Launched in 2473 as a colony vessel, the Spirit of Fire was eventually requisitioned by the UNSC and refit to combat the Insurrection. However, these upgrades would see use following the onset of the Human-Covenant War.

Having a pivotal role in the Harvest campaign, the First Battle of Arcadia, and the Battle of Trove, the UNSC Spirit of Fire found herself adrift for 28 years until arriving at the Ark where the ship and her crew are locked in combat with the Banished.

Six months. Six long months...

That's how long it took for me to finish Giga Alice.

First, the process was going smoothly...

Then, art projects after art projects...

Art block after art block...

Made what was going to be a relatively quick and funny shit post...

Into six months of hell.

Yes, everyone, you read that right...

GIGA ALICE is FINALLY done!!!!!

So, what took me so long?

Well, as the top half of the post states; Art blocks and other projects, mostly.

Butt, we're here now, and she is looking mighty fine.

For those wondering why some her looks off, welp, my app did backflips and what not whilst drawing her soooooooo

Giga Alice is a part of a 2 collections of art titles 'Giga Red Team' and 'Giga Characters'.

Giga Alice is the 4th of 4 artworks I've previously completed, all based on my personal Jesus, Spartan Jerome 092.

Now, for those knowing that we're missing one more; be not afraid- Douglas and a few more are coming. Not soon, but they are gonna be sketched out at some point :p

Happy birthday to Serina!

Today is her -506th birthday!

Serina was a "smart" AI who was created to replace the previous artificial intelligence on the UNSC Spirit of Fire. She acclimated slowly, but by the Harvest campaign in 2531, she grew accustomed to the crew and enjoyed a good relationship with the ship's captain, James Cutter.

The Spirit of Fire was left stranded in space when it sacrificed its slipspace drive to rig it like a bomb and destroy a Forerunner shield world which housed a fleet of dreadnoughts that were about to fall into Covenant control. Because they had no way of knowing when or if they would be found, the crew entered cryosleep, with Serina left alone to monitor them. While they slept, she busied herself by making upgrades to the ship and its vehicles. She also dispensed small data drops into space, both to create a record of the crew and in the hopes that they could reach someone who could assist them.

By her seventh year, Serina began to experience rampancy. After a small Flood outbreak on the ship, she was forced to wake Dr. Ellen Anders and Spartan Jerome-092 to address it. After experiencing lapses in her logic that endangered the crew, she also revealed her other reason for waking Dr. Anders: to initiate her final dispensation. After the Flood was dealt with, she said her goodbyes to Anders and Jerome, leaving one final message for Captain Cutter before self-terminating.
