Here we have a literal child god trapped in a dinner-plate who was tricked and used for many millennia.

A child who, probably spent the hundreds of years (between the people who betrayed them) crying and screaming out into the void for SOMEBODY to hear them.

A child who constantly spoke about making friends and never being left alone again.

Only to be made to fuck off into space for some “growing up”.

How the fuck is a kid supposed to “grow up” properly without an example of what to grow into???

The Collector visiting every now and again doesn’t really make a difference either.

Titan, it just pisses me off so bad at how this kid was abused for so long with nobody to help them.

I love how, in the first season, Luz was talking about like “i will be like the good witch Azura”

Then in season 2, she refered to herself as “the good witch Luzura”

And then finally, season 3, she says “do not underestimate me Belos, for I am the good witch Luz.”

I love how it shows her character development into becoming her own person.

Shoutout to Dana who really said "oh, we have an hour left? well, we're gonna go out in style" and made Luz strike a deal with a bigender God with a dad bod, have the crusty puritan get stomped to death by Jesus, a nonbinary musician and a harpy wine aunt, made Aladarius a thing, gave future Luz the most gender design, broke the 4th wall and flipped off Disney whilst doing it. I felt SO bad for the Collector.

This absolute angel of a child being given WAY too much power (for a young child), abused by their siblings, losing their only friends (lil baby titans), imprisoned by god, and then subjected to years of being betrayed or turned away in fear.

They were just so confused about everything and had nobody to help them.

I love how they made Luz lose the glyphs at end, and how it all made sense.

And then how she can “relearn them due to kings growing power”

But just imagine the joy she must’ve felt. It’s been at least 3-4 years and she has been without one of the things that helped her navigate The Boiling Isles.

Losing it (as we saw) was heart wrenching, and I sjdjskfks i cannot imagine the joy she woulda felt to get it back.

Even as a side thing, while every other part of her dream comes true.

Anyways, I need to shut up about this before I spontaneously combust.
