starting a week long fast today, I get my second vaccine dose next wednesday so I know I’m gonna be too sick to eat then too. I’m broke af and don’t have any food in the fridge nor do I have the money to order out so hopefully this will actually stick and I’ll be able to drop some weight.

I don’t know how to tell my boyfriend that I’ve relapsed. My boyfriend is a twig but strong as hell and I feel so fat compared to him but I worked so hard to recover so he wouldn’t have to worry about me and right now I’m just sitting here watching supersize v superskinny sobbing and he thinks I’m just depressed (I’ve been having a rough time being back at school away from friends and family and classes are rough and I’m having issues with my roommates) like usual but it’s so much worse. I don’t want him to feel like it’s his fault because it’s not, it’s just that my world feels like it’s caving in and this is the only thing I can control.

Keep your water bottle full
Don't fast more than 24 hours.
Don't ever purge. If you do already, h y d r a t e
Keep warm
Eat a balanced diet
If you bind, don't do it during a fast
After a fast and binge, eat regularly for ateast a day
Don't exercise every day
Rest when you need
Take care of physical hygiene
Seek therapy
You are loved and worthy of recovery
You aren't faking it, everything will be ok
You won't gain 10lbs from one treat
Your health comes first
