Italian Style Soup - incredibly tasty and easy-to-prepare!

Ingredients:

- a pack of frozen vegetables (carrot, celery, leek) - a few spoons of vegetable oil - 1 middle-size courgette - 2 tomatoes - 1 jar of tomato sauce - a few spoons of sesame seeds - Italian spices (basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, thyme) - salt - pepper - soy sauce - vegetable stock

Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a pot and add some sesame to the pan. Cut the courgette into cubes and cut the tomatoes into four parts. Then add frozen vegetables to the hot oil in the pot. Let them defrost, stirring occasionally. When the sesame seeds are turning golden, add some oil to them. When the oil in the pan is hot, add the chopped courgette and a few tablespoons of thawed vegetables from the pan. Mix everything in a pan and let it roast for a while. While the vegetables are roasting in the pan, add Italian spices to the carrots, celery and leek in the pot. Mix well and then add water until it covers the vegetables. Add the cut tomatoes, vegetable stock and some soy sauce. Let it boil.

When the contents of the pot boil, add the vegetables from the pan to them. Stir and boil. Then add tomato sauce and cook together for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy!
