epic lifehack 4 autistic / ADHD / anxiety / PTSD people and anyone else who uses chewlery and chew toys and stim toys u put in ur mouth!!

to sterilise the chew toy you have to boil it in water to like... get rid of the bacteria or whatever idk but if you, like me, do not like the taste of super sterilised silicone, sterilise it in a tea of ur choice!! I use mint tea or cranberry tea but just boil a pot of water with ur chewlery in and shove in a teabag or 2 while its boiling and itll taste like the tea 4 a bit.

Leo wears Chewlery.

You can’t tell me that boy doesn’t chew everything he holds. And it concerns everyone. Especially when he’s working on something and he starts chewing on oily bolts.

So lots of people (mainly Nico- because they are totally autism buddies) buy him chewlery.

Leo’s walking around with like 15 chewy bracelets on, and 3 chewy necklaces. He loves them.

If you're ADHD or Autistic or just really like chewing things oh my GOSH do yourself a favor and get chewy jewelry. There's so many necklaces in funky shapes and things you can get and there's a lot that honestly aren't that expensive (but make sure they're meant for chewing!!)

And DON'T feel bad about getting it if you think it would help you.

"Oh, but I'm not autistic, it would be wrong for-" Nope.

"I don't want to look weird." Then chew it in private.

If it helps you? Do it!!

I'm ADHD and my partner got me a pack of chewlery so I'd stop biting him (which will never happen, it's a sign of love) and I've been gnawing on this thing for days. It has really been helping when I'm anxious or having trouble focusing on a task. And with a lot of these, you can get ones based on how hard or soft you want them to be chew-wise!!

i need a mouth/chewing/tongue stim with a moving part. it needs to be safe to put in my mouth (in terms of no poisoning or microplastics, swallowing not a problem because i will put it on a necklace) but chewing silicone just doesn’t meet my needs. i need something harder that “clacks” when i put my teeth on it and preferably moves like on an axis. does anyone have any recommendations? preferably uk based business because that’s where i am but i will wait and pay for postage if the perfect thing is elsewhere.
