Do you ever just look at posts about literally anything going on in the world. The pandemic, the election, violence, all really scary shit, and still think my problems must not be that big of a deal because all of this is going on and I could have it a lot worse?

I never want to forget that my problems are big to me even if they're not world problems right now and have nothing to do with them and that's okay.

It's okay for me to break down at the site of someone that literally lives with me and nearly have a panic attack out of fear anytime they're in the same room.

It's okay for me to want to run away from all my problems. I don't. But it's okay to want to.

It's okay for me to just lay in bed with my cat for a little while to feel better.

Let yourself be loved.

Don't make big problems into small problems because they're not big to the world.

One of my favorite stories to tell is when my current boyfriend and I went on our first date he kept saying I was going to regret this. We went out to dinner. He said it at least 5 times. He constantly made jokes and couldn't keep a serious conversation.
