I had my loading randomizer linked to the wrong RPC.exe this whole time, no wonder the separates for all mod didn't work 🙃

#sometimes I realize these small little issues MONTHS later and then it takes me a whole day to figure out what the issue is #but it works now #worth it #also very thrilling to delete random files just because the randomizer didn't randomize the splash music #idk what I did exactly but deleting those files worked #success!
