I love that early psychic Sam using his power for dumb shit art, Sam should’ve slept in every morning for a week straight getting progressively madder that his alarm clock isnt working but he’s psychically turning it off half asleep when it buzzes, like instinct and doesn’t even know he’s doing it until Dean catches him roll over in the morning and his alarm clock fritzes and turns itself off while Sam starts snoring again lol
It is in its origin divine, native of the realm of the gods and primordial entities. Being not a feeling of raw evilness, nor a pure sample of kindness in the world, it can be good or bad according to the hands of its wielder.
Wrath is the anger and indignation of the fair and the noble, the rage and compulsion of the lost and the outraged. It's the desire to punish an offense or a crime, either in equal measure or in generous retribution.
Justice or vengeance. Infernal or divine chastisement.
⠀Michael's sword obtained his wrath in the graveyard of his childhood. Naturally, he shaped it into a fire weapon, one to be use to protect the vulnerable from the evil of his world.
i just finished rewatching season one of supernatural and by far the most striking thing i've noticed is how much love there is between sam and dean in the early seasons. practically every episode has sam and dean goofing off with each other and trying to find even a second of levity in their shitty traumatised lives. they make fun of each other in this way thats so childish and sweet, because when you're around people you've known since you were a kid you're gonna start acting a bit like a kid. its so clear that they love each other. i think by the time we get into the later spn seasons that love kind of falls to the wayside, because sam and dean are older and so much more jaded, and honestly its really sad. it's like i'd forgotten how much they really cared about each other. that little kernel of love that shines through in every episode of season one is one of my favourite things to find in a horror story. i think that's what really makes the good spn episodes good. there's love in them
rest in peace to Nicki Aycox, who played our favorite Supernatural season one girlboss, Meg Masters. she passed away on Nov 18 after fighting with leukemia 💔
Screenshot redraw! Yeah I’m one some season one supernatural bullshit right now. I can neither justify nor explain it. Place bets as to how long it’ll take me to break out the religious symbolism.
Sam was going to propose to Jess. I'm not crying, you're crying
rip the human maggie, you were probably cool
oh yeah, THE FUCKING CAR CRASH WHAT - my jaw dropped, my mouth was agape, I was so confused
obviously sam and dean survived, but what about their father?
I was really hoping to see sam use his powers more but that's okay
we learnt about what the demons patterns were - kill the mother of a 6 month old, give the baby powers and start a fire
what confused me about this is Jessica, obviously she needed to die for the story, but she wasn't a mother. I mean I know that the demon said she needed to die because she was interrupting his plans with sam but still
First demon (besides the one that killed Mary) this one's downing planes and we learn Dean is afraid of flying. I like how Sam and Dean balance each other. Sam is more soft spoken to the people they question, he's a bit more book smart, but also still capable. Dean is kinda more hands on smart, builds his own equipment, learned on the job type. You can see they grew up together and know what help each other with.
