Confrontation! Devan (OC) and Bakura! Atop the Kaiba Corp Blimp, The Spirit of the Millennium Ring reveals himself once more. Searching for answers, Devan confronts Bakura, demanding that he reveal his true identity. Since Duelist Kingdom, Bakura's dark persona has constantly referred to Devan as "brother," much to Devan's confusion. The Spirit of the Ring still holds memories of the ancient past and vaguely explains how they once shared a brotherly bond, torn apart when the Pharaoh created the seven Millennium Items. Bakura attempts to mislead Devan by twisting the truth, attempting to convince Devan to join his cause, as he still longs for the comradery they once shared. Regardless, Bakura will not let anyone stand in the way of delivering his revenge upon the Pharaoh.

Just a little interaction I wanted to draw - I really love the drama of two souls, once brothers, now facing each other from opposite sides of a conflict. It's gonna make for a tragic finale!

their name is tsubasa (i'll gladly take suggestions for surname bc i have 0 ideas lol)

a shy and somewhat reserved person, although becomes incredibly energetic and talkative when it comes to dueling and their hobbies. she's very very bad with crowds and will usually overheat and faint when in the middle of one, however they become very attached to those they're close to or friends with and become more cheerful and talkative around them!! she's usually very quiet though, especially around new people - a little ball of social anxiety..

she's always willing to try new things, even if it scares her a bit at first!!

i think she'd be good friends with yuma and admire his whole kattobingu thing.. i think she'd also be very close with kotori (the urge to ship them is reall)

she plays a lyrilusc deck!! she has a general theme of birds going on in their design!!

These are six ocs for Arc V if there was a DM dimension, Vrains Dimension, and Sevens Dimension!

Starting with DM counterparts!

Yui Owaga and Ayaka Kobayashi!

Yui and Ayaka know each other by Yui being Ayaka’s tutor, however a lot of their tutoring ends up with them ranting or dueling each other. They call each other Rivals but they’re more friends than anything! They even have friendship rings!

By Arc V, Ayaka is on the run from DA soldiers and Yui keeps trying (and falling) to find her. Neither of them really care about the war, they just want life to go back to normal. (Ayaka has her own post here btw)

Then onto Vrains!

Yuko and Kanami Kikuchi! (Yeah they only have sketches so far)

These two were childhood friends until Yuko disappeared and Kanami thought he was a bitch for this, (they were like 8 here) however, Kanami has to see him all the time now since she’s managing Yuko’s Charisma Dueling. Good pay beats out years of hatred.

During Arc V Kanami gets kidnapped, but is able to break out before being put in a cell, so she’s on the island just trying anything to help the other girls out. Yuko, meanwhile, becomes a Duel Academy soldier and tries kidnapping Yuzu and gets tangled up with the last set of counterparts.

Speaking of the last counterparts, The Sevens ones!

Yusa and Sae!

Yusa and Sae are siblings, however Yusa kinda sort definitely got banned from Goha City. Sae, however, is one of the top Goha employees (She probably helps with Marking). Because of this, they only get to see each other around once a month. Sad.

But that’s fine, because they work together as lancers during the show! They tag duel and it’s great until Yusa gets kidnapped by DA instead of Sae and they both have a horrible time.

I also have to add tags for these two lovely individuals bc they have also become important to my fic's canon, that being Seto and Mokuba's birth parents; Adelaide and Kotaro Nakamura. Also just bc I love them.

Before she died, Adelaide was a chess player and elementary school teacher. She was very big on education and saw learning as this great big adventure we never fully attained and never stop chasing after. She was a romantic at heart and loved fairy tales, and Disney and Ghibli movies, and probably had the Lord of the Rings memorized. Due to that, she's absolutely the one who instilled a love of dragons into Seto and he was a Mama's boy. I follow the headcanon that Princess Adena was supposed to be based off of their mother and that's why she looks like Mokuba; and the name came from that (Adelaide Nakamura -> Adena). It's also her side of the family that passed Seto around to get money and she would have strangled them if she knew what they had done to her baby boys as they were her world. She was shy and very gentle, but she also had a very fun and loving personality once she opened up and was fiercely loyal and protective.

Kotaro was more calm and sometimes just accidentally more blunt, but made friends really easily. He was a tech genius like Seto and he liked getting to work on games. He was raised by a single mother, and had distanced himself as much as possible from his father's side as his father was Not A Good Man. He and Adelaide were high school sweethearts and losing her was absolutely devastating for him and the boys. He then proceeded to have to work longer hours, have to bounce between jobs, and trusted Adelaide's family or babysitters with the boys and found it always failed, thus leaving Seto to pick up the slack from too early an age and Kotaro with his hands tied. Seto doesn't really remember much or understand much from that point in his life, as it's really bogged down by grief and wanting to blame his father and nobody can really fault him for that given everything he's been through.

Raine is a citizen of Heartland who lost his home when the Fusion Dimension invaded. Now a member of the resistance alongside his friends, Kaito, Shun, and Yuto, Raine seeks revenge on those who destroyed his home. His priorities shift slightly when he learns of the kidnapping of Ruri - his friend and Shun's younger sister. After interrogating one of the invaders - a boy named Endymion - Raine gains the ability to travel across the dimensions, eventually meeting the Lancers and joining them in Synchro. Raine uses a Tellarknight Deck full of powerful Xyz monsters and eventually learns to Pendulum summon using the mysterious Zefra monsters that have begun appearing.
