heya !! reminder that i have a long going horror/mental health healing genre comic with furries, cute robots, themes of trauma and grief recovery, and found family. it’s written by my partner and I by our experiences as mexican and middle eastern minorities, and has lgbtqia+ and DID/osdd rep - since we are also systems and on the aroace / trans spectrum.  It also has ARG elements, and all the info you would need to read it in order / access trigger warnings is in our pinned post.  Welcome Home has been a big hit, and it is wonderful [and i am looking forward to it too!], but I have seen the creator needs a but more space and time with their work. it’s my own personal headcanon that bruno’s room used to be full of lush greenery and waterfalls but the angrier/sadder/more frustrated he got at himself and his powers, the more it started to die and once he left his room, intending never to return, everything dried up completely and turned to sand.

the shower of sand when mirabel first walks in? waterfall.

all of the walls surrounding the stairs leading to his vision cave? covered in ferns and flowers and vines and other native greenery.

i’d like to think that his room was his own personal oasis and that after the house gets rebuilt, his room returns to its former, healthy state.

Dunno if anyone's mentioned this yet, but I found a site where you can drop images to check whether they're AI generated or not and it will give you a percentage of how likely something is to be a machine generated imagine, or machine scraped text.

imagine thirteen-year-old dolores having a breakdown and everyone thinks it’s because she got overwhelmed and try to comfort her but really it was because bruno killed off her favorite rat in his telenovela
