It also just hit me that I'm pretty sure most, if not all of the canon ships in She-Ra are interracial? That is just icing on an already amazing cake.

I think they are! Based on what I remember the Crew-Ra saying, the characters were designed to reflect these races:

Glimmer is half Asian; Bow is Black

Micah is Asian; Angella is White

Netossa is Black; Spinnerella is White

Mermista is Desi; Sea Hawk is Asian

Scorpia is half Asian; Perfuma is POC

Entrapta is POC (maybe Filipina); Hordak is a different species

Adora is White; Catra is a different species
