I just don’t feel hungry throughout the day anymore. I could live off of fat free whipped cream and energy drinks until my 800 cal dinner at 8 for awhile honestly.

Can I just know what you do bc we were similar weights when you were bigger. So m just curious to know exactly what you do and if you’ve had a hard time doing it. Bc I am lol.
Hey! Well I’m 5”5 so maybe we distributed our weight differently. A lot of my fat went straight to my gut and ass so I’m not sure where yours went. BUT how I did it was mostly from having super small things to eat throughout the day like watermelon and 80 cal Greek yogurt and eating a “big” dinner of 750-800 cals. It’s all about calories! So fill yourself up with high volume low cal foods so you can lose weight and not binge.
Some good safe foods I have are
1.) obviously watermelon and 80 cal green yogurt (breakfast)
2.) energy drinks, coffee with fat free whipped cream (lunch)
3.) banzi chickpea pizza. WHOLE medium pizza for 700-750 cals. (Super filling for dinner)

Tidbits! I don’t have them where I live but I bought them as a great low calorie snack to keep under my budget. They are pricey but each bag totals out as 60 cal. Good replacement for cookies (or so I’ve heard😶‍🌫️)
Comes in all sorts of flavors they even have a keto pack.

LOW CAL PIZZA🍕
This is my low calorie pizza recipe💞
147-292 cals
So theres 2 ways you can make your dough. Here's the first way:
4 egg whites 68 cals
1/2 tsp of cornstarch 5 cals
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰ Fahrenheit. In a bowl add your 4 egg whites and your cornstarch. You can either wisk this or use a stand mixer or handheld mixer.
2. Beat egg whites and your cornstarch mixture until thick and an opaque white or until it starts to look like whipped cream almost.
3. Take a cookie tray and line your tray with parchment paper (not wax paper) or you can even use tin foil. If you don't have either you may have to heavily grease your pan with some crisco, oil, or butter but this may add a few calories so use sparingly.
4. Pour your egg white mixture onto the pan and bake for 10 minutes or until a golden color you desire
2nd base option:
Pita bread (for half pita bread it's 90 cals and for a full one it's 180)
Or any low cal wrap/tortilla like egg white wrap which is 35 cals
Repeat step 3 of the egg white base option and bake until golden
5. Once you let your dough base bake for about 10 minutes take it out of the oven and put toppings of your choice. I'm using :
1/4 cup of Marinara sauce 32 cals
1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese 80 cals
6. Once you put on your toppings bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
7. Once fully baked, take tray out of oven and let cool for a few minutes. Then slice it up however you like and either save some or eat all at once.
8. Enjoy!
