The fact that two of the seven deadly sins are in relationships with the lowest class demons is so interesting to me.

Bee being in a relationship with a hellhound, a kind of demon that’s literally sold in shelters to be used (in most cases)as muscle, protection, or as pets.

And Ozzie being with an imp, who are treated as low as possible in pretty much all of hell. Fizz is even referred to as a purse dog, meaning he’s also just seen as a pet by some people.

I wonder if we do get to meet the 5 other sins in later episodes how they feel about these two’s dating lives. Especially since Tex and Bee don’t seem to be trying to hide it at all and Ozzie and Fizz are literally called ‘the worst kept secret’.

I’ve seen some people point out and question how no one seems to bat an eye about Bee and Vortex being a thing despite their different classes while Stolas and Asmodeus get way more heat but I think it makes sense:

She’s the embodiment of Gluttony. Meaning full over indulgence in things such as food, alcohol, sexual pleasure etc. it’s on brand for her to indulge herself and enjoy things to her hearts content, regardless of limits. So why not in relationships? Stolas is a Goetia, a class of high elites who are all about PRIDE with status and image to maintain and thus expected to be with fellow elite Goetias and not lower class imps like Blitz, Asmodeus is the embodiment of LUST who’s expected to care only for carnal pleasures, not to be into lovely dovey romance with Fizz, like Moxxie and Millie. Bee on the other hand is about GLUTTONY so she’s probably expected to indulge herself and not worry over things such as limits or what others may think. She gets to abide by a different and more free standard compared to them. While not exactly fair, it makes sense why Bee can get away with being with Vortex a Hellhound, not regardless but BECAUSE of her title as Gluttony. She’s expected to fully indulged her desires, even if that includes dating a Hellhound she’s into.
