Social Studies/Missions - This week we will pray for all the people who have lost their jobs during this season and may be trying to find new ones!

Writing - Work on some (or all) of these ocean activity pages. 
Math - Do another math printable from this site.
Science - Fill up your kitchen sink with water. Then find items around your house to see if the items will sink or float.  Be sure to write down your predictions and then record the results.
Social Studies/Missions - Without having preschool as our guide to ensure the boys are learning and growing, it’s been a bit of a challenge to ensure they are meeting their school goals. This worksheet lays out some goals for us and helps us stay on task! Check in with your littles to see how they are doing. Don’t be discouraged, be encouraged they have more things to learn and know!

Math - We are going to try and get our hands on some kinetic sand. If not, we may just use dirt outside, to make 3D shapes!
Science - The Georgia Aquarium has live cams available. The sea lions are SO CUTE!
Social Studies/Missions - We had to make the hard decision not to send the kids back to preschool. Today we will write thank you letters to their teachers letting them know how much we love them and will miss them.

Activity - This Ocean in a Bag looks so fun and easy to make!
Reading - Read these books and do the activities. 
Writing - Print this beach party worksheet printable pack. Practice tracing lines. Then go outside and work on tracing lines with chalk. It would be totally fun to make a fun path where they can trace with their body a path you set for them.
Math - Print this fun ocean fish number line. Do the game they recommend or make your own numbers game with calling out a number and seeing if they can find it hidden around the house.
Science - This shaving cream and shells sensory activity looks like so much fun AND gets the kids out of the house (pending no rain, of course).

Reading - Have a book in your house that talks about the ocean or water? Read it to your kiddos and remember to ask them questions about it at dinner.

Math - Measure out ingredients and make a fun ocean slime found here. 
Science - “Walk” around the National Aquarium here. Talk about what animals you saw on your “tour” at dinner!

Friday, May 1 - Plans
Activity - I have been saving three garbage bags of old food boxes FOR WEEKS. This weekend we will play “grocery store” with all these old boxes and some items from the pantry.
Reading - Read this/these book(s) and do the activity.
Writing - W is for Watermelon. Work on making a watermelon out of the letter “W” like the one found on this page!
Math - The Potato Drop (via Parenting) Have all participants place a potato between their knees and race to a finish line where they have to drop it into a designated bowl or bucket. If the potato is dropped, or if hands touch it, they have to go back to the start and try again. You can do this with putting different numbers on bowls/buckets and having them go to the correct one!
Social Studies/Missions - Facetime a family member and show them the Bible verse for this week.

Science - Get some pipe cleaners - I told you we have a lot - and make shapes that look like fruits and vegetables. Turn them into wands for bubbles! Then go outside and make bubbles with your fruit and veggie wands!
Social Studies/Missions - Pray for friends that may not have enough food right now. What are some ways we can help people in need?
Activity - What is your name? What letter does your name start with? Find items around your house that start with the same letter? How many were you able to find?
