For our Brandon, the Christmas season is probably one of the happiest times of the year. For him, Christmas means going to Tuscany to spend the holidays with all his relatives in Tenuta Viviani, the family mansion... and also drinking lots of their renowned Il Viviani, the wine produced from the vineyards that grow on their hills.

Graduated in Art History at San Francisco State University, he’s an illustrator with a lust for archeological discoveries.

Skilled with orienteering he’s often the one guiding a group through nature, after all once a scout always a scout. However, if there’s a bird around you can rest assured making sure he has it sketched down on his journal will be his top priority… even if that means delaying expeditions.

One must travel lightly to move swiftly in nature, that’s why, if you ask Brandon, a well organized belt bag with only the essentials is always the best option for expeditions.

•Personal journal; you never know when something important needs to be scribbled down, better to always have one and keep it safe. •Engraved compass, a cherished gift he always carries with him. •Noah’s spare pair of glasses; it’s easy to break your glasses during an expedition, having an extra pair for your clumsy friend, sure doesn’t hurt. •Binoculars good for finding your destination… and looking at birds!
