopeful and defiant Wille´s journey of deliberate progress is in the face of it.
And I do hope he´ll continue therapy and never allows his own walls back up once they´re down.

I COME BACK WITH THOUGHTS/THEORIES ON ITADORI AND HIS RELATIONS- I THINK.
anyways, so i'll just point this out: i'm not good at speaking my thoughts in an organized manner. i absolutely suck at it, i speak on how my brain brings up the thoughts so i might ramble, get over my head in a thought, etc. i can't control it so i apologize in advance for the jumpiness of the texts. i will spell a lot of things wrong and not everything will be correct, as i read translations and on a manga site. don't worry it's not illegal, i believe.
MANGA SPOILERS AHEAD.
Tumblr media
i apologize for my absence! last week or two weeks ago the tower to my computer completely broke and will not turn on. i tried to repair it and follow my fathers instructions but nothing worked. even cleaned off the fan and went through countless nights readjusting things. it's not my cords either so to help me out my father is working extra shifts to get me a new pc. so in the meantime i'll do small posts like these but not full writing/head canons until i have a computer tower lol. a family member was kind enough to allow me to have their phone while we work throughout this issue.
now onto the actual topic:
kenjaku and itadori's relationship. ( family wise ).
for context in the most recent chapter, 160 "colony" kamo shows up in sasaki's home and talks to her about the culling game and a barrier. but that's not the point, the point is as he's guiding her to the barrier inside her "dream" at the end he says "oh right. i almost forgot to tell you. thank you for getting along with my son." and then she is awakened inside the barrier, in her pajamas beside iguchi. when sasaki and iguchi look at the barrier and gather themselves they bring up kamo.
sasaki asked iguchi if he mentioned his son and he says no. this leaves sasaki in a state of confusion when itadori flashes in her mind. she says his name aloud like she finally connected the dots. now. why am i bringing up this whole kenjaku thanking sasaki for being his "son"'s friend. it throws me off because why didn't he thank iguchi?
did he not think iguchi meant their friendship? because sasaki was the one uninjured and still counted itadori as a friend? does iguchi not consider itadori as a friend anymore?
because we haven't seen these two at all since the incident. that raised many questions in me. as well "how can itadori be related to kamo?" and itadori is related to choso.
Tumblr media
because kamo's technique is explained ( vaguely. we are aware he can create barriers, take over bodies, and has incredible cursed tools. chapter 134. this is also where choso makes his connection ( i believe. ) to itadori yuji as his brother. but because we saw this with todo many thought itadori just had another unconsious technique that allows the person who is hit create false memories and believe of a completely made up relationship with itadori without his knowledge. but alas, i was wrong. ) and we're given more hints shown than told ( imo ) i tried my best to make sense out of the situation and what he said. i think my conclusions are pretty solid, so continuing on.
we're given very little history on itadori, his past, and family. at the start of the manga we know that itadori's only family he knows is his grandfather and that he is ill in the hospital. at the very very beginning we learn that itadori is your average cute, fluffy, laid back but strong and goofy protagonist. in smaller words: itadori is kirby but even cuter and dumber.
my first impressions of him is a pineapple. if you're confused to this saying: it's calling a person prickly on the outside but sweet on the inside. and this is true, itadori's grandfather seems prickly and cold on the outside but he genuinely cares for itadori.
he raised itadori for all we know and did that with his all in assumption. but this ends up backfiring onto itadori, because he cares so much for his grandson - he ends up leaving a " curse " on yuji.
help people. save them.
itadori takes this to heart as his grandfathers speech is his last one. when he looks over to his grandfather the man is dead and now yuji is left alone. then the following events occur.
at this point in time i assumed itadori was an orphan ( he technically is if we're connecting the dots. his parents has not been shown, he doesn't speak of them, they aren't in the picture. we can conclude either they disowned itadori or died before he could make complete memories of them. )
but when we are shown in chapter 143 itadori's parents we see this "woman" jin ( yuji's father ) and his grandfather talking about has the same scar pattern. this scar pattern is either stitching ( assuming that is how kamo keeps the top of the opened skull from coming off. this is also how kamo revealed his cursed technique / body of sorts ( the brain, assuming that is kenjaku in his cursed technique and not the body / puppet he is controlling " getou suguru " ) to gojou. )
Tumblr media
this is the only way i find kamo being able to assign itadori as his son. why is that you might be asking this dumbass here.
we do not have the full story, exact date, location, and full context of the memory/dream itadori is having. this cannot be fake either because kamo would than have no reason to call itadori his son. or is there? anyways.
take a leap of faith with me. imagine that before itadori is born ( he seems no more than a few weeks or days old in this memory. hence why i am thinking my conclusion is pretty solid in theory. but yknow gege, there might be something different. ) anywhooo.
TW. D3ATH/IMPLYING ANTI LIFE ATTEMPT
kamo had to have taken over yuji's mothers body after an accident OR after she gave birth to yuji. his grandfather is interrupted by her before he can finish his sentence but it seems to be leading to the conclusion that either kaori ( yuji's mother ) died while giving birth to yuji or kaori could not conceive and tried to take her own life or cause an accident that would take her life. ( i read a fan translation for this part but im pretty sure i also read the official translation today too and it added up to the same. )
i believe in the first idea, but since kamo's cursed technique wasn't explained in detail i don't know the conditions of his body technique. does the original host of the body have to be dead? can he regenerate body limbs ( i highly doubt. getou lost an arm during his fight with yuta. overconfident dick. reminding me of an ex ANTWAYS. i forgive him for being overconfident smooch. he learned. OFF TOPIC but continuing on i promise.
this is being continued from the cut off point. i'm so upset so it'll just be summarized. i can't believe this shit lol i took three hours just to finish it for it to literally cut off the bottom half.
Tumblr media
continuing on in a sadge mood. kamo must not have the complete ability to take over a body. after all getou took his only arm he had as he was dying and choked his own body to his full ability. getou was willing to die ( possibly, you never know he could be alive if he killed his own body. moving on. ) just to have the chance to save his friend from being swallowed by a damn box.
so there has to be a chance that kamo cannot fully take over the previous persons complete consious and memory of their body. if getou still had his other arm after losing the fight to yuta, he could've choked kamo with both arms. in theory kamo wouldn't be able to control the right arm and die to the previous host choking him to death.
so why wouldn't the other hosts do it? after all, kamo did say it was his first time experiencing such a thing. assuming kamo has lived throughout many bodies in his 150+ lifespan none of the previous hosts could take control of their body.
i believe getou was completely influenced by gojou and his six eyes. there is no way gojou would even try to speak out to his friend unless he had an inkling or saw getou still in there. helpless and without the ability to save himself from the cage he's in.
being used and puppeteered in his own body by an external force. laughing in the world he could not. putting getou into a constant misery and defeat that he couldn't escape his hell. the one he tried so hard to fight and get out of. even if it was the wrong path.
gojou was the last person to witness getou dying. he had to watch getou bleed out after their conversation because he couldn't bring himself to kill his friend. the one he spent his whole jujutsu student life with. so for gojou to say such a thing to getou despite all that he did had to break getou out of his misery and give him that small sliver of hope that he could do something. of course he failed, but i doubt that's going to be the end of that.
the only way i see kamo being related to yuji is if he took over kaori's body before the pregnancy. assuming that when kamo takes over a body he becomes one with said body and is that person for however long he lives in said body. my only thing is, can he take over a persons body whilst they are alive? i would go more in depth like i did the last time but i am extremely upset about my work being erased so that's the end of this part.
thank you for reading! i have one more thing for you though.
the last time we see sukuna in a manga page after the shibuya incident is where he is on his throne and in his domain. this is after yuji is stabbed by yuta and is presumed "dead" at the time. he seems to be interested in yuta and i can think of 2-3 things. I would love to hear your theories too so don't be afraid to barge into my dms like the koolaid man.
A - sukuna is interested in Yuta because of his ability to use the reverse healing technique ( only a few sorcerers know this. sukuna being the first. shoko being the second one to be told that she has this power and then gojou. ) because of this he sees potential in yuta as well or has added this boy into his plans. after all, there is very few that can make sukuna make an expression that isn't an RBF. aka megumi and possibly gojou. I was looking at the page of him stabbing yuji and noticed we only see the entry point of where the blade enters. it's smaller because some got chunked off so its a possibility yuta used this to his advantage when "killing" yuji and instead hit an artery that could kill him but quickly healed him afterwards. or just his heart. the ideas.
B. Rika, Yuta is able to completely control Rika as shown. Even though he claims he is on the weak side, these two combined seem like an unstoppable force. He may be interested in Rika as she is a curse that has been put on someone that can fully control it. Not many people is shown to be able to control their curse. As we haven't met many.
this was enti and that's the last of my post! thank you for reading and it was a fun one. even though i had to restore this shit. anyways, i'd love you to add or fix up my ideas and tell me your thoughts and opinions! Thanks a bunch!

💚- A memory that makes them feel guilty (PATRICK)
Feeling… Pensieve? || Still Accepting || @the-defected-one
If asked about his life - there is little that Patrick could say he looks back on with regret or shame. Though he is not without his (anger) issues - he is a Hufflepuff - he has never let someone else take the blame for his mistakes, and the only time he’s lied to his parents, as see through as glass, is to protect his siblings from their rightful punishment. He will, uneasily, admit that yes… Perhaps he has fallen quite far from God’s good graces and he doesn’t go to church as often as his mother would like… But he is - he likes to think - for the most part, a good person.
He doesn’t lie, he doesn’t steal, he’s generous and kind… He’s never bullied anyone - never got into a fight with someone who didn’t deserve it* - and he’s never been the slow knife, slowly twisting in someone’s gut. It’s not within his nature to embark on an insidious path of revenge, burning the joy of a rival or enemy to the ground.
He does… He does lack some scruples when it comes to women (and men). And he’ll admit that… He doesn’t really go out seeking a relationship. He’s commitment phobic, or… Whatever.  And the thing… The thing with that is - he’s perfected the art of the pickup and he’s got an eye for the kind of girl who, like him, wants a one-time thing (well, honestly, maybe a two or three-time in one night kinda thing). The kind of girl who’s not going to get her heart broken. He has mastered removing intimacy for an intimate act - he rarely takes women back to his, if he can avoid taking them to a bedroom at all that’s a boon.
And relationships that have lasted longer than one night - are very physically based and he doesn’t make promises he can’t keep and he actively distances himself because he’s not out to break hearts, and if he doesn’t let them get attached
And you know - he figures - if he meets a girl and she’s got a guy… But she’s willing to step outside of that relationship..? Well - he’s been told to stay away from things that aren’t his… But, was she really yours if she wanted him so bad? (And let’s not let him get into the disrespect you’re showing ‘your’ woman there, boyo.)  Then beyond that ‘is your man waiting at home for you?’ isn’t a question he tends to ask… Ignorance being bliss and all that.
But there are times that… That he has made mistakes.
And like - when they boyfriend or whatever finds out. It’s… Not great but you know. Usually, they’re angry and Patrick can convince himself that the man yelling in both their faces is an arse and yeah - okay - he’ll let the guy get his licks in and the odd hex here, or punch in the face is his penance but what happens now is between them. Patrick can walk away and live his life.
And given how Patrick is - discovery doesn’t happen often (he doesn’t tend to entertain long-term affairs after all) but one time… One time it did? It backfired spectacularly.
*Deserving it may actually be a very subjective thing however so… Take that point loosely.
This - this was unwise. Patrick knew it - he did, he did… But as Ros swept his fingers through his hair, fingers curling to pull on it as she reached the crown of his head - the only place it was long enough really to do so - his blood rushed south and he tried to stop thinking about it. Thrashing about in a supply closet like a pair of eels with their lips glued together was hardly dignified; doing so at an office party was stupid. But when she’d brushed against him, making sure he’d seen her slipping away and given him that smile…
He’d known Ros had a family, known it before he’d seen her walk in with them tonight seen them waving at him from pictures on her desk. Her husband, her kids - they were part of why, he guessed, things had lasted so long between him. Ros was older than him and obviously not interested in leaving her family. No chance of intimacy. No risk of a romance with expectations. But by God, she was sexy and naughty and what they had wasn’t love but he loved it.
He swept his hands up her sides - how far was she going to take this - here - with only a door separating them from their colleagues and their families? Her hands moved to his belt, working the leather through the buckle and he figured he was about to get his answered when the door swung open with a bang.
He’s expecting a fight - honestly, he is - and he’s already got a hand going for his wand because… Because, if he’s honest, he kind of wants it… Although he won’t cast first - because… Because a small part of him knows he deserves it. Or maybe, thinks that Frank deserves to vent his anger somewhere. The fight doesn’t come, however, because as Ros peels her body from his, exposing him to the air - chilled slightly by his choices - Frank is striding away, the crowd parting for him - and without a backwards glance, even for her children - Ros is following.
For a few seconds - no one speaks and then, slowly - normalcy returns, or at least. Some impression of it. Someone with sense removes the kids he’s been trying very hard not to look at, Eyes follow him as he leaves the closet - but no one approaches to admonish (or praise) for his actions. He spots his partner across the room - a feat, given that Tim is shorter than probably every other man there - and there’s a brief, silent conversation between the two which communicates that he’s fine and they’ll talk later.
He sits at the first desk he finds unoccupied and he drinks. No one approaches and he wonders if he is a pariah now for his tryst - which he assures himself must be the first of many Ros has engaged in - or for the energy that rolls off him like heat - the coiled need to fight something, a fire snuffed prematurely and left as glowing embers.
When someone finally joins him - female flesh wrapped up in silver dress robes - he is, at least, a little drunk but no longer in the mood for fooling around. The only thing he’s ever liked more than that is fighting and the itch of want is turning to anger and he hates Frank and he hates everyone here and he was just about to leave - so he refuses to lift his gaze until they speak.
“That looked like fun, earlier.” There is a tension in the tone he doesn’t quite pick up as he looked up at her. “You wanna give me a whirl, huh?”
“You’re a bit young for me.” He states dryly and it’s true. The girl - familiar looking as she is -  perching on the edge of the desk could barely be out of Hogwarts.
“Yeah? You’re a good guy huh? Is that why you were fucking my mum?”
The dots, slowed down as they were by alcohol, connected. Ros’ daughter - her eldest child. “Marie… Shit… I wouldn’t say that we were-”
“Oh I’m sorry - was it-? Was it love? Were you two making love?” He understands the anger, he does. He’s never felt what she must be feeling, thank God, but he’d be pissed too.  “Is that what it was? Do you love-?” He knows the question that’s coming and there is no right answer to it - he knows the honest answer but unless he wants to see her become apoplectic with rage he has to avoid it, so he interrupts.
“Your mum loves you, she loves the three of you very, very much.”
There is a second where Marie’s expression twitches, before twisting back to anger. “There’s FOUR of us! My brothers, me AND MY DAD!” She’s left him speechless with that, and so she continues. “What-? What were you thinking? That’d she’d leave him and you could be our new dad-?! I all ready have a dad and he’s ten thousand times better than you!”
“You’re- You’re right your dad-”
“Don’t! Don’t you dare say a word about him!”
“I was just gonna-”
“I don’t want to hear it. You knew. You knew and you did it anyway. You’re a bastard.”
He stands and he can’t reconcile what he feels as she takes a step backwards, eyes blown wide - clearly afraid - with his conscience. She’s a kid, an angry kid - and he doesn’t blame her because Merlin knows - he’s angry right now too. He leans down, close and quiet, trying to control the shaking in his hands. “Yeah? Then what about your mum, huh, princess? I didn’t beg her to cheat on your dad. What kind of person is she?” Patrick straightened up, throwing back the last of his drink and striding away because frankly - he knows his limits and he’s straining against them.
Out - away from the crowd that had been giving them a wide berth until he stood. Out - away from Tim who was trying to get to him. Out - all night long. Out - and alone.
Even when he returns to the office the next morning, he still feels alone. Ros looks wretched and so does he - it’s obvious he found a fight somewhere - but he doesn’t have eyes for her today as he marches to the office of his superior - his pride truly shredded, his ego bruised, and his conscience aching.
