Okay okay so!! Harrow is the daughter of Pluto!

And Gideon is the daughter of Prometheus!

They both grew up next to each other, and ran away from their homes at 9/10, following the tragic event of Harrow's mom and stepdads deaths (similar to how they died in the book series).

It took a little bit to decide on Prometheus for Gideon's dad, but I felt it fit best!

And obviously Harrow has to be able to summon skeletons ✨✨

So I discovered an issue I may have:

so I ship this kind of ot4 of Shuichi, Kokichi, Korekiyo, and Rantaro in a relationship, okay? But then I remembered Korekiyo x Angie is actually kind of cute if you take away the murder.

. . . Then I found the Miu x Korekiyo rabbit hole of those two who should be unhealthy of each other but help each other cope with shit

And my friend drew a doodle of that Gonta x Korekiyo ship that I liked for a few minutes

Then the idea of in this AU Korekiyo is married to Angie while Shuchi is married to Kokichi and Gonta is married to either Miu or Himiko in the public but either in the public or in secret are all dating each other in a large three bedroom with Alaskan mattresses bed apartment or house right next to the forest and down a little train ride to the beach while Shuichi is a detective, Kokichi and Miu both run a business together, Korekiyo is a real anthropologist while Gonta is a real entomologist, Angie' an art teacher who has her own clay workshop at home, Himiko is one of those fantasy to real life teachers like those people who bring Hogwarts to life or do that real life Camp Halfblood thing for kids who want an escape like her or maybe have her own magic show or who knows a totally different job style, Rantaro being a work from home/househubby type of guy who makes the best foods for all of his boys. Then there's the image of one of them coming home tired or sad and they all just make a huge comfort pile with Gonta holding one of them while everyone else brings drinks food and comfort things and just let them ease and/or tell about his' or her's day, them adopting a black cat who Himiko named Jiji from Kiki's Delivery Service, Miu, Kokichi, and Korekiyo actually have a healthy found family/relationship at long last and even though Kokichi and Rantaro are gay they still love the girls in their own way and will be so down to hold their hands to scare are an aggressive flirter-

I feel like mafuyu would be the child of Apollo? Bc of the whole archery thing but she doesn't really fit the whole sun thing. Though it would be really funny to see mafuyu and the Apollo table just passively despising her siblings lol

Haruka gives off Athena vibes I have no explanation for this one except it would be fun seeing haruka making battle plans

Also question what is your idea for n25, An, and Toya? I really couldn't think of much for them

I'll start with Haruka first, because I haven't mentioned her and Shizuku in the post (I planned to do so in my first draft, but it got mysteriously deleted)

Shizuku and Haruka are the children of Mercurius and Bellona. We thought it would be so incredibly silly to make Shizuku Mercurius because the god of travellers having a daughter who gets lost in the streets, BUT Camp Jupiter also fits her issues about not fitting in with the standards and it has a lot of potential. Besides, Shiho is already in Jupiter, so we don't have to split them <3

Haruka is one of the two daughters of Bellona we picked for them, the other one being An. Bellona was a minor goddess of war, so Haruka CAN still make battle plans and she'd be amazing at it, quickly becoming a highly respected member of Camp Jupiter. We REALLY wanted Haruka and An being sisters, while also rivaling each other on "who's the better daughter", BECAUSE THAT IS BASICALLY THEIR FRIENDSHIP IN CANON, they love each other, but they get silly during training <3

Since I just talked about An - Toya got Apollo (Roman). I like to imagine him getting claimed and being like "Thank gods", because that means Harumichi wouldn't be his actual dad. What does that mean for his family and his older brothers? UHHHHHH, who knows?

N25 is also evenly split between camps, with Mizuki (Aphrodite) and Ena (Greek Apollo) being in HalfBlood [Akito and Ena having different dads but same mom still makes them siblings], while Mafuyu (Minerva) and Kanade (Pluto) being in Jupiter.

So far for Mizuki I imagined them being admitted to the camp early, thinking to themself "yknow i think im trans" and Aphrodite gets like "say no more" and gives them the magical girl transformation that comes with getting claimed.

Ena would be kind of mad about being Apollo, because that means she would naturally have the skills it takes for her art, but imagine now having TWO dads you want to please.

Kanade Pluto was picked mainly for Tricologe, but also something something about Hades kids having dead moms LMAO

Still, she loves her human dad and applies for leave permits to visit him, the praetors allow her as long as she brings someone (Minori) to go with her. With Minori's luck they usually return without a scratch.

With Mafuyu, we gave her Minerva, which is another "Thank gods the human mom isn't my real mom" moment like Toya had. Mafuyu usually stays in Camp Jupiter all year long and if she goes out, it's for expeditions or simply vacations, but doesn't return home. I can also imagine her pulling through studies despite the natural ADHD and dyslexia from being a demigod by translating everything to Latin or pacing around her room while studying, although she doesn't really need to do so now that she's at the camp.

I do really like the archery idea for her though! Camp Jupiter used to be REALLY sceptical about bow usage and even with Frank being a praetor now, I can still imagine people giving bow users "the look". Mafuyu would probably be good with all kinds of weaponry, but her journey would be with what she WANTS to be, so an archer, but yet again being expected to pick something else. Amazing idea.

Focusing on access to wands as magical capital, set in an au where Grindelwald and Dumbledore have won.
