Out of my ashes will rise a new phoenix.

They say, the World was facing a great cataclysm. Only a chosen few from across the great plane would be saved. War, plague, pestilence and death were everywhere. It was said that the Silk Road was to blame. It was also said that the Great Caesars had drew ire from the Gods upon Olympus. It did not matter what was said. That day, the Earth died.

A soaring being returning from death proving once again that life is eternal.

Awoken upon a new land. A strange and yet familiar place... the Obelisk before the Optivus spoke with the voice of Zeus. "Behold that which is yours. Make anew what has been lost. Earth is no more your home, for this is K'rithra and you are civis vivo et nix," it said before falling silent forevermore. It had given us our new name. Romanus, Sinae, Barbarus, Tirol, Babylonii, and the rest had to shed their past. We had to forge anew amongst the Twelve Tribes of Earth. Civis vivo et nix -- Living citizens of nothing became: Civonius and each a Civonian.

I live forever because the spirit never dies.

All was not perfect. The Tribes fought over dominance. Who would speak which language? Who would lead and who would follow? Who would manage or farm? It was chaos until She appeared. Aurelia Ignigenae convinced Aloysius Artena that the only answer was a marriage. The Tribes became Twelve Houses of The Six Clans, and The Six Clans became One People. The Sinae from Clan Rhombusi were angered, asking who would lead? Artena asserted themselves as the first rulers. Each House would be allowed to rule in turn of votes amongst the populous, for to rule meant to become slaves for the people.

I will return in another body in another time, but it is me.

Rhombusi, taken aback by the thought of the mob controlling the state with the rulers as slaves to the population. So the Sinae of Rhombusi chose to support Religion and Trade. Others chose professions notable of their history in Law, Education, Sciences, Mathematics, Agriculture and so forth. It soon became apparent that they were changing. Children born with eyes the glowing colors of the rainbow. Skin took on a prismatic look atop their natural shade. Hair turning to shades from the darkest blacks of blue to the purest white of whites. No blonde, red or brown existed without a hue of blue within. Youth as strong as adults, yet faster, smarter and attuned to the World. They could see better, hear and smell beyond the range of most. With each generation, even touching became a sense of taboo for a Civonian's senses had become so acute.

The me who is me now will always be.

I am Falarn Hestia Athena Hera Ignigenae, Countess of House Ignigenae, Clan Artena. Like my ancestors before me, I have sworn a lifeblood oath to defend Clan Artena and the Civonian Imperial Enclave: I serve the Civonian Imperial Astro-Military in the High-Guard Elite Protectorate Order of Knights. I am not a Citizen. I am their Centurion. Nobility is Servitude. My life is forfeit so they may live free!

As long as I live, I learn. And I live Forever
