I'm really late to this, lol. These guys evolved like last week, but I was busy training up my first two to their mega level. It does help that I had a Chimeramon in storage, so I was able to DNA digivolve both of these guys to their mega forms

Digimon Vital Hero Featured on Fox LA’s Good Day LA

Bandai Namco US partnered up with the folks at Fox LA to get a sponsored spot on the Good Day LA segment. The segment was all about the Digimon Vital Hero that was recently released by Bandai Namco US. Anchor Maria Quiban of Fox LA had the opportunity to test out two Vital Hero bracelets. Maria had her son Gus and his friend Mossimo test out the two bracelets and they really enjoyed them!

Maria reviews the gamification of physical activity, and even relates it Tamagotchi! Comparing the nurturing play pattern with the raising of your Digimon and training through physical activity to participate in battles. In fact, Tamagotchi is mentioned twice which makes us wonder if that was planned! Fox LA also shows a picture of the Tamagotchi Friends from 2014, could we not find a more recent picture of the Tamagotchi Pix Party instead?

The Digimon Vital Hero bracelet comes recommended by Maria, her son, and his friend. They also mention it’s a great gift for the holiday season and they thoroughly enjoyed playing with them and staying active! It’s great to see Bandai Namco US invest in a sponsored spot on such a popular morning television program. You can watch the full clip here.

GMMan_BZFlag is doing a teardown later this week, to further confirm that the device manuals were just totally wrong by what users are now saying with the models in hand. I want to wait more for the specific info, as I am not buying a Vital Hero to test myself, since we have 3 devices already.

I was ready to give up on my potatomon (literal. Its name is jyagamon, a romanization of jagaimon, aka potato mon.) When it finally beat Blastmon on the 4th try.

For whoever wonders, vital hero has 3 types of missions in its system (actually 4, but special doesn't work anymore after shutting down vital lab app. Vital Arena doesn't have the programming) Normal, for 1 trophy, hard, for 2 trophies, and advanced. Advanced missions are used for 1-2 final evolutions, requiring you to beat stage 15 to be able to apply for said evolutions.

Each stage is between 500-2500 steps and winning a battle to clear. Jyagamon is not doing well with the last stages.

As I mentioned in my previous post I got round to finishing Digimon Ghost Game and now there is a void, a void for all things Digimon. At some point I plan to buy Next Order for the Switch but I'm holding out because I don't know how long it's going to be until the next Digimon game. As well as Next Order I really want a Vital Hero, I like the idea of doing exercises and stuff to raise mons. I also really want a D-3 digivice, it's always been my favourite style of digivice and they've announced one releasing next year. Really can't wait to see or hear about the next game release though.
