btw i find myself writing both adaman and seki in reference to him so yeah it's just gonna be interchangeable around here. call him either i'm gonna treat both as just parts of his name

Starts out Adaman is reflecting upon recent events. He says that when the sky turned red after a natural disaster that split space and time, people carved it into their heart as a record of fear, while he carved it into his heart as a blessing. When he found out it was a 'man-made disaster' brought about by the hands of one man.....

Volo is found gravely injured, burnt and bleeding. They bring him to Adaman's place for treatment.

Volo is startled to find out where he is and who is tending to him. He asks, "Aren't you the leader of the Diamond Clan? Adaman replies, "You can move now?"

Musing about how Volo is one of the ancient Celestica, Adaman says soothingly, "Is this nice? Would you please let me take care of you? I brought some snacks?" The bandages need to be on two more days.

Adaman tells Volo if he didn't wake up, he would have been sent to Jubilife Village where someone might help him better. Volo asks how long he slept, and Adaman replied three days. He muses to himself, "We saved him from collapsing in the ruins of Solaceon." Volo tells him he has helped him in so many ways, to which Adaman replies, "Did you try to destroy this land?"

Adaman: You colluded with Giratina to create the sky rift. You used the Great Sinnoh to drag Arceus out so you could rebuild the world.

Volo: That's me. What is the benefit of hiding a great sinner you've only met a few times? Why did you help? What is the purpose?

Adaman: YOU!!!!!

Adaman talks about how after Volo disappeared, he was entrusted with an old book talking about how the Diamond Clan came from another land to settle there, stealing the Celestica name and place. It wasn't difficult to imagine what Volo's people felt.

Volo is astonished when Adaman says, "Your anger is justified. -But I was the one to have an epiphany. I understand everything, and I want to repay my debt to you."

It gets spicy after that for nine more pages. Unfortunately, we can't see it because it's part of a book they are selling and not shown on their pixiv. :-( In the next drawing, they appear to fight a bit, and then it gets spicy. Volo comments Adaman is trying to erase the sins of his ancestors all by himself. He calls him 'Seki-San' (name in Japanese) something something bestowing grace.

Then there's the whole cute comic where Volo meets Adaman in Jubilife Village while he is out shopping. He gives him some of his wares that have not been released to the public yet by the Ginkgo Guild. He claims it is because the Guild wants to be in good terms with the Diamond Clan, and he jokes around about it being a bribe. Adaman replies that is impossible. Next, Volo says in a playful manner that really he is giving him a souvenier for the two of them becoming friends. Adaman is stunned because he was trained to be a leader from an early age and wasn't allowed friendships. Later, Volo angsts about it. He acted as if he was joking, but he really wants to cultivate a friendship with Adaman. At the same time, he's ashamed because he feels like it would be easy for him to take advantage of the man.
