What Marriage Life Would Be Like With the Seven Warlords (Headcanons)

It's pretty chill being married to Mihawk

Y'all just vibe in a mansion on an isolated island

I imagine Mihawk is a person of quality time and acts of service so the two of you would often spend time together

Whether it's reading in your library or cooking dinner for each other, every moment you do together and action you do for him is cherished in Mihawk's heart, even if he doesn't mention it

He makes sure you're healthy and well (eating properly, making sure you get your sleep)

This man will be able to instantly tell if your state is the slightest bit off and will not hesitate to voice his concern

He is not opposed to having children, the idea might amuse him

In fact, after Zoro and Perona had made their appearance, Mihawk grew fond of the idea taking care of his own child, even if they would be irritating at times

Btw, Zoro and Perona think you two act like an old married couple ❤

Only way this would be possible is if you are someone like Luffy

She might not understand exactly what marriage life means but she will do her best to make you happy

She is going to cook for you and feed you

She will bathe you and make sure you have the best clothes to wear

And she will order the best doctors to bring you back to your best health if you get sick

She is taking ✨amazing✨ care of you

The two of you are just living the life of luxury regardless of where you choose to live because you two are together and happy

You will not have kids (for a number of reasons that I will not get into because this is supposed to be a fun post)

Alright, I had no idea what to do for Moria so I asked @ask-the-night-crowl for these headcanons, thank you again Snugs

In a marriage, Moria would totally rely on his partner to fulfill all the duties he has/ should be responsible for. Granted, the other mysterious four already take over most of those, but someone has to keep them all in check.

His spouse better not be aversed by his crew, because for as much as he says he doesn't care about these idiots, he would also face death to protect them.

Unless him and his s/o have known eachother for a pretty long time, he'll try to keep them at an arm's length. Not necessarily because they don't have good enough of a connection, but the idea of loss is always on his mind.

He doesn't mind affection. In fact, he'll back-handedly seek it out by annoying his s/o until they give him attention if he so desires. He's pretty much like an oversized cat.

On the other hand, you'll also have to be prepared not to see him for days on end, because of his sleeping habits (Again, like a cat).

But in that time, cuddling with him is totally fine, because once that man is out, he sleeps like a rock.

His frequent nightmares might lead to the conclusion that comforting him would be the answer. But he hates the idea of being treated as weak as that and would much rather appreaciate the mere presence of his s/o when he wakes up next to them.

In contrast, he'll offer the same to his s/o when they feel down and would have an immediate (even petty) grudge against anyone harming them.

Staying in with him at a fireplace, drinking fancy wines and making fun of the other warlords would be his favorite way to spend time when he's awake for once.

If the spouse is good at cooking, you can bet they'll become his personal chef - after all, love goes through the stomach amirite.

If you're marrying Doffy, his family comes as a package deal, you can't have him without it, that being said, he expects you to get along with them (you can tolerate them instead but just don't let him notice)

Of course, he will expect you to take care of Baby 5, Buffalo, and Dellinger as if they were your children, he is open to making blood offsprings, but never put them before him

Doffy is your number 1 priority, whatever he says goes

But just because he's demanding doesn't mean he won't show you affection, in fact, most of his demands is just him wanting to give or receive affection

You are showed in gifts and luxury, he is the king of Dressrosa afterall, your word has every weight as his own since your are his queen

He is proud to show off his spouse, you are his most prized possession after all

However, you are more than just a trophy, after the loss of his dear mother and brother, he holds you close and tells you how dear you are to him every night

You are often woken up in the middle of the night due to his rustling from nightmares, just hold him to calm him down

Crocodile keeps you in the dark about his work, for all you know, he is a casino owner in Alabasta that keeps the people safe from pirates since he's a warlord

He takes you out for a stroll around in the evening, outside to admire the stars, or in the casino where your every need is met

He doesn't show affection in public but his gestures do show you belong to him and no one else

He keeps you company in bed at night until you fall asleep but when you wake up, he is not there, he's working as always

When see him next, he'll have a gift for you, an apology for not being able to always be around as he is a very busy man, but he'll make it up to you

I imagine it would be comfortable, like little cottage in nature kind of comfy

You both would wake up in the morning with a nice cup of tea

Your place would be clean and organized

You'd receive lots of comforting hugs and cuddles

Life would be peaceful

Until strawhat crew comes knocking on your door

he asks about your interests, taking note of your likes and dislikes in order to buy you the perfect overpriced gifts

every so often he’ll sneak in a flirtatious remark, flashing you a smirk (and was that a wink?)

once you finish your meals he’ll escort you out in perfect gentlemanly fashion, taking your arm and guiding you down the steps

afterwards he’ll offer to show you around arabasta, showing you the hottest tourist locations (skipping every line because he is the crocodile) if you choose to accompany him

hancock proposes a relaxing gondola ride, except instead of a person rowing the boat it’s salome tugging it

she packs every dish and meal imaginable: breakfast, lunch, dinner, even dessert

for a while she’ll try to hand feed you, insisting that you don’t lift a finger on this peaceful boat ride

the ride is mostly quiet, except for the occasional sea king who interrupts the ride (and boa immediately turns to stone)

she’ll slowly snake her hand behind your shoulders, her face getting redder the further she gets

sometimes she’ll sneak a kiss in, never daring to go past your forehead (her heart might explode)

when you return to the island she’ll ask if you just want to cuddle, wanting to spend the rest of the day alone with you

doflamingo obviously takes you to the classiest venue money could buy: a casino

chances are he probably owns the place, which explains why he’s dropping so much money on the slots (which he keeps winning somehow)

he calls you his ‘good luck charm,’ having you sit on his lap as he plays cards at the high-stakes table

if you ask nicely, he’ll probably let you wear his pink coat which you find out is incredibly soft and probably made with real flamingo feathers

he pulls you closer when the game becomes more intense, whispering flirty comments into your ear while he intimidates the competition

doffy gives you all of his winnings (he’s rich, why would he need all this spare change?)

he’ll take you shopping after with your recently earned money, letting you sit on his towering shoulders as you stroll through the streets of dressrosa

don’t get me wrong mihawk is a awesome father. He seems like a very responsible man and that he would not leave you out in the cold at the cost of his own life. He spoils you just as equally as boa does and although he’s not the most trusting man on earth, he wouldn’t dare break the bond you two have when he can’t replace it with your actual mother. At this point not that you wanted to.

Never meeting your mom may have taken a toll on your mental health at first, but not to worry! Awesome aunt boa to the rescue!!

The chances of you meeting boa we’re actually very slim, whether you know it or not. As I said Mihawk doesn’t easily trust plus you probably met at a warlord meeting where he has to take you along for one reason or another.

You saw boa and naturally, thought she was very pretty. Mihawk is rather reserved too so you probably don’t see people often in general (til you get older). Therefore, seeing such a ethereal woman made you instantly admire her. You immediately wanted to get to know her—and, luckily for you, she took an interest in the girl who’s mihawk’s daughter!

now idk what you did but she started the conversation, and whatever you replied made her think you weren’t so bad! You two chatted some more and after figuring out you had no mother figure she took it upon herself to raise a cute girl such as yourself to be a good woman. She didn’t exactly want to be viewed as your mother..that would relate her too closely to mihawk, a man, for her liking. So! She’ll be the cool and classy wine aunt instead! 🍷💋

you love your dad, he does his best to raise you as a single father and pirate/warlord/worlds best swordsman. And you truly do appreciate him! womanly hour!~ well more like hours, you spend the whole day with boa whenever you can, she’s makes a magnificent aunt and literally never says no to you. She’s like to you how she is to luffy but less delusional platonic <3 you two go shopping and pick out clothes together, her tribe of course also gifts you all the cute clothes you could ever want (again, handcrafted) because boa adores you and they adore boa!—which means they adore you! 💕 You and the Kuja 100% get along and see eye to eye on how spectacular Hancock-Sama is~ 🥰

when your older you probably go over to visit her more often and maybe even on your own! Mihawk trusts that by then he’s trained you enough, plus i think he would have his certain set of rules but not be too strict of a dad.

teaching you how to be a proper woman with Boa 101 ;} only if you want to tho! She’ll ensure your not out here acting like some monkey—surely your not! (unless you are 🤷‍♀️) Still, she teaches you basic lady manners. :) More than anything she knows women is NOT the problem, so instead of going “keep your legs closed ☝️🤓” she says “If a man looks at you lower than your stomach, kick him in that area 😉😘” - Boa Hancock (the woman we trust💪)

AND you already know she’s gonna teach you how to kick as hard a she can 😤😮‍💨👌 which ngl by the time your older your sure to be a master in many Haki’s. You may even have conquer’s 🤷‍♀️ I wouldn’t doubt it you got Mihawk blood in you :P

Growing up Boa has constantly been warning you of men and they’re vile ways. When you become of age she’ll tell you what happened to her (that’s how much she trusts you 💗💗) and you’ll know what she means right away. She will always look out for you but gives you tips on things just in case, and if you ever feel unsafe, don’t hesitate to call her or take a trip to the island of women! The entirety of the Kuja tribe will lay down they’re lives in an instant for Hancock-sama’s lovable little niece <33

I’ve been mentioning this throughout but her taking you to the island of women definitely happens. You love it there and everyone loves you. I was reading about the theory of Mihawk and Boa being siblings (and the kids of Rayleigh) and I like it! Quite a lot. I find it kind of funny, something about the misanthrope and the misandrist and the very random exceptions that make their ways into their hearts, but also because Mihawk is a whooping 12 years older than Boa, and something about him taking care of her as an older brother and then knowing all the tricks to keep a high mantenience girlie happy when Perona comes around

Okay but- have you think about just ONE of Sanji brothers being good? Like, Ichiji. The most perfect son. The future king of Germa. Ichiji, the first prince. Who has emotions just like Sanji (even if he struggles with them unlike the blonde) and never, ever punched him before, always intenting to subtly stop Niji and Yonji from beating him up. He wishes he could do more, but he can't now.

Until their mother dies and Judge locks his dear younger brother.

It's like something scream to him that he should get Sanji fucking out of here and leave alongside. And he hears. He saves his dear brother and run away, both, together.

And then, both where rescued by Mihawk and the Warlord!Sanji happens, but with Ichiji too.

Unlike the blonde, he really don't like interacting and prefers to stay hidden/with his parents (mostly Dracule and Croc). He gets surprised when the news about Portgas D. "Fire Fist" Ace being Sanji's boyfriend comes out during Marineford, but he helps stop the execution.

God, anon, this is fucking gold I love it. Holy shit. I love your brain. It got out of hand and like Ichiji is too important for it to be just glanced over.

Ichiji who just can't wrap his head around why they're different but knows he needs to protect Sanji and save him. He may be the Crown Prince, superseding his older sister for whatever awful reason and doesn't understand his emotions like Sanji does and Sora tries to help. Ichiji who helps Sanji get patched up when he can't stop Niji and Yonji and Reiju turns her head and scoffs. Then their mother dies.

Then Sanji dies.

Except he's not dead. He's in the dungeon with a helmet and Ichiji feels the pure rage and eventually breaks them both out and breaks the helmet of Sanji who is so much smaller than he should be. They work on the Orbit and when Zeff attacks and saves them on the rock it takes Ichiji much longer to starve than Sanji but he does. They find Zeff who gave his leg for them and their dreams, for Sanji to find the All Blue and Ichiji to be there for his brother and find his way in life.

When Mihawk picks them up he's absorbing the information he is given and suddenly has two kids coming with him to Kuraigana and they're twins but completely different sizes and Ichiji tells him everything about Germa and what's been happening to them. Mihawk is just staring at the brothers in both disbelief and horror and decides he's not going to really let them out of his sight.

The first Warlord meeting they attend with Mihawk, Sanji is still hiding in Mihawk's coat and Ichiji is glaring at them from Mihawk's side with crossed arms. Everyone is looking at the children but the meeting is normal except for the children reading under the table. The meeting takes forever and they fall asleep and Doffy pulls them both out because he's long, not only is he tall he's just long and when he looks at Mihawk because this is some typa shit Doffy has pulled, like he has kids that he acquired somehow.

"Would you believe they're twins?" Mihawk asks dully as Doffy holds them.

"What the fuck did you do to them?" Crocodile asks.

"They came like that." Mihawk sighs.

"Did you buy children?" Boa asks with anger.

"No, I saved them and Redleg from a rock and they came with me." Mihawk responds. The warlords stare at them. "They're also the presumed dead princes of Germa."

"Hawkeye, with all due respect, what were you thinking?" Jinbei asks as he rubs his temples.

"I don't know." Mihawk answers truthfully.

The next meeting the other four have managed to pull together some things maybe the boys will like. Maybe. There's some drawing stuff, more laid back children's books, a book of maps. The boys are staring at them but give their thanks as they settle in for the meeting and afterwards the warlords try to talk to them but Ichiji answers mostly. Sanji hiding behind him, nervous, as the elder talks to the most dangerous pirates of the seas about their dreams.

When Mihawk goes on the job Croc still takes them first. Sanji and Ichiji are enamored with Anna and the bananawanis and they get along great with her and it's actually really nice for them to have a pet, even for a short period of time that isn't trying to kill them and eat them. At some point Ichiji shoots lasers at somebody who got a little too close. No one was hurt but Baroque works is staring at the kid with confusion as Ichiji shrugs them off. When Crocodile asks the only answer he is given is a shrug by Mihawk.

Then Doffy kidnaps them because there's another job and everyone is arguing over the laser kid and his little cook of a brother and who gets to take them. Doffy sees an opportunity and just takes them without anyone noticing and gets them lunch before they leave and he strings along the city making them laugh. Baby 5 and Ichiji love sparring and Sanji is allowed in the kitchen at his pleasure. When Doffy is holding the three of them to put to bed he can feel a weird feeling in his chest and he doesn't like it. He killed his brother he doesn't want to kill them too.

While Jinbei has them he teaches them about meditation and learns a lot about them because he is much calmer than the previous warlords. He calmly takes Ichiji's worry and agression as he trains them. Ichiji is fiercely protective because of their past. Jinbei simply acknowledges this and says he does need to let Sanji move forward, for both of them to be their own person. Sanji says he should find his own dream and as much as he loves Ichiji his life shouldn't revolve around protecting him. Their mother would have wanted him to be free too and if he's tied to Sanji that isn't freedom. Ichiji thinks a lot about that and decides he's still going to protect Sanji or will beat up whoever beats Sanji up. Jinbei laughs full bellied and loud and says that's a good start and asks if there's anything he likes to do. Turns out Ichiji has been getting a lot of use out of the drawing supplies and Jinbei nods. Of course the brothers have picked artistic talents of their own, similar yet distinct enough to be their own.

When Boa gets them she's going to treat them like the little princes they were except they don't really have clothes for boys there. So they're put in dresses and extra flowy pants and shirts. Boa smiling and taking care of them as they adjust to being royalty where it's not a fight to death or being on edge that they're going to be attacked. Boa and her sisters explain that most royal systems are not like Germa. They find they like the styles of the shirts and pants and dresses better than a lot of things they've worn and they have the ability to show their differences because they've mostly just been dressed in the same type of training clothes. So to be able to not be in training clothes or numbered like in Germa is huge to them and Ichiji runs around with Sanji on his back and they're laughing on the beaches of Amazon Lily and Boa smiles as she puts their joy into her mind forever.

They grow up well loved and doing what they love. Perona fully adopts them as her baby brothers and dolls them up. She's four years older than them and takes them out for the boring parts of warlord meetings/parent hand overs. She is the cool goth older sister who absolutely buys them cigarettes. She, Baby 5, and Ichiji have also somehow formed a makeshift gang that follows Sanji much to his displeasure but it's so fucking funny for laser beams to fry a Marine's cap when they're getting a little too close to Sanji. Or when Sanji is working a waiter or dishwasher or whoever. No matter what the parents say.

Except they miss when Sanji sets off and Ichiji pouts on Kuraigana for months. Sanji doesn't call or write and his poster is fucking awful. When he and Mihawk go to Ace's execution after Perona and Zoro arrive and Ichiji avoids him so that he doesn't wig the swordsman out. During the war his transponder goes off from Mihawk.

"Fire Fist is dating Sanji." Is all that's said so Ichiji joins the fray with his laser eyes. They save Ace and Luffy get them out. He goes with Crocodile after the war. Eventually on Karai Bari when the Strawhats and Ace, newly a part of the crew, show up. Ace and Luffy point at Ichiji and say that he's the red Sanji from Marineford.

"So you guys got Dad arrested, and Mama is dealing with the whole Navy thing by herself and Pops is on your crew?" Ichiji asks Sanji.

"On top of waging war against two emperors which one is dead, and the other is just...fucked up, I guess." Sanji nods.

"You have anything cool now?" Ichiji asks.

"I can sky walk and set myself on fire." Sanji nods.

"Fucking shit if Boa sends her damn snake on us, I'm feeding it to Anna." Crocodile grouses.

"There are much bigger things to deal with." Mihawk assures Crocodile. "For example, Fire Fist needs a proper shovel talk and I'm leaving that up to you both." Mihawk says he leaves.

"Oh right." Ichiji grins as Ace looks at Sanji.

"He helped me escape Tottoland, he doesn't need a shovel talk!" Sanji defends.

"Wrong." Crocodile and Ichiji retort as Sanji sighs and everyone starts asking who the fuck raised them.

Shanks -

He likes this. He likes this a lot. He will lean on you though and he will use his full dead weight on you, so be careful.

In general he likes the look of all people too, they're aesthetically pleasing. This man smacks people's asses though, friend or partner, and he will try to exploit your height to his advantage with this.

Benn Beckman -

Not too bothered, it's not a big deal to him. Just don't make him feel small, not like you really could, or he will show you just who's in charge here.

For some reason he's very drawn to long arms, they're just something he likes.

Yassop -

Immediately no. He's not having this. He will not stand for it. It's okay though, push him over because he's acting like a child.

Anyway, he'll get used to it but don't tease him relentlessly (please do)

Boa Hancock -

She sees most people as beneath her so this is a change. She's not liking it so much, especially being on eye level with you or looking up.

Eventually, if she likes you enough, she'll have to suck it up and deal with it.

Doflamingo -

(I'm going to pre warn you, I'm not a Doffy fan. I despise this man)

Ugly looking smile, and it's hard to tell if he wants to cut you down or if he's actually enjoying this. If he does actually like you enough it will be fine but he'll complain about having to crane his neck.

Do not feel bad for him, he deserves the pain for being naturally tall in the first place.

Crocodile -

Not a happy lad.

It bothers him but he doesn't hate it, he will warm up to it eventually. But don't comment on it or he will threaten to turn you into dust.

He likes long legs though so this is a bonus, especially if you're someone who wears skirts or dress trousers.

Mihawk -

Not an issue, it's not something he'll notice so much. There's too many tall people on the Grand Line for him to be bothered anymore.

But if he's got a soft spot for you, he will complete you on it if you're feeling bad.

Buggy -

He wants to climb you, but he's also intimidated.

Step on him? He's not sure if he wants to to or not. But for some reason he does find this attractive. Especially if you're leaning over him. He'll blush, a lot.

Again let me know who to add and also I do requests as well, it helps because I'm not good at coming up with scenarios. I also do oneshots if requested.
