So we have to stay at home due to coronavirus and I realized I am f*cking bored and when I am bored I eat, and I eat a lot. I have organized my days so I won’t eat a lot. There it goes.
Wake up - 9.00 am
Exercise - 9.15 am (I am working out with the BBG)
Shower - 10.00 am
Breakfast - 10.45 am
Yogurt or an apple with cinnamon or egg white and a coffe or tea
Study - 11.00
Lunch - 12.45 am a big plate of salad with salt and a portion of fresh cheese, or a boiled egg or an avocado
Free time - 1.30 pm
Snack - 3.30 pm a piece of fruit, yogurt or an smoothie
Study - 3.45 pm
Snack 2 - 5.45 pm
Study - 6.00 pm
Dinner - 8.00 pm soup or salad

Update:
FINALLY I AM COMPLETELY MOVED OUT!
I can breathe a sigh of relief that everything is sorted. The flat is cleared empty cleaned perfect. Just got to hand in the keys and it’s over. Next I have to sort out all the stuff I’ve brought over to my parents place/our little flat within their home. But that isn’t so stressful trying to be all moved out by the deadline was getting stressful so I am so glad it is done! I spent the rest of today filling out a spreadsheet. I have a tab with my budgeting for this year. It has current permanent outgoings each month. Then it has a column for potential outgoings so things like dates and such. Then I’ve put confirmed income and potential income and one off income sources like selling the pokemon cards that is just a one of income thing. Where as my online income is under potential because right now I have not been earning any stable amount so it is sort of like what I hope to earn or my goals for what I want to earn a month from it. I want to build it up so I am earning £130 a month from all my online sources.  I obviously want to earn more than that as time goes on but this is just the first goal I am setting. Once I reach that steadily by the end of the year or a couple months of earning it steadily I will move that over to confirmed income and then set myself a new potential income goal to reach. I ordered a new duvet set today and got myself a desk alongside this I got this set of 3 dry erase boards and a cork board just small/medium sized ones to put above my desk on the wall. The idea being one is just  small typical daily diary to put appointments on the other is a notes board and the other is a daily board but has more room to write on it so I can put like daily tasks/chores to do and stuff. It is just going to be really good to help me keep organised and on top of things daily. It’ll help with my bipolar since I am meant to have a good routine and I suck at it but having a little board to write reminders on will help, also it’ll stop me getting overwhelmed with anxiety because instead of looking at all the many things I have to do and panicking I can go to the board write it down in small bite sized tasks to do every day and just focus on one task at a time knowing if I get them done by the end of the week everything I needed to achieve will be completed without me sitting and thinking about all the tasks at once and just going aaaaaaah! Internally lol. The lamotrogine is doing wonders for my bipolar and even with the physical illness symptoms I have had and whilst throughout the whole process of moving my borderline was a bit up and down. Overall I am doing much better I am so SO MUCH MORE able to do things now. I mean like organisation, budgeting, spreadsheets, chores, just everything is just so much more doable than before.  It is such a nice feeling being able to mostly function like a semi normal person than just sort of struggling to do basic ass stuff every day or everything just descending into chaos.

DIY FLAMINGO HOOKS
What would you make from lawn flamingos and wooden dowels? If you said wall hooks then Awwsam beat you to it! With only 6 materials you can create these adorable hooks to hang your jewellery off or simple spruce up an empty wall in an eclectic or kids room.
Materials:
– Lawn flamingos – A wooden dowel that is the same diameter as the neck of your flamingo – Epoxy (Make sure you read the instructions on how to use this if you haven’t before) – Dry wall screws 2″ long – Cordless drill – Coping saw – Spray paint in whatever colours your would like to paint your hooks.
Instructions:
Step 01. Use a coping saw to saw the head off of your lawn flamingo. This is the most gruesome instruction I will ever write, but I promise it gets less gruesome after this.
Step 02. Cut a 2″ long piece of your wooden dowel at a 45 degree angle. Drill one dry wall screw through the top of the piece of wood as shown in the photo below.
Step 03. Mix your epoxy and apply it to the piece of dowel. Put in the neck of the flamingo and allow 30 minutes to dry.
Step 04. You can spray paint the flamingo before or after these steps. I painted mine after gluing in the dowel.
Step 05. Drill a hole in the wall slightly smaller in diameter than your screw. Twist the finished hook into the hole, and hang your favourite jewellery or tote bags from them!
*I wouldn’t recommend hanging a coat from these hooks, as the neck of the flamingo will bend and might snap off*

means:
-going to sleep early in the evenings
-getting 7-9 hrs. of sleep
-waking up early in the mornings
-eating at least 1 fruit per day
-having 1 duolingo Russian session
-getting prep for CAE test (due in a month)
-less time on my phone for god's sake
