it’s been difficult getting the motivation to study, but motivation isn’t what i need - what i need is to sit down, set a timer, and just do what i can. because that’s what studying should be - doing what you can with the time you have, not being a god ! that’s why i’ve been using pomodoro timers to help me get going, even when it’s tough.
hope everyone’s studying and mental health is doing okay in these weird times!
