what brush/program do you use, especially for lineart? i love the way it looks <3
aw thank u!! i mostly use Procreate (ipad only) for comics and illustrations but i use photoshop for bigger semirealism or concept art stuff (or if i'm just using my computer instead lol)!!!! here are the grand total of 5 brushes I use:

(it's a custom brush -- sergey kolesov's soft eliptical 45 + aufgenomer pencil 1 3 -- and the procreate default 6B pencil + thyaciline + bonobo!!)
my lineart brush is a custom version of sergey kolesov's soft eliptical brush bc while on photoshop you can edit its hardness, procreate doesnt let you so I had to remake a hard version of the brush myself!!

Trying to get back into a gym routine. I feel like I’m all over the place.
Starting today 5 miles at the gym on the elliptical. My goal is to beat 60 minutes.
I was able to do the 5miles in under 47 minutes last time. I’m hoping to be able to do this again in time.
Last time I did this, I lost 22 lbs. I felt amazing and looked good. I gained some weight back and need to get back into the swing of things.
1 lean body protein shake for breakfast.
1 small salad for lunch
1cup of fruit for snack
64oz of water a day.
5miles after work.
Dinner which is mostly meat and veggies (add starch once a week
Cheat day was Saturday or Sunday depending on plans.
Workout 5-6 days a week.
This is my goal and you are more than welcome to join my journey!

One of my favorite things ive seen now that i keep getting fitness related posts is people who focused on fat loss commenting how they lost weight and it was all walking. One dude in particular was like "listen, all these body builders didnt have to go what we went through, just walk"
Strength training is important bc it prevents the fat from forming back as quickly but as someone on a massive weight loss journey cardio is super important for your health. Just walking at an incline helps so much.
I started out bc i had stage 1 hypertension and decided i wanted to go whole hog and get ripped, but if your activity level is low and youre concerned about your health, and most importantly, are able bodied enough, just go on walks. Half an hour at a decent pace is all you need my dudes and your heart will thank you. That and eat healthy and not what i did which was nonstop pizza and canes.

I’m watching what I eat and portioning my food.
Worked out everyday this month so far. Doing 5miles after work and 20k+ steps a day. I’m tryingggggg but I’m dead :(
