I love all the Court Jester vibes incorporated in Jinx's design without them putting her in an actual jester costume.

The shoes, the striped pants, even her braids which, at least to me, are reminiscent of a cap 'n bells. The result is she has the feel of a creepy jester......

....... while still looking like a cool punky teenage fighter with the crop top, choker, tattoos, and belts.

read this post before reading this one so everything makes sense.

Here are the order of dances a school would typically follow throughout the year:

Since Clone High started at the first day of school I’m assuming it’s September.

The 6th episode is the homecoming ep.

There’s a deleted scene of the homecoming dance which I included here because I thought was pretty silly:

moving on— they could’ve just ‘skipped’ the Sadie Hawkins dance but i would’ve enjoyed seeing it in an episode.

Then the students made it to their winter formal which are what the last two episodes focus on.

So I’m guessing in season two we’ll get a prom episode.

Season two episode idea: it’s “take your clone parent to class day,” which is just forcing everyone to dress up like their clone parent and make a presentation about their clone parent and president it to the class. Scudworth thought the name sounded cute even though it doesn’t make much sense.

Joan would buy this shoddy knight costume, JFK would borrow one of his dad’s wedding tuxes, and Gandhi grabbed his bed sheets. Cleo buys a historically and culturally accurate gown, and Abe buys an Abraham Lincoln costume because Cleo insists they put in the effort to get a good grade.

As for the presentations 😈😈

JFK paid someone to do it for him because he knew nothing about his clone father, SDJHCSHAB. But he was SCAMMED because as soon as his presentation came onto the screen, it was just a Roblox JFK assassination tribute video. JFK’s gawking at the screen, then at the class who’s looking back at him like, “girl, what the fuck is this” JFK paid Joan, but she made JFK vow to not tell anyone “or else.” (she made an ambiguously eerie threat) and the entire time people are laughing and yelling about the video on screen, Joan merely smiles innocently at him, money in hand.  

Joan just did the presentation but added “the of arc charm.” She had a lot of good information and facts no one knew about her clone mother. The end had a little clip of Joan acting out her clone mom’s execution which was just her wrapped in a blanket, in front of a blank wall, screaming, “oh my god, it burns it burns it burns it burns, help me help me help me arughaaaaeee if god loved me so much why did he let me diiiiiiiieeeeee.”

Gandhi had muffled audio of Hotline Bling play with too many graphics and animations scrambling around the screen, most of its clip art. The information is all copied and pasted from Wikipedia, and you can still see the blue text with links and little number brackets. At the end, Gandhi performs a rap to the melody of The Real Slim Shady about his clone father. That was somewhat alright, but ass. Total. ass.

Cleo did a fancy slide show with a pretty template and organized information that was flattering towards herself and bragging about her clone mom’s riches, power, and beauty.  

Abe just did a regular presentation. Straightforward. He added a few funny, light-hearted pictures to make people laugh, but it was an excellent slide show.
