I honestly don’t see Strade’s mind as complex at all! He thinks like a cocky animal, at the bare bones of it. He is strongest, swiftest, wittiest, and overall biggest animal in the room at all times, in his mind. He’s prideful. It’s why he gets so terrified by Rire, why he was too shocked by MC jumping him to care for the wound before brutalizing them, why he kills and kidnaps in the first place. Humans are animals. “Meat is meat,” as another not-so-nice man once said. 

Strade only has empathy the way animals do. Life or death empathy; otherwise he only shows compassion and sympathy, mostly for beings he considers pets. Everything else he does that shows ‘care’ or ‘love’ is self-satisfying and for his own gain. Manipulation and toying with his captive’s emotions. He’s been like that since he was a kid too. He was the biggest animal back on the playground, even if he had to hide it moreso. He sees life as a big old jungle full of other animals, most of which are his prey. If you can imagine a siberian tiger getting cocky and only killing for self-satisfaction, then you’ve got Strade. 

He’s not complex at all, at the end of it. He sees himself as an animal; a predatory animal. And MC, other captives, even Ren, they’re nothing but prey. Every good moment or seemingly romantic spark is part of the hunt! Like cats throwing a mouse around in their razor claws, letting it slip and think it’s safe for a moment before grabbing it again.

He taught that mentality to Ren, too. After Strade was ‘bested’, it shattered Ren’s current worldview. He built it back up with himself in Strade’s position. With Strade gone, Ren now chose himself as the biggest animal in the jungle. Except it was already biologically ingrained in Ren, being a beastkin. Hence why he becomes more cruel, ‘bigger’ than Strade as he gets older. Strade was never half the animal as Ren, his very own accidental protgégé

Little sunset workout. I've been trying to get a run in since Wednesday and tonight (at 7:15 pm on Friday) is what I managed. Did 7x1 min "fast", first time in ages doing intervals and I've forgotten everything I ever knew about pacing but it felt good to feel a little speedy.

It's been a bit of a chaotic week and I never found my rhythm somehow, and as a result got much less work done than I needed to, but stuff started looking up towards the end of the week and if I can manage a decently productive weekend as well as some chill/recovery time I should be in better shape for next week? Or maybe this is just what it'll be like for these final few months haha idk but last week felt a looot better than this one so I'm hoping to get back there.

I hate MCU because of company politics tbh like story can be shit I don't care they can ruin my faves again I care but I don't became angry hatred wishing death.

But just it's everything wrong with art under capitalism it makes me so sad. That they trying to sell it like something made with love etc. Now they are not they are openly say it it's just a product. But sometimes like one MCU actress person goes "why nobody takes our art seriously 🥺" and blood is what I see.

Shut up please. It's not art. Not because it's shitty because it made for being product. It's was never art. It doesn't even have something in there it is only marketable it's not even Original. And all actors are only in greenscreen with part part scripts they also can't add something.

Or CGI workers.

Or everyone like small people also can't add something to it. Normally even company is evil people behind it add some artistic value bad or good shitty or amazing but they add something. Here it's also gone.

One day I will stop consuming any art that made by a company and then I will be happy.

It's just come to my attention that i keep pushing myself too far and that stresses me out, so I think what i may do for the next week is 1. Take Apart my Xbox 360 and clean it out (I do this every year at this time)

2. Work on the Discord server with @galaxygenderfluid ((It's coming along nicely, We cannot wait to open the doors for you all!!)) 3. Do some possible artwork (Shortly after this post is posted, I will share a WIP of an art piece i'm doing, It's got my AU Virgil and his "possible" Girlfriend, and i can't wait to reveal her to everyone!) 4. i’ve started to think about my platonic attraction lately and labeled myself as omni-demiapl, because when i’m friends with someone & have an emotional connection, i want to stay close. but i never look at a person and want to be their friend.

actually, i think i might be apl and omnialterous? because some people say that alterous attraction is to like being someones friend but also being fine with a relationship. like, not trying to start one, but not turning one down if someone were to ask. and that’s how i feel about each of my friends. actually, also about most of my classmates. and people on the internet i’ve flirted with for two days. (in these cases, it’s rather a "i wouldn’t mind a relationship once we’re closer, though i’d also like to stay friends, if that’s what they prefer", but that’s basically the same thing)

i just want to be close to the people i care for. and unless i’m queerplatonically attracted to them, i don’t really care about our relationship. close friends who hang out together and text eachother every other day? sure! friends who platonically kiss echother and go on non-romantic dates? sure! romantic partners who do traditional romantic things? sure! romantic partners that only do traditional platonic things and maybe some cheek kisses? sure! a qpr that we define with our own rules? sure! all i really want is to be close to certain people, and i want to make them happy. i’m happy when they are, no matter the kind of relationship we have.

it is so dehumanizing to have to explain my physical disability to able-bodied people for the most basic understanding, accommodations and exemptions from things i physically cannot do. why can able-bodied people not take my judgement on my own body without a detailed explanation?

and its not to understand how to best help and support me. its voyeuristic. they want to know how far i can be pushed. they want me to be their sole source of education. and then they dont even believe me.

i should not have to breakdown my disability (which is well researched enough for you to get a good understanding from looking it up) to be seen as reasonable? do you really need to be this invasive to consider believing me? because it feel fucking awful. i deserve respect from able-bodied people while keeping my privacy.

A minor antagonist in my story. Their name is Miku Prime.

In my story, there is a company that is trying to get rid of some specific characters, one of the targets being Hatsune Miku. They’ve experimented with all sorts of things such as coral-like growths that torture people from the inside and creating cyborgs, and their most recent attempt is deploying the Primes. The Primes are robots that go after a specific target and rarely kill other people, unless they get in the way of the target.

Miku Prime is a formidable foe, who is capable of flight and has immense strength. When enraged, their cheeks faintly glow, and their tongue heats up. Miku Prime can then use the tongue as a weapon to jab and burn its opponent. Miku Prime can also fly to another area if it’s tiring out from fighting.

During the story, Hatsune Miku is searching for a lost friend in the scrapyard, a large map filled with metal scraps, wires, and robotic parts. She was informed her friend was last recorded in the scrapyard, but is currently missing. Miku Prime appears, and engages in battle. Unfortunately for Miku Prime, Hatsune Miku manages to destroy them using the environment to her advantage. Miku Prime’s remains are then retrieved by some other characters for study. Sadly the secret company is never found out, and the Primes remain a mystery to the characters.
