Just a man, a bench & a couple sets of dumbbells getting in a high quality full body workout on a Caribbean vacation! Used one of my favorite formats of lower body & upper body supersets to keep the overall time of the workout done (got to get back to the beach). Another super early & full day Judging today at the 2021 No Bull CrossFit Games but that’s not an excuse. My girlfriend is sleeping in the hotel room & I didn’t want to wake her but that’s not an excuse. I still got my fitness in. Yes right outside in the hall way. Stuck in a Hotel Gym? No worries 😉 this is one of my fav go-to intense workouts on a treadmill. 10-50 Deadmill Sprints (10 Seconds on 50 Seconds rest)- don’t even turn the machine on simple grip and walk for 50 seconds to get the belt moving and sprint max effort for the final 10 seconds of the minute (as hard as you guys can go) that’s 1 cycle. Repeat for 10 total cycles and 10 minutes of work if you can ~ trust me if you go hard 10 Minutes is more than enough to get your heart ❤️ rate jacked.
