I will have some fun crossovers. Trust the process. #I will also do my best to pitch this game as spoiler free as possible. Because you *should* play this game: #ISAT is a very lovingly crafted RPG with very fun and emotional writing. #The characters are great and the mysteries you slowly uncover are intriguing! #The way the gameplay ties into the player's own emotional state is nearly always in sync with the protagonist. You *will* feel things. #And it is not afraid to let those things be hard emotions! Do mind the content warnings and know your limits though. #As someone who sucks at video games I also appreciate that it is so generous with your time and keeps things fun. #Not to mention it is honestly underpriced for the amount of content in it. despite twst being a "villain" game

i love it when i see how certain characters speak to certain people. like how people just relate to their struggles/personalities/etc.

there’s riddle coming to terms that not everything has to be perfect, unlearning from what he has been taught growing up that not everything has to be followed to the letter;

ace who is gungho and earnest about what he believes in and has the natural inclination to defend those he grows to genuinely care about;

deuce always striving to improve himself despite setbacks and being aware of his own shortcomings;

leona who acts like he’s given up from being cast aside his entire life and coming to terms to the fact that there are people that do look to him as a leader, as someone who’s worth something;

floyd who unapologetically just does what he wants, choosing to do things that interests him at the moment;

kalim choosing to be happy and kind always, living life everyday to the fullest knowing what he’s gone through;

jamil with the expectations and obligations to essentially "perform" and do things for others more than for himself, especially when he has the potential to shine by himself with his own abilities;

vil rejecting gender norms and restrictions, while still being confident in his own masculinity, and also wanting other people to bring out their best and truest potential even though he may be strict about it;

rook being able to pick out so meticulously the beauty in everything and everyone whenever no one else is able to;

idia with his introverted yet very passionate energy towards things he cares about;

silver with his love and dedication for those he considers his family;

malleus with his loneliness and bringing out his genuine self with someone he's able to consider a friend;

i know some of these sound pretty surface-level but these are the ones that just came to mind at the moment, these are not my full-on thoughts on each of them

my point overall is i just really love seeing when there’s a character that REALLY speaks to someone that doesn’t particularly speak to me because it gives me a whole new perspective on characters i initially didn’t care about or didn’t like and makes me appreciate them more

also it just shows how how these characters are different enough in that sense so that there are characters for everyone to love and relate to 🥺💕

i could gush more about relationship dynamics as well but this is getting long enough hfdsfjsljlks anyways i would love to see others’ own takes and why a particular character(s) relates to them or why they just like them in general 👉👈 i want to spread some good vibes 💖 but anyways idk these are just my thoughts 🤧

She had been gaining slowly... steadily... For awhile now. She seemed to want to hide her new belly, larger chest, pillowy arms, and soft hips but what she couldn't hide is how much she loved to eat. Her face would light up at the thought of food, you could see how it's inviting scent caused her pleasure, and the taste... Oh the taste... She would sway to it almost as if the flavors were a symphony on her tongue.

She and I had been friends for years. I knew she had an appetite before, but the pounds had been kept at bay by her vigorous zeal for the gym. Unfortunately though, she had just gone through a rough breakup and as any good friend would, I strongly encouraged her to take care of her broken heart by staying home and binging movies and snacks.

What I didn't expect was for her to still be binging without exercise 6 months later. All her clothes had gotten tight, almost embarrassingly so. You could hear the seams of her jeans screaming as she sat down, and at every meal she desperately tried to prevent her snug shirts from rolling up to her tits as her gut expanded.

She was very shy and clearly embarrassed of her new size but she was also not planning to stop gorging herself... And packing on the pounds... Any time soon. I couldn't lie, I always thought she was gorgeous but her softening frame just made her even more beautiful. She would catch me looking at her as she ate and blush deeply trying to hide that she had noticed.

I was fine with our relationship continuing as it had, just friends. I had no intention of telling her how sexy she had become since gaining all that weight... Or how night after sleepless night I dreamed of stuffing her until she was temporarily immobile; her beautiful, fat, greedy face panting at just how full I had made her.

Until one day, she had gotten a little too gluttonous at lunch. She had nearly gotten stuck in the booth before we even ordered and after, her pants button finally gave in and launched across the restaurant into some poor man's soup.

She hurried outside as fast as the lard coated logs she called legs could carry her. She was sweating, panting, and completely red faced by the time we got in the car. She was stunning. I couldn't help myself, I couldn't hold in my lust any longer. I leaned over, grabbed that fat, distended gut, and kissed her icing glazed lips passionately.

I could tell she was surprised but, I could feel her melt into my kiss and let out tiny muffled moans at my touch. Her hands began to trace my body, reserved at first but then with reckless abandon.

I pulled back and looked into her eyes:

"My my, greedy little piggy is just as horny as she is hungry, isn't she?"

Her hips bucked as a loud moan escaped her pouting lips.

The worst part about reading in a genre where you have low expectations (in this case, Christian historical fiction) is that when a book impresses you, you have no idea if it's actually good or if you're just overly impressed because it was a fraction of a degree better than the usual garbage.

#basically lately anytime i read a christian fiction book that isn't romance-based i find myself surprised by the quality #i do think that some christian publishers are getting better #and trying to tell stories that dig deeper into real faith and messy issues #instead of making only vapid squeaky clean prayer-filled tropefests #but i'm not sure *how much* better #because anything above the low bar feels like great literature #the most recent is 'in a far-off land' by stephanie landsem #and let me tell you setting the prodigal son in 1930s hollywood is a genius concept #i have some issues with the history and the mystery #but the characters! #it has been a long time since i cried this hard over a book #several chapters of solid waterworks #(and i also have the issue of figuring out if it's actually that moving or if i'm just hormonal/sleep-deprived) #i keep thinking about this book but also i worry about recommending because what if it's actually terrible by normal book standards? #(also the author DOES NOT understand the seal of confession and i was SHOCKED to find that she's actually catholic) #but also looking at the reviews makes it clear that if most of christian fiction is vapid garbage it's these reviewers' fault #here you have something that's digging into sin and darkness and justice and mercy and these people are just #'how can it call itself christian fiction if it only mentions god at the end?' #are we reading the same book this WHOLE THING is about god! and humanity and our fallen nature and how this breaks relationships! #your pearl-clutching anytime someone tries to get even a tiny bit realistic is destroying this genre #i'm gonna run out of tags so i'll stop now
