the vitriol this whole thing has caused (or elevated since it was already bad) is so so so scary i’m gonna be honest. dream having threats on his life again and his family stalked is horrific. and nothing was said from the other side to try and stop it, or at least mitigate it. we also know a member of the fan community also had a threat against their life because of this, and the police got involved and the person who threatened them is now going to be charged. its absolutely fucking shambolic. i’m so so sad and angry that people can resort to such evilness over MINECRAFT.

Having a trauma disclosure not responded to feels bad. Having a trauma disclosure not responded to by your coworkers whose literal job is to support trauma survivors feels bad in another way.
