I've been suuuper drained since my heavy workout a few days ago, intuitive training is super hard when you've programmed yourself to think that more is better. More isn't always better...you need to rest when you need it. So today I woke up & I'm in the bath straight away instead of working out. Its hard to workout less when your mind tells you that you have to exercise, but that's the point of the 6 weeks, to listen to my body & respond with what it needs when it needs it. Today I started my own workout challenge. 6 weeks of new workouts & committing to yoga once again. I have been very active since starting quarantine but now I have some particular goals in place & seeing as I'm a Personal Trainer I figured I would write myself a workout plan! Very excited to see how my body changes. I took my before photos & measurements today and I will take them every Monday, I'm not expecting massive changes honestly, it gets harder to see changes in your body the longer you workout for, you have to push it more for it to adapt & grow stronger.
I'll be posting what I eat almost every day & I'll share my progress too!
Looking forward to getting on with my first workout today... its heavy lifting workout no.1.
