The Drakes Spoiled Brat (im sorry dad) has reached chapter 6!!

Name: As above Rating: General Audiences Chapter: 6/?? Word count: 19,861 Relationships: Batfam + Extended DC friends/fam (now including minor past Dick/Babs and Roy/Jason) Summary: Canon Timeline, Red Robin died alone long after his family fell apart with Bruce vanishing. His last moments wishing that out of everyone he saved, his family would be included.

Suprise suprise- he gets that chance when he wakes up at 5 y/o only a year after Robin made his debute.

Now as both the elusive Gotham Vigilante Cardinal (a bird of devotion) and Timothy Drake (his rich asshole persona version of Brucie Wayne)

Tim will fight tooth and nail for his families happily ever after (If only he fought as hard for his own happiness)

I don’t you’ve seen a fic where Tim ends up with Barbara after Jason’s death instead of Bruce. I remember that when Tim’s parents are kidnapped, Barbara asks Bruce for help and he tells her it’s a low priority because he’s too busy chasing the Joker. I think Ra’s gets involved at some point, but that might be a different fic…

It’s not ‘How to be a male batgirl’, but I can’t remember what it is.

I have not read that fic, but it does sound interesting. I'm curious about the difference dynamics with that. Barbara is like a family friend. She has the ability to disregard what Bruce says and make her own rules because she's not a part of the Waynes. If Babs steals Tim from Bruce (which, if he's a bad dad, good for Tim and Barbara), does Tim get immunity from Bruce too?

I love Oracle and her ability to help the female vigilantes. She provides safety, reassurance, distance from Bruce, and support. I'm too tired to delve into the gender dynamics and why her having a separate force from Bruce is so vital.

Dick, if he stays as a more independent agent in Bludhaven (who occasionally travels to help in Gotham), could also provide similar resources as Babs. It wouldn't quite be to Barbara's level, but it could be another person and location the batkids could go to.

It would be great if Babs, Dick, Alfred, and Jason all communicated with each other to provide aid and refuge to the younger Bats.

Just read through all of Batman Wayne Family Adventures and I have to say that I consider this to be the most canon batfamily there is and you can fight me. From sibling nonsense to Bruce trying his hardest to be a good dad to emotional moments it's all so good. Also it's hilarious in every way shape and form. Characters you don't see often in the batfamily but deserve more recognition are made so lovable

the batfam & hero merch

- bruce only wears Superman and Wonder Woman merch because he doesn’t want his kids to think he’s picking favorites if he wears theirs

- babs mainly wears Nightwing, Batgirl and Spoiler merch, and she has some old Batman merch from before she was a vigilante

- dick’s favorite hoodie is Red Robin merch, but he owns merch for everyone in the family & Superman that he wears consistently

- cass LIVES in Batman merch, she is always wearing some, but she also owns Spoiler and Batgirl merch

- all the merch jason owns have been gifts from his family, he refuses to buy any himself except for Wonder Woman merch

- tim mainly wears Nightwing merch, but he owns Spoiler and Signal merch as well. he also made his own Oracle merch that he wears (he makes some for the rest of the family as well)

- steph wears Spoiler merch unironically, and has Red Hood, Signal and Batgirl merch she wears on occasion

- duke wears his Red Robin and Robin merch the most, but he also has merch for the rest of his siblings + babs

- damian only wears Batman and Nightwing merch, he refuses to wear merch for anyone else

(dick and tim also own merch for their hero friends that they wear)
