Recently had to split down a lot of logs to fuel a clay oven! This was made farveasier after attending an axe use demonstration by @paulkirtley earlier this year at the bushcraft show. Happy Healthy Monday! 🥒🥬🥦⠀ ⠀ I think it’s a good time to introduce myself a bit. ⠀ ⠀ I am a certified Nutritionist. I got my official certification from @iinh_nutrition and I also have educating myself as a hobby. I think with nutrition there is always something new you can explore. I love reading so that helps too ☺️.⠀ ⠀ My believes are that there is no one-fit-all solution in nutrition and dieting. Each of us has different genetic predispositions, likes, dislikes and history and all of that has to be considered. One person can strive on a certain diet and their sibling can become quite sick eating the very same foods.⠀ ⠀ I’m not a big fan of radical dieting approaches. I think if you eat natural and normal food and by food I mean real food, that kind of food your great grandmother would recognize as food - and this includes a lots of vegetables, you will be healthy and happy! 🥦⠀ ⠀ The biggest food related problem I see in our society is the disconnection from nature. People don’t even know what is real food and how it should taste. We are so used to eating the artificially flavored food that simple apple or cucumber is not enough. 🍏🍎🥒⠀ ⠀ Even the amount of spices we add to our dishes. I’m not against spices in general, but a dish - if made properly from real ingredients - should taste great to us even without tons of spices...⠀ ⠀ If you want to change your eating habits and get healthier (hence happier), I am deeply aware how difficult such a change can be. I have experienced it myself. I try to look at it rather as a journey then onetime radical change though. This back to an older trip with my man @charlesnorris93 way back in 2015 until recently this was one of the coldest trips that if been on but still remains one of my favourites because of the moment this shot was taken. As the sun set down the valley over wast water the entire landscape turned red. Everything the light touched was glowing.
