Here's a little Venom head I doodled like two years ago that just came back to my mind for no reason
The idea here is that the brim of his wide as hell hat is actually both of his eyebrows, so they'd move and reshape to match the expression of his face.

testing renders out in blender
I wanted to figure out how to do a pixelated look, here's the result:
here's how to replicate:
go into the compositing window in blender, then add two scale nodes and a pixelated node between those two, like so:
make sure to have the X and Y values of the left scale nodes as 0.250, and the ones on the right as 4.000 respectively to achieve the same effect, but feel free to mess around as You'd like!
And now there You go! Pixelated look achieved!
If You want to add borders like I did in my test render up there, then You're gonna want to add a Crop and a Mix node at the end just like this:
Mix and match as You'd like, for me, this was the way I could replicate the borders on the style of MGS1's cutscenes.
Now here's a bonus alternate looks because I liked them also:
