#in a cathartic way. Children of the Sun came on and that was a Yahar'gul song and i need to get over - i mean no. i Am getting over #the fact that post-false-memories im going to have complex feelings about that place. especially meeting Agnus there and he showed me #his studio and i know it was mindspace stuff but it was one of my early post-cult spiritual experiences and like #his studio ITS NOT... REALLY ACTUALLY A THING. it isnt astral. BUT its been a big inspo to my art since i saw it and #like. idk. it may have been mindspaces... both Lull and Agnus' but it was a nice place when it was Agnus and also #im struggling against false memories by saying ''literally nothing happened none of it was significant'' i think its more helpful to say #that the story was important to me. the fiction felt like home. doesnt matter that it was fictional right now what matters is it felt like #home and ill go from there. i enjoyed the story. and. you two alongside other spirits saved my fucking life #agnus if you hadnt fucking come in when you did id be dead. that goes for multiple people but like. each individual experience #of saving my fucking life deserves to be honoured lmfao.#OC: Agnus #as in.#Spirit: Eastern Sun #Spirit: Red Sky #<- in fictional masks bc thats all i would listen to when i was a pc pagan #Primogenitor's Child #<- going to be my bb tag instead of brutally butchering the world. i wont be using it often but #Spiritual Art

i cant believe the season of my fave podcast that i have dedicated the past year to is coming to an end today. these characters seriously mean the world to me, and i am so grateful to the creators for giving us this wonderful show to enjoy. though im very sad to see the teens go, im also very excited for what is to come, from the dndads cast, the fandom, and myself!

so, its pretty rough and by far not complete but this is a rough layout for the map of destiny (my zelda fancomic), i mainly took it after skyward sword but added parts of botw into it (like lanayru street, the twin mountains that were one mountain until ch3, the gerudo highlands, akkala ref; among more general map overlap)

this ones with some super rough chapter markers and some descriptions, the circle doesnt mean the chapter doesnt go to multiple places but the main happening of it is there, its again, pretty rough and lacks the correct order yet too, ill prob add that with time as i write out the scripts for the next chapters, so far i got the order until chapter 6 (chapter 4 is mostly at hylias temple and since there are alot of chapters happening there its not marked seperately)

chapter 1: demon (complete)

chapter 2: a dance of ice and fire (script done)

chapter 3: moving mountains (name not final)

chapter 4: starry night

chapter 5: a wound for a wound (placeholder name)

chapter 6: curiosity (possibly placeholder name, forgot to mark it on the map even tho i know where it goes)

most other chapters i know where and whats happening but i cant remember the exact order, i gotta make a structured chapter chart soon so i dont have to think over everything every single time i need the order

this is probably not very interesting but, even tho it is just a rough layout more for myself than anything else, i thought id share anyway, i know my handwriting when i write fast and tired is hard to read but uh .. feel free to send me an ask about it if theres anything youd like to know (do mention if you are ok with spoilers for the story)

I know a lot of people often joke that When Marine was There is the gay Ghibli film Miazaki never intended it to be, but most people overlook that Marie was probably the first of the so called Family-Trauma renaissance movies we've been having lately.

Like this movie really explored healing from familial tragedy and learning to forgive and accept who you are in light of the horrible things that happened in the past.

Everyone forgets that throughout the movie, Anna is grappling with figuring out who she is, why she was placed into adoption, what exactly it is to be who you are and how you can learn to find yourself when you cant go of a past that keeps you from growing as a person.

Throughout the movie, both we and Anna learn a lot about Marine--that, like Anna--she was just a girl, who did girl things and had a childhood and had a difficult beginning. We also learn that contrary to what Anna believes about her adoption process, Anna was not willingly given up. Marnie's daughter, Emily (who already had a difficult relationship with Marnie due to the death of her father and the abandonment caused by Marnie) died suddenly and Marnie was the only one who could care for her granddaughter and only gave up Anna for adoption when she died.

That was not Marnie's fault and Anna finally realizes it. And even then, Anna accepts that it happened and it was horrible but it does not define both her or Marnie.

Throughout the movie, Anna is grappling with not knowing how or why she was left behind, and in the end, Anna leaves the movie having known Marnie for who she was (a deeply flawed person who made mistakes and had a tough childhood who was trying to write a wrong) and chooses to except Marnie into her life, despite the pain.

Like When Marnie was There walked so these bitches could run!

The last five minutes have been such big autistic/ADHD feels. Six-year-old: "I wanna play Untitled Goose Game!" Me: "Great idea! You left your laptop on the table in the kitchen." Six-year-old: (goes into kitchen comes back) "Where??" Me: "On the laundry on the table." Six-year-old: (returns to kitchen) Six-year-old: (abruptly sprints from kitchen to front door) Six-year-old: (flings front door open) Me: "????" His cat Monkey: (runs in) Me: "Oh." Six-year-old: (bursts outside) Me: "????" Six-year-old: (bursts back in with empty dish of cat food for our porch cat, Tibs) Me: "Oh." Six-year-old: (flies into kitchen) Six-year-old: (flies back through living room with cat food) Six-year-old: (puts cat food on porch, makes sure Monkey's inside, closes front door, heads for couch) Me: "You still left your laptop on the table in the kitchen."
