Slithe

The self-proclaimed leader of the Mutant Army, the reptilian rapscallion known as Slithe had plotted to thieve the plans for the Plun-Darr weapon platform from King Claudius prior to the destruction of Thunderra.  Unable to obtain his prize, Slithe led his forces in chasing the Thundercats to their new refuge on Third Earth. 

On this new and strange world, Slithe and his followers allied with the villainous Mum-Ra, unaware that he had unwittingly pledged himself and his army to be mere minions and foot soldiers for Mum-Ra’s plans of conquest.  

Crass, unimaginative and cruel, Slithe made for a poor leader of the Mutant Army, but they followed him nonetheless, along with his chief lieutenants, Vultureman, Jackalman and Monkian.   Still, Slithe showed signs of cunning and his followers preferred him to the more demanding Mutant general, Ratar-O.

In the rebooted Thundercats continuity, Slithe is the leader of the Lizardmen and the first general of Mumm-Ra's army. He and his forces were responsible for the destruction of Castle Thunderra and acted as pawns in Mum-Ra’s plot to obtain the Sword of Omens and dominate Third Earth.  

Actor Bob McFadden provided the voice for Slithe in the original series; whereas actor Dee Bradley Baker voiced the villain in the 2011 reboot.  Slithe first appeared  in the premiere episodes of The Thundercats, airing January 23rd, 1985.

I am So Sorry abt the spam asks but one last idea for creature Jonah. If he were to become a "cryptid"(I'd imagine he'd be bad at hiding himself) I get the feeling he'd be referred to as "The Vultureman" as he's just found around random corpses and it just. Has vibes of people seeing animal-people and just slapping them together-

Can you do an episode where Malvaron stayed in the stronghold while his home were fumigated while Veronica wanted to have him for herself with the help of Pierrot Vultureman Vermin-O-Taur and a female gnoll dressed as clown known as Miss Laughterhouse

That sounds similar to the plot of "Save the Date", where Malvaron is captured by someone who wants him for herself. And considering that's my least favourite episode of the series, I'm not sure I want to redo it.

Also, while this isn't relevant (I could have done the episode anyway), I think Malvaron and Doug may stay at the stronghold, due to how often they're there, even if visiting doesn't make sense (in "A Girl and her Gumlump", why would they be visiting if the Mysticons were just about to leave to get snorgballs), I think they live at the stronghold anyway.

This is where I should mention that Vultaire is an adaptation of Vultureman, the fourth general of Mumm-Ra's forces in the 80s show.

Like Addicus and Kaynar, he was given a real name, but he was also given a major overhaul in context and motivation, and it's really cool. I really love how 2011 takes the spirit of 80s and gives it a new spin that fleshes things out and really works.

Never underestimate the speedster, and never threaten the speedster's boyfriend.

I love these two to death, and I love seeing them save each other, but this dialogue doesn't really do it for me, sorry to say. It's just... an odd thing to say out loud, and it's not even true. Their relationship isn't something you can reduce to that, it's things like mutual admiration and support. I'm just gonna say it's slightly awkward banter and move on.

Still love them.
