Nancy Pelosi Military Tribunal, 👇 Part I

(Due to the length of this article, I am separating it into parts. I will try to get the 2nd part published this evening.)

Thirteen hours over two days is how long it took Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall of the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps to present evidence against former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, whom a 3-officer panel found guilty of treason, seditious conspiracy, and conspiracy to commit murder late Thursday afternoon.

In an opening statement, the admiral said JAG and the Office of Military Commissions had copious evidence linking Pelosi to crimes dating back to 1987 but, for time’s sake, would focus only on her most recent and egregious offenses, starting with a 2016 murder-for-hire plot to assassinate then-presidential candidate Donald J. Trump. He said JAG was aware of many nefarious schemes to end Trump’s life–all of which were bungled or foiled–and had incontrovertible evidence tying Pelosi to four. Moreover, Adm. Crandall told the panel he would prove beyond reasonable doubt that Pelosi in 2018 hatched a plot to kidnap Barron Trump to force Donald Trump’s resignation, so Pence would be the new president. Pelosi, Vice Adm. Crandall said, had even considered having Melania or Ivanka murdered in hopes of forcing a tormented Trump from office.

Furthermore, he said Pelosi shared responsibility with the late Gavin Newsom in locking down California and enforcing draconian vaccine mandates that sickened or killed countless residents of the Golden State. Pelosi’s “Covid crimes,” he intoned, violated the Constitution of the United States; they affronted the very people she had sworn to serve. But as persons withered and died—not from Covid but from the clot shot —and families grieved, Pelosi grew in wealth and power, immeasurably so. When she wasn’t wielding an iron fist, she was clutching the bottle, Vice Adm. Crandall said, and informed the panel witness statements and Pelosi’s own documents would give credence to JAG’s allegations.

“This woman isn’t even vaccinated,” Vice Adm. Crandall said, pointing at Pelosi. “We know this because we pulled her blood, and we can test. She eschewed her own mandates. Why? Because she knew the vaccines were dangerous, and we’ll prove that.”

When offered a chance to give her own opening statement, Pelosi, appearing sans counsel, pursed her lips and kept quiet. She was disheveled and seemed distraught, her shriveled, bony fingers visibly trembling as bloodshot eyes scanned the court.

Vice Admiral Crandall introduced a witness, a 29-year-old Latin male named Xavier Ramirez, who, having been sworn in, described himself as Pelosi’s former gigolo and “boy toy.” He testified under oath that he had regularly “entertained” Pelosi between April and July of 2016, usually at upscale hotels in the San Francisco area. Mr. Ramirez said he hadn’t documented each meeting, but guessed he saw Pelosi 15 times.

“I hope you were paid well, Mr. Ramirez,” Vice Adm. Crandall quipped.

“Very well,” the witness replied.

“I’ve never seen this man before in my life,” Pelosi shouted at the top of her lungs, her voice gravelly and hoarse.

The admiral reprimanded her outburst, saying she could either exercise decorum or be physically restrained.

“Mr. Ramirez, when we first spoke, you mentioned a specific meeting on a certain date. If you would, would you please repeat what you said, to the best of your recollection,” Vice Adm. Crandall said.

“It was July 21, 2016. Nancy was in a bad way because Mr. Donald Trump just accepted the Republican nomination. Trump this, Trump that was all she talked about. She paid me, so I listened. She was drinking, of course. Nancy likes to drink. She is a big drinker, a habitual drinker, to say it in a nice way. So, the more she drinks, the more she talks—”

“—While we appreciate your colorful tale, could you please be briefer, come to the point,” Vice Adm. Crandall said.

“The point, yes; she said she wanted to kill Donald Trump,” the witness said.

“Kill or have killed?”

“Well, have killed; she certainly wasn’t doing it herself. Nancy asked me do I know someone, because I am Cuban, I must know someone, she told me. And there I am thinking to myself why I should know a hitman just because I’m Cuban. I thought maybe she joked and asked if she was kidding, but, no, Nancy was dead serious. She offered me $25k cash in advance to find someone. Nancy said if I did, and it got done, I’d get $225K more and the person who kill Trump get $250K. Then she laughs and says to me if Trump has too much protection, she can do the daughter—you know, tall, pretty blonde, Ivanka.”

Vice Admiral asked if Mr. Ramirez had seen or handled the $25,000.

“I saw it come out of her purse. Banded stacks $1000 each. I saw it, I touched it, but I did not take. I told her, ‘You’re Nancy Pelosi, you must have powerful friends. I want nothing to do with this,’ and she tells me, and this I remember very well, ‘This time it has to be an outside party.’ I tell her flatly that’s not why I am here,” Mr. Ramirez explained.

“And I assume, Mr. Ramirez, the ‘services’ you performed for the defendant didn’t cost 25 grand,” Vice Adm. Crandall said.

Mr. Ramirez laughed. “No, I wish, but much less, and she paid me in advance.”

“Did you bring your concerns to the Secret Service, to the police?”

“Are you crazy? No. If she could kill Trump, I could get killed like a fly on the wall. When I left, it was last time I saw her,” Mr. Ramirez said.

“Yet the defendant claims she’s never seen you before today. But we know that’s untrue,” Vice Adm. Crandall said.

He projected onto a large screen television digital images he had obtained from the witness. One clearly showed Pelosi and Mr. Ramirez hugging in a hotel room; another showed them standing side-by-side, smiling at a camera. “These are ‘selfies’ you took in the defendant’s company, is that correct?”

“That’s correct,” Mr. Ramirez said.

“Why did you take them?”

“Bragging rights.”

Vice Adm. Crandall snorted. “I really don’t think that’s something to brag about, Mr. Ramirez. You’re excused.”

The admiral addressed the panel: “This alone is solicitation for murder, which in traditional courts carries up to a 20-year sentence. In this case, we’re talking about a presidential candidate. And we’re by no means done.”

Thanks to years of chronic dishonesty and bungling from our public health “experts” on COVID, this is now something the nation actually has to worry about.

Why?

Because the rate of measles vaccinations for kids has plummeted.

Our soi-disant experts utterly incinerated their credibility in their panicked, confused belief that what the nation needed was people at the top issuing lots of orders.

This fed into an already strong subculture of vaccine-hating loons like RFK Jr. and Jenny McCarthy.

And so measles is poised to make a comeback, as small decreases in vaccination rates can have massive impacts on disease spread.

We all know how you feel about Trump and I think most of us feel the same way. But I'm seriously curious if there is ANYthing that he did as president or that his administration did that you can praise or at least see some positive part of from your view point as a historian?

Believe it or not, I was totally supportive of President Trump's meetings with Kim Jong Un. I don't think it is a mistake for our leaders to meet directly with our rivals or potential adversaries. I understand the geopolitical strategy that suggests that by unconditionally meeting face-to-face with North Korea's leaders we are somehow validating their actions or normalizing them on the international stage. However, I disagree with that argument. The Kim dynasty has been in complete control of North Korea for 70 years and the American policy of diplomatic isolation has not changed that fact. If what we've been doing for generations has not been working, why not attempt something radically different?

The United States didn't lift the sanctions against North Korea or really do anything different other than having our President sit down with their leader. I have always believed that the U.S. should be open to dialogue with countries or systems that we disagree with. President Obama's meetings with Raúl Castro and visit to Cuba was another example of dialogue that should have happened decades ago. I had hoped President Clinton might meet with Iranian President Mohammad Khatami when it seemed like there was a possibility for an opening in the late-1990s. It's impossible for any sort of diplomacy to blossom without some form of dialogue, and Presidents are in a unique position to shape those conversations if they are willing to start them. So, there you go, I thought Trump's meetings with Kim Jong Un were a positive.

(Now, with that said, I think it's disconcerting that Trump was so anxious to share the letters that Kim sent to him with reporters while seeming to work very hard at keeping his own end of the correspondence from becoming public.)

I also think the Trump Administration deserves some credit for the Abraham Accords, which aren't perfect but still a meaningful start for normalizing diplomatic relations between Israel and several Arab nations, especially since it established a formal connection between the Israelis and Emiratis, which is a potential game-changer economically and for security issues in the Middle East.

Some people might also give the Trump Administration some credit for kickstarting the process of developing and approving COVID vaccines in record time, but it's difficult to give the Administration credit for anything related to a pandemic that they bungled in historic fashion. It's worth noting that they also had basically no plan for the logistics of actually vaccinating anybody in this country. I mean, if I discovered a house full of starving children (I don't know how or why that would happen) and cooked a bunch of food for them in record time, I wouldn't get credit for it if I didn't actually feed them, right?

Please excuse that ridiculous analogy -- I'm dizzy and nauseous from having to give Trump's Administration credit for anything. Please don't ask me to try to do that again. We will now return to our regularly scheduled programming.

A: Increasingly conservative in all the clockwork, tiresome, stupid ways that come straight out of Sean Hannity's brain or whatever. I imagine Brocuck and Babycuck eventually joining Dadcuck and Brucecuck on 'vaccines is killing you' and 'climate change is just someting they made up so they can take control of you' and 'blacks spend too much women on shoes' and 'women are the real abusers and are turning young boys into gays and trans' (my dad likes to argue that my mother turned me gay, Bruce likes to post a video a of big fat mask-wearing women angrily destroying some rebellious young redneck in the classroom).

All of them have quite a bit of room to run still as they cuck themselves to the patriarchy and its lies. Consider it this way -- Babydad and Babycuck still think they're mostly Democrats, and Brocuck still thinks he's a purple pill, and Brucecuck still thinks the reason he's a wimp who can't workout is because of the Democrats

Experience is the best indicator, which means Democrats ought to be in big trouble. Professional business loathers should be nearly out of business themselves. They think that would prove their point.

The present onslaught of incessant annoyance should create a generation of government-loathers. Every generation ideally faces institutions with institutionalized contempt. Arrogant twits bossing you around hating your attitude is the best reason to maintain it.

People born in every year eventually find themselves old enough to get hassled for not contributing enough to the collective for the sin of existing as an individual. Those taxed in every sense are supposed to be thankful for the privilege, which is naturally exercised involuntarily. You don’t want to risk screwing up a decision with your counterproductive free will.

An extra concentrated dose of harassment from the soullessly monolithic entity that can’t protect you from a rotten flu is not good for any sense of health. Enjoy a full life in your pod where nothing’s legal but cannabis, which is unhelpful for treating symptoms except for shielding oneself from how bad legalizers made everything.

Attempting a sequel of the worst feature isn’t just for Avatar. Unlike a cinema trip, you’re not presented with the option to decline. Contemptuous scorn was a nice touch as compliant liberals mocked your rights being taken as they used absolute power to bungle an infection that would have been properly addressed by chicken soup, DayQuil, and Sprite.

Decree enthusiasts are coincidentally the same pompous dolts who sneer at attempts to outrageously assert that rights and currency are not issued by the government. Office-fillers who don’t know the economy gets worse the more that’s ripped off from it are suddenly experts on epidemiology.

Attempting to stop a virus by imprisoning humans epitomizes compassionate knowledge. Melding the mind with the heart is our ultimate goal, and we should possess enough enlightenment to know whether it actually happens doesn’t matter. Do you want to be a good liberal or not?

A cagey infection found its way around barriers. Panicky fascists were wrong at every single moment about an indifferent escaped bioweapon. China’s ineptness is our best defense. Guilt paired with phrenology-level pseudoscience led to the guilted suckering of getting a shot during the most masked time in history, which differs from getting vaccinated.

Aspiring benevolent dictators require absolute authority to ruin the economy. It’s really your fault if you’re poor for stubbornly refusing to relinquish the last of your petty individual rights. That’s as close as liberals get to personal responsibility.

Trying to avoid tradeoffs leads to the worst deal possible. Existence gets more woeful the more they can control, which almost resembles a pattern. The state’s fans assure us perseverance is all bliss needs. We just need to maintain faith until the breakthrough when treating property as communal lets everyone have as much as they want.

The past few especially pushy years have just been a drugged-out version of normal abnormal federal shadiness. Active bothering leads to widespread lethargy, and this speedball leads to neither speed nor a ball.

Very helpful ushers of prosperity take autonomy on top of your cash. You’re left with the sense of guilt for daring to want to retain funds that you toiled to acquire. Refusing to facilitate corruption constitutes the most shameful audacity.

Present sophisticated theories about authority lead to addresses everything but government’s actual responsibility, which is to halt stampeding barbarians. Liberals are too busy tracking down successful CEOs they deem villains to focus on what they consider inconsequential threats like subway track-shovers and global terror merchants.

Everyone should be sick of being told what to do by people who should be told to not do that. Forced cooperation leads to universal misery. That is not the thing we were told would be shared. Anyone capable of interpreting stimuli can’t possibly still think eliminating choice leads to one glorious option.

The only thing more exhausting than being suspicious of everything is the aftermath of docile trust. Any humans who are unfortunately not cynical by nature better start conditioning themselves.

The good news is that there’s not much training necessary. A few moments on this wretched planet noticing countless infringements on life proceeding normally should be sufficient for incessant rebellion. Instead, baffling state fans are incredulous regarding companies with which they can interact freely while trusting the unaccountable monolith.

Please enjoy ample current ghastly examples for those who think history means switching from the “following” tab to “for you”. Maybe enjoy isn’t the proper word. Claiming to believe in science takes some nerve while ignoring an endless parade of evidence about how surrendering liberty leads to awful morons making dreadful decisions on your behalf.

Trusting authority is the most mortifying conspiracy to believe. Liberal policy creates contempt for liberalism. So, it works in its way. Government doing everything but arresting whoever mugged you leads to getting robbed by those who claim they do so with legal authority. They need your permission. Keep letting them think for yourself if you think they’ve made you richer.

The U.S. Failed Miserably on COVID-19. Canada Shows It Didn't Have to Be That Way

#The United States failed to fight the virus#K-pop band BTS has met with US President Joe Biden at the White House

This is the number of Americans who would be alive today if the United States had the same per capita death rate from COVID-19 as our northern neighbor, Canada.

In the U.S., President Trump in striking contrast declared that he would not be wearing a mask, saying “I don’t think I will be doing it…I just don’t see it”. And instead of reinforcing the messages of Dr. Anthony Fauci and other leading public health officials, Trump actively undermined them, declaring in reference to stay-at-home orders in some states, “I think elements of what they’ve done are just too tough.” Not content with undercutting his top public health advisers, President Trump further undermined public confidence in science by suggesting “cures” for COVID-19, including at one point ingesting bleach and taking hydroxychloroquine, a drug that research confirmed had no efficacy as a COVD-19 treatment.

These divergent responses at the national level were to shape responses at the state and provincial level of the U.S. and Canada, respectively, as well as the response of the public. By the beginning of July 2020, the impact of these divergent responses was already visible, with Canada’s death rate just 60 percent of the American rate. As Canada’s more stringent public health measures—which included larger and stricter stay-at-home orders, closure of restaurants, gyms, and other businesses, curfews, and limits on public gatherings—took effect, the gap between the two countries widened even more. By October 2020, the per capita death rate in Canada had dropped to just 40 percent of the rate in the U.S.

It is tempting to blame America’s disastrous response to COVID-19 on Trump, and there is no question that he bungled the situation. But the pandemic revealed deep fault lines in America’s institutions and culture that would have made effective responses difficult no matter who was in the White House. Had Barack Obama, for example, been in office when COVID-19 arrived, he, too, would have faced the country without a national health care system, one with deep distrust of government, exceptionally high levels of poverty and inequality, sharp racial divisions, a polarized polity, and a culture with a powerful strand of libertarianism at odds with the individual sacrifices necessary for the collective good.

The differences between the U.S. and Canada became even more starkly visible on the issue of vaccines. The U.S., which had purchased a massive supply of vaccines in advance, was initially far ahead, with 21 percent of Americans and only 2 percent of Canadians vaccinated by April 1, 2021. The U.S. was still ahead in July, but by October 1, 74 percent of Canadians were fully vaccinated, compared to just 58 percent of Americans. Part of the difference no doubt resides in the superior access provided by Canada’s system of universal, publicly funded healthcare.
