Also yes, I did send a message to @antifontcest even though I am on ‘the opposing side’ of this ridiculous false dichotomy because I don’t care what your opinion about shipping is, no one deserves to be told to kill themselves. If you ever think someone does, kindly get the hell off my blog, go to your room, and think about how terrible you’re behaving as a person.

I thought all the antis and ignorant fans in undertale fandom joined bendy and the ink machine. Listen good and listen well. I'm only going to say this once. Frisk is a character who has no age or gender! they are a non-binary character, you can step into. And everyone who ships frans? Ships it one of two ways. Either Both frisk and sans are teens. Or sans and frisk are adults. Now please mind your damn business. No one is doing anything illegal. Ask the shippers before making accusations.
Okay dumb dumb, I’m gonna let you in on a little secret (mostly because yeah, I haven’t heard much from the anti crowd lately). One I was terrified to admit BECAUSE of the stupid bullshit Anti’s pull. I even say that in the post you’re referring to. I am, in fact, a Frans shipper! I ship it like fedex. I always have, since I first played the game. I wrote that detailed explanation of the US laws concerning child porn because I’d seen false information on both sides and that kind of legal misinformation can be very dangerous. I even say specifically in that post “It has to be or appear to be a minor. If they’re drawing an adult, legally it’s not a minor anymore.” So please, don’t assume things about people. It’s rude.

@flakyreblogs I know this probably isn’t what you mean to insinuate, but I want to say this nonetheless because it could be misconstrued as such. Age is not a reason for anything. Older people do not deserve to be mocked for misinformation simply because they’re older people. Younger people do not deserve to be spared because they’re younger. Age has no relevance. If you mock someone for spreading misinformation, you are an asshole, no matter what age the person you’re mocking is.
The spread of misinformation should be corrected, not mocked. Further still, age does not afford protection. If your old enough to type and spread misinformation, or worse still disinformation, you deserve to be told you’re wrong and corrected. There are ways to do this without name-calling, without belittling, and in general without being a prick about it.
Edit: Yes, I put this on the wrong blog the first time. Whoop.

To be honest, I’m not sure if that account is a troll or not. But for anyone who thinks the Undertale version of “Stronger Than You” came first, please see this.

Sigh. Alright, kiddos. Lets talk about this. And I’m just covering the song “Stronger Than You”, not any of the other points. Because we could argue that until the cows came home, and all we would have is speculation. There’s no proof Steven Universe copied Undertale, and it most likely didn’t. Moving on...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4TzVOLOROkM
Did you read the description at all?
So basically someone made an 8 bit cover of a song from Steven Universe, another person made lyrics for an Undertale version of the same song and a comic based off it, then someone else sung it, and now I animated it. I love the Internet.
So up front, they’re already saying the song is a cover of the Steven Universe version. Lets keep going. I went to the blog of the person who made the animation. Boy, they’re frustrated about the whole thing.
http://alfa995.tumblr.com/post/146531845835/biosenus-i-want-to-die-ive-been-doing
People ignore descriptions and disable annotations, so no disclaimer pointing out the obvious fact that it’s a parody will make a difference. I don’t even care at this point.
Okay, so that’s just the animation though. What about the original song?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPBBo1neb2U
Again, the description.
Original song by Rebecca Sugar from "Steven Universe".
And then a the comic the animation links to.
http://gymleadercheren.tumblr.com/post/132177785961/more-sans-has
It has a link at the bottom of the page telling you to listen to a certain song as you read the comic. Lets take a look at it!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sT3N-pD_hGU
What a surprise, an 8-bit version of the Steven Universe Stronger Than You.
So, if you can’t see what all this is leading up to, it means that every part of this video sourced the Steven Universe version of Stronger Than You, meaning that version already existed. The Undertale version is a parody of that version, done deal, end of story. Just because you like Undertale more doesn’t mean everything else copied it.

Saying “We’re not hurting anyone” rings really hallow when shippers do things like this. Even more so the statement “Well, just ignore and block it”. Practice what you preach, for once, shippers.
@antifontcest, I really hope you’re doing better now and feel safe. You don’t deserve anything anyone said.
Great. Thanks to the fandom for this ship somebody is about to commit suicide.

@determinators
Hi! I hope you don’t mind me @ ‘ing you really fast to make something a little more clear about section 1466 and how it works.
Not every image depicting a minor in the situations outlined in the law is going to be subject to the penalties outlined in those laws. The key factor is the image in question has to pass the Miller Test which tests whether or not a work can be considered obscene. If it fails this test, then it is protected under the first amendment act and therefore cannot be persecuted.
As far as the question of indistinguishable, which has been brought up before. Section 2256 mentions it does not apply to drawings, cartoons, paintings, or sculptures.
“(11) the term “indistinguishable” used with respect to a depiction, means virtually indistinguishable, in that the depiction is such that an ordinary person viewing the depiction would conclude that the depiction is of an actual minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This definition does not apply to depictions that are drawings, cartoons, sculptures, or paintings depicting minors or adults.”
Unless I’m somehow misinterpreting this part of section 2256, it seems as though yes, drawn images can be subject to legal penalties should they meet the criteria in the laws just as you thought.
Hope this makes things a bit more clear.
Disclaimer: I’m not a licensed lawyer, just someone who’s done a lot of reading to try and make sense of this issue.

Okay, maybe I misinterpreted what I read. You’re a lawyer, I’m not, so I want to be sure with what I posted before. The way I took it to mean, it seemed like it was saying any image, simulated reality or clearly fantasy, that passed the Miller Test and depicted a minor in a sexually explicit act or an act outlined could be subject to the penalties outlined in those laws. Is that right or wrong? It’s clearly mentioned in Section 2256 that the definition for indistinguishable doesn’t apply to drawings, cartoons, sculptures, or paintings.
Part of Section 2256
(11) the term "indistinguishable" used with respect to a depiction, means virtually indistinguishable, in that the depiction is such that an ordinary person viewing the depiction would conclude that the depiction is of an actual minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This definition does not apply to depictions that are drawings, cartoons, sculptures, or paintings depicting minors or adults.

Here are some recent cases and convictions.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Most recent conviction seems to be May 2016. That’s this month.
When abusive adults in fandoms prey on the children in them, try to spread that it’s okay to draw child porn of the child characters, to sexualize the child characters, they are breaking the law and encouraging minors to break the law. The law doesn’t care if you use it as a “coping mechanism” (even forgetting that abused people can become abusers themselves). This is illegal and it can get you imprisoned.
Please boost this. Not enough people know the law exists and big-name artists routinely bully people, survivors, minors into believing that spreading child porn in their fandoms is okay and to do it themselves. It’s not, and it can get rebloggers arrested for possessing and spreading obscene visual representations of the sexual abuse of children.

@saveloadreset There’s a very interesting dynamic with the themes of forgiveness I feel like no one ever touches on, since you’re on the subject.
It goes back to the fact that is there really such a thing as an unforgivable crime?
We all know what Papyrus says. “Anyone can be a good person if they try.”, “You can do better if you try, even if you don’t think so”. This pushes the theme that even the worst person can change, that even the worst sinner can find redemption.
But on the other hand, we have the end of genocide where Frisk sells their soul to Chara. Unless one takes file editing as canonical to the story (I’ve never seen anyone present evidence that this is the case), then there is no recovering from this. Genocide is a sin of which there is no redemption. The pure golden ending is forever forsaken and beyond reach to any Frisk who pushes their universe to this edge.
The game never gives an answer as to which is true. Frisk can still TRY, even if they’ll fail, to redeem the world from that edge. This is what I find so interesting about the themes of forgiveness. It’s such a complex issue. Is redemption the effort to seek forgiveness, or the forgiveness itself?

Lucia
Okay! I’m finally starting to work on characterizing that bat character I posted some time ago.
After the fact: GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY THAT GOT LONG.
So everything that references the character is in one place:
It all started with this.
And then I drew this.
Tumblr media
Bat Monsters in General
Bat monsters in the underground are rare creatures. Lucia is likely the last by the time Undertale takes place. When the war of Human and Monsters took place, the monsters with the capabilities like flight would have been the first beset on by the humans, before they could take up arms in return. They could not suffer monsters with such an advantage against them to exist in numbers. By the time the war ended, the bats would have been few in number already.
Underground, the bats typically kept among themselves, living on the ceiling of the cave. It’s natural and comfortable for them to cling upside down using their powerful leg claws to do so. Their head is able to tilt backwards to turn their vision upright while hanging upside down, equivalently looking ‘behind’ them while in this position.
They would also tie up small platforms from the ceiling, both for storage and to sit upon during their waking hours.
When they did come down to the surface, whether it be for news, to trade for and/or buy food, or simply because they wanted to do so, they would traditionally head for Snowdin. The forests of Snowdin offered them similar hanging perches as the cave ceiling should they wish to stay more then a single day or should they be caught in the weather, and the residents of Snowdin themselves were friendly enough.
Lucia’s Early Years
By the time Lucia was born, the bats had dwindled down to a scarce few families, spread far and few between along the ceilings of the underground. Lucia’s mother and father both work for the crown; her father likely in the core regularly and her mother only in emergency situation when the unique ability of flight is needed. She was the second of two siblings, and life was as normal for her as for any other bat for the first years of her life. Her earliest years were spent clung to her mother’s beast, happily snuggling into her fur until she came to the age when it was time for her to learn to fly, a celebration attended by both parents.
Bat children vary in their reaction to their first flight. Some are outright frightened by the whole notion. Some are apprehensive. Others, like Lucia, are so overjoyed, their parents can barely keep up with them. She flew herself to exhaustion during her first flight, an easy thing to do for a bat pup, and would have fell out of the sky if not for her father being ready to catch her below.
From this point on, her family struggled to keep up with the adventurous spirit she had. As they both aged, it was often her sibling who was tasked to keep Lucia out of trouble while their parents tended to other things. Despite how much she loved her sibling, Lucia often lead them into trouble because of this. It was one such incident which changed things forever.
The Fate of Lucia’s Sibling
One days, in her tweens, Lucia had wished to go down to Snowdin, but had been forbidden from doing so by her parents. There was a storm moving through the area, one with high winds, and she did not yet have the experience to deal with navigating such a storm safely. She would simply have to wait.
But, of course, she refused to wait. She was an impatient and headstrong girl, unable to accept ‘no’ or even ‘not right now’. So, when her mother had her back to her, she crept away. Though she was caught in the act by her sibling, they could do nothing to sway her choice. They could turn back and alert their mother, but they would leave Lucia to dive alone into the storm. So, instead they made the choice to follow her, believing themselves plenty to protect their younger sibling from harm. They’d get to gloat after that; not only did they keep her safe, again, but now she was in trouble for not listening to them.
Pity things didn’t go quite so smoothly. Despite Lucia’s hubris, just as her mother said, she wasn’t experienced in the high winds the storms produced and was quickly struggling to hold herself aloft, let alone on course. She was brutally pelted in the storm and thrown from the air. Her sibling attempted to grab hold of her as she began the plummet toward the snow-covered cave floor below, but everything happened too suddenly; she moved out of their range before they could react.
Everything happened in visages after that; blurs of memory which took Lucia years to piece together into a timeline of events. In her near death state, she could remember two things. Her sibling’s voice, desperately calling her name, and her own voice chanting the same words again and again: I won’t go.
After that, magic enveloped her as her sibling, who had dive bombed downward and landed next to her, began frantically attempting to heal their dying younger sister. Out of instinct, Lucia latched onto the magic, and began to take everything she could. Anything to keep from breaking apart, to stop the horrible feeling of her body beginning to fraction into smaller and smaller pieces. She drained every drop and used it to knit together her shattering soul. Unbeknownst to her, in the process, she took everything her sibling had and scattered their dust across the snow.
By the time Lucia fully awoke, she had been carried home and was laid out to rest on one of the hanging platforms. It hadn’t taken long for her mother to realize both of her children were missing, and even shorter to piece together where they had went. But it was long enough that when she came upon the scene, all she found was her unconscious daughter surrounded by the dust of her eldest child. To Lucia’s parents, it seemed that they had somehow protected her at the cost of their life.
Lucia was never punished for her rebellious actions; to them, seeing her suffer the grief and guilt over being the source of her sibling’s death was more then they could bear without adding more to it. At the time, she believed her parent’s tale. Her sibling died for her sake. Even when she learned the truth, it wasn’t exactly a lie. All they could do is grieve as a family for what was lost.
The Aftermath and Lucia’s Powers
It was at this point the sickness began. Lucia’s body began to violently reject any monster food she consumed. It’s magic would be regurgitated as a slurry of ectoplasm rather then properly absorbing into her body. Still reeling from the loss of their eldest child, the now family of three went below to Snowdin seeking help and information on this sudden disturbing syndrome.
Though understandably wary to let her escape their sight, they allowed Lucia to wonder the nearby woods so long as she clearly defined where she would be while they focused on finding information, futile as it seemed. There, she met the many teens that stayed there at the time. While most were friendly and fairly willing to talk and otherwise make her acquaintance, a few chose instead to become aggressive.
The only one who slung something other then a nasty name was an Ice Kerchief. (an ancestor of Ice Cap. Fads go in generations and all). Lucia had seen monsters use magic before, but it had never looked like this. She saw lines, little strings that connected the Ice Kerchief to it’s attack. And it felt almost like she could reach out and grab them.
So she did. After sidestepping any damage, she grabbed one of the strings, pulling and tugging at this strange connection. She was bombarded with a surge of energy, and instinctively recoiled in surprise. For the Ice Kerchief’s part, they had grown notably their equivalent of pale; they didn’t know what that feeling they just felt was, but it felt so very wrong. They stared shaking only a moment at Lucia before suddenly dropping any illusions of looking tough and turning tail.
For Lucia’s part, she was standing in place flabbergasted at what she had done, and more to the point how it made her feel. It felt good. It gave her chills all over. She didn’t feel hungry anymore. But... what was that? She didn’t understand. Maybe... she should try doing it again?
It didn’t take her that long to find another teen Ice Kerchief who was easy to provoke into a fight. This time, after she grabbed the threads, she didn’t let go. She even wound the threads around her hands, her eyes wide as she reveled in the feeling of the flowing energy she didn’t understand.
However, when she saw her opponent fall away into dust, she came crashing back to reality. What had she just done? She had just... Panic, fear, and repulsion struck her in waves. Still grieving for her sibling, she knew so very well what she had just done. Her stomach coiled around itself, making her feel ill.
Her mind reeled as she tried to unroot herself from the place where she suddenly seemed frozen to. Should she tell someone? It was an accident! No, they wouldn’t believe her. She’d started it, after all! But she’d be in trouble. So, so much trouble. That meant she had to... she stared blankly at the dust. She had to hide it... right?
Finally, she began to move, monotonously taking a step toward the pile. Dust was the only thing left. She was shaking slightly now. Step by step, she crept closer until she another length forward would cause her clawed foot to press into the dust. She stood there for some time, hesitating, before she finally lifted her arms and began to beat her wings. The air around her swirled and scattered the dust away, neatly and easy hiding any evidence of the horrible crime she had just committed.
Coming Into Her Own
After the incident with the Ice Kerchief, Lucia didn’t leave her parents side again the rest of the trip. She wasn’t hungry the rest of their stay either. Further still as one would expect, any attempts to find information, either in the library or through word of mouth, about monster illness turned up nil. Monsters simply don’t get sick. It’s simply not heard of.
Lucia pleaded with them that she was alright once they returned home, attempting to sooth their worry. She didn’t feel hungry anymore, though she always denied their attempts to convince her to try to eat. She tried not to think about what had happened while they were below, as it still horrified her. Time passed and they began to yield. For all intensive purposes, she was still energetic. She seemed healthy, other then the fact that she was unable to eat.
Slowly, things found a tentative status quo. The longer things seemed alright, despite her inability to consume food, the more willing to accept the situation her parents were. It was over a month and a half later that Lucia’s stomach began to clench in discomfort.
Lucia sat herself on one of the hanging platforms, her arms wrapping around her middle. She’d went to one of the far ones, away from her home. No, this shouldn’t be happening again. It couldn’t. Fear and disgust caused her soul to drop in her chest. What was she supposed to do? She knew what stopped it before. Was that the only was she could ‘eat’ now? She spent some time alone there with her head buried in her knees, sobbing at her confusion, frustration, and anguish at the whole situation.
The idea of robbing others of their life to sustain her own was deplorable. But her sibling had died for her, how could she throw that away? If she went without sustenance, she would die. It wasn’t fair, how could she choose something when both choices were so bad?
She chose to research the different variety of monsters. She began to rationalize. Maybe some monsters would be... lesser? She didn’t want to put it that way. But how else could she put it? Eventually, through reading through a book from the Snowdin library, she picked out Moldsmal. The oft described as brainless green slime monster, it wasn’t particularly highly regarded in anything except in being plentiful.
As the pain in her stomach became worse, she psyched herself up. She had to do this, if she wanted to live. It was the only choice she had. Telling her parents she intended to return the book she had been reading on different monsters that existed, she headed down to Snowdin. She did indeed return it to start with, before continuing on into Waterfall where she knew that Moldsmal dwelled. She’d done this before, she could do it again. She had to do this.
The magic she drew from the Moldsmal lasted little more then a week before her stomach began to clench again. It should have come as no surprise, really. Moldsmal are far simpler creatures then her first victim. Of course they would have less magical sustenance to draw on. It still took a lot for Lucia to make the trek to Waterfall to claim a victim a second time, but maybe a tiny bit less this time.
Each time it was always a little less. Slowly, it was starting to become a bit annoying. Constantly coming up with good excuses for her parents was becoming rather difficult. A dark thought or two was beginning to creep into Lucia’s head. Maybe... maybe she should play in the woods again, and see if any of the teens pick fights. After all, the roads wouldn’t be safe with bullies like that about, she rationalized. She wouldn’t start anything, and if they attacked her, she was perfectly within her right to defend herself.
The Final Results
It was down hill after that. Lucia continues the spiral, eventually leaving her parents side all together as she falls deeper. She claims that she wants space, that she’s old enough to be on her own. Slowly, they hear from her less and less as she struggles to hide the slow depravity that’s been consuming her. One of her major moral event horizons was realizing that her sibling hadn’t willingly given their life, but that she had stolen it in her desperate attempt to stay alive. Due to her agelessness, a side effect of absorbing the life magic of other monsters, she’s long outlived them now.
She learns guile and manipulation, as well as how to drain victims without ending their life if they don’t realize exactly what’s happening. This insures less missing persons and therefore less suspicion of a threat. Her squeamishness is a long distant memory which can barely be recalled. Most notably now, she’ll even sometimes find particular victims which she grows some perverse attachment too, draining them of energy without killing them repeatedly if they so leave themselves open to such a thing. She’ll become quite put out, in fact, should anyone else do these persons of attachment harm.
Some Additional Stuff
One thing I found weird is that practically all the dog sentries of Snowdin fell down at the same time, and therefore got sent to the Truelab. This has lead me to sort of headcanon a possible huge confrontation between that group of dogs and Lucia. This could be one possible place in time where Lucia dies, but at the cost of all of their lives.
Statwise, Lucia has a high LV, though I haven’t chosen an exact number. Her HP will always show ?/0. She herself has no HP. All of her HP is stolen through her abilities.
Her abilities are planned out to be one possible result of natural monster determination. She is so determined to stay alive, she is able to steal another monsters life magic to do it.
In terms of battle, Lucia will use her naturally powerful feet claws as weapons to inflict damage on her opponents if forced into close range, of course using her large wingspan to do so without losing balance. Physically, bats don’t take damage well due to their light frames which are made for flight, and would take preference to dodging. Lucia would follow these traits word for word. This would result, on a base line, a medium ATK, low DEF, and high SPD in terms of stats for her.

Undertale antis and shippers, a word about the some things...
I didn’t want to get too far into this, considering how absolutely horrible I’ve seen some people treat others. Ya all scare me, to be truthful. Enough that I’m not even sure I want to be part of the Undertale fandom anymore, some days. I’ve mostly stayed on the fringe, sort of poking at issues where I felt comfortable at doing so. Mostly lore stuff. Or jokes about how “Striped shirt=child” feels like “Pink=female” and “Blue=male”.
However, when I feel there’s possibly dangerous misinformation spreading around, that’s the point where I feel like I need to step in. That’s about the legal implications of drawn images of child pornography in the USA. (If you’re outside the USA, I highly advise you go look up your jurisdiction laws, but Tumblr is in the USA, so it’s site will obey USA laws.)
Note: Again, this is about the legal issues, not the moral ones. Please don’t rail me for this. I just want the legal issues about it to be clear.
Note number two: Anyone involved in this argument should read “1984″. Really. I’m probably going to be rereading it because of this.
Edit: Note three (CMA clause): I said this within the post, but I want to make it more visible. I am not a lawyer. This is just from a lot of reading and studying the laws. I’m not licensed to give legal advice, take this at your own digression!
So, some themes of each side of the argument I’ve been seeing.
Shippers: “It’s just a drawing, you can draw whatever you want, it’s not illegal.”
Anti: “Drawing NSFW of Frisk is child porn, even if you age them up.”
So, lets talk about how both sides possibly have some things wrongs. First, I went to the US code Title 18 on Crimes and Criminal Procedure. Other people have posted some copies of these laws, but I wanted to make sure I had them straight from the books. I’m no lawyer, obviously, but none the less.
Year 2014, Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 71, Sec. 1466A
§ 1466A. Obscene visual representations of the sexual abuse of children

So to the shippers who are saying you can draw whatever you want, consider this me desperately flailing my arms around begging you to read up on your laws. Because that is not entirely true, at least not in the USA. If you draw something that is clearly meant to be an underage character engaging in sexual activity and it doesn’t fail the Miller test, then yes, you CAN get in trouble for it. Is it likely? No, probably not. Is it possible? For the love of god, yes.
“ (2)(A) depicts an image that is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in “
Now as far as aging up, I’m not touching the issue in terms of morality with a ten foot pole; I’ve read compelling arguments on both sides, it’s a rats nest of an issue, and I’m only here to talk about it in terms of legality. With antis posting about the laws in the US and others outright calling it child porn which insinuates it’s illegal, I wanted to cover it. Would drawing NSFW adult!Frisk/Sans get someone in trouble? This is assuming they aren’t clearly drawing child Frisk and just saying they’re aged up to try and dodge consequences.
It has to be or appear to be a minor. If they’re drawing an adult, legally it’s not a minor anymore.
So no, I really doubt it. Any competent lawyer could argue their client out of it, simply because of the lack of knowing and willful intent to distribute images of a child. Even if the image is based off a character who is a child, the character within the image is not one.
Knowingly and willingly creating or distributing an image of a minor plays a big part as to whether or not you’re actually held responsible. If you never meant to make an image of a child, the law would be hard pressed to hold you legally accountable of spreading or producing child pornography.
TL:DR - The legal issues of NSFW Undertale stuff with Frisk. No, go back there and read it, this is important.

Oh, I just have to jump in, I hope you don’t mind. I’m a chronic lore rambler, and all. In general monsters are made of magic and small amounts of physical matter, by the game’s dialogue. We can likely assume a monster’s SOUL is the core of it’s magic.
In a normal monster, this SOUL likely grows weaker as the monster continues through life, thus producing the effect of aging as we know it until they eventually no longer have the magical energy to sustain themselves and “Fall down” as the game puts it. They become immobile, fall into a coma, and eventually turn to dust as the last bits of their magic fade.
For a boss monsters, their SOUL would only grow weaker when they have a child to draw magical energy off of it. This means they most likely grow to their prime of life before their parents fall down, and then cease aging until they have a biological child themselves.
So, I wouldn’t call Sans immortal. He’s bound by monster biology, not human biology. He’s made of magic and dust, even if he displayed some possibly funky traits when he was wounded.
But that’s just how it goes in canon, and the implications from canon. Here’s some fun things to think about for the ship (even if it’s not necessarily my ship, I still love to stir the pot):
It was never stated that BOTH parents needed to be a boss monster for a boss monster to have a biological child and begin aging. Further still, with part of Toriel’s energy having been taken by Asriel, if she were to have another biological child, what lingering effects could that have? Interesting points to consider! Have fun, shippers.
Why I don't ship Soriel
I’m going to lose all my followers for this and I’m sorry
Toriel is immortal. As a Boss Monster, she and Asgore age only as their children age. Chara is brought back to life (WAKE ME UP) ONLY in the genocide route. As for Asriel… Well, he’s dead. Flowey remains, but Asriel himself is dead. Because of this, they’re immortal. I suppose the two aged a few minutes during the Pacifist ending, but I don’t know.
I don’t want Toriel to be depressed at the death of her new husband. Because, like it or not, Sans is NOT a Boss Monster. He’s a boss, but not a Boss Monster. He DOES age normally. We can prove this by looking at monsters such as Gerson, Monster Kid, and Asriel. Gerson and MK because Gerson is old, which means he HAS aged. The latter will most likely age, as well. Asriel because he’s a kid when you first see him, but then he grows into the ABSOLUTE GOD OF HYPERDEATH!!!
Then again, I might just be defending ToriGorey. I’m sorry.

I feel bad because I feel like I’m the only one who actually enjoys the concept of Not Growing Up Sucks with Frisk.
Frisk who reset enough times to read most books in the library of Snowdin, perhaps abusing their saves to get through particularly interesting ones quickly.
Frisk, who’s first ran consisted of desperate flailing in self-defense, trying to scare the monsters off, and each run after that was a creepingly slow attempt to make the ‘ending’ a little better until their deaths were something tattooed into the back of their eyelids when they blinked.
Frisk who finally got their happy ending. Who freed everyone. But by the time they did, they had to rely on Flowey’s recount as an estimate on how long they had been in a timeloop. They no longer knew. And there was this sickening ache in their stomach that their youthful body didn’t match their age anymore.
Frisk who is legitimately a very good person, but perhaps was repressing a surprising amount of bitterness over how much suffering they endured at the hands of the people who love them and whom they love. Who tried desperately to hide the night terrors and the flashbacks.
Frisk who might have have only Flowey to recommend ways to cope. He might have been Asriel. But he also knew about resets. He knew about the powers. He knew how liberating they could be.
“You could always just... let some of it out, you know. And just load your save after that. Don’t be an idiot. You know what I mean. You can’t hide it forever. They’d never know after you reset. Tell them what they did. Yell at them, ya know?”
Frisk who would scream at him to never suggest it again. But it would linger after that. Oh it would linger. A forbidden fruit hanging tantalizing in the edges of their mind.
I could keep going with this, all the way through to it’s conclusion. I have it all pathed out in my head to be honest. It wouldn’t be exactly an AU, I don’t think. Just a loose interpretation of multiple playthroughs of the game where poor Frisk is basically first in line for the trauma conga line.
