My biggest insecurity has been released! MY BOOBS! This is a hot topic for a lot of woman out there but as a bikini competitor they are all around you! It is hard not to compare yourself to others. This has been a real challenge for me. I have thought about plastic surgery but there is just no possible way right now. I have been able to find a way to help me be a little more confident on stage. In the video below I will show you my little trick that I have done to get my chest as pushed up as it can get!

When I first started competing I had really believed there was no way I could earn my pro card without having fake boobs. It looks like almost everyone has them. But, I DID IT! I am an IFBB Pro with small natural boobs!! This has been a real eye opener for me. It has really made me reconsider getting a breast augmentation done. I know now it is not necessary to get it done. If I ever do get it done then it is because I want it done not because I think I NEED it done.

I hope this really helps any girls that have the same insecurity as I do.
