Ever since I rewatched the trolls trilogy, I realized, that despite it being far from perfect, and having flaws.... It doesn't deserve even half of the hate it receives!!!!!! And wait IT'S ACTUALLY REALLY FUCKING GOOD IN SOME PARTS?!?!?! AND HAS SOME PRETTY GOOD AND CONSISTENT CHARACTER WRITING???

*ssiiiighhhhh* okay trolls fandom, some of you guys have been here since the first movie, and you stuck with it, despite all the struggles you knew would come with it. And for that, I respect you, heck, I admire you.

I am LATE. VERY LATE. TO THE PARTY.

I wish I had given this franchise a fair shot, instead of just believing some random youtuber reviewer that these movies weren't worth my time.

I feel like I have disrespected art itself. My entire thing is not judging a book by its cover!!!! With people!!! With art!!!! Whatever it is I always have to care more, and put in the effort to truly understand something but here I am!!!!!

“Pick one.”

Two mugs. One pink, one white, both equally tiny. The pink mug had a small decal on one side of a squirrel running through some trees, on the other side was the text “a scurry of squirrels”. The white mug had a lion decal, the text “my little lion” had a home on the other side. Leona covered his mouth in an attempt to stifle his budding laughter.

But you heard that snicker!

“What?”

“This is what you woke me up for?”

You stuck your tongue out at him. His tail swayed idly while he eyed you, as if expecting a further explanation for why you wanted him to pick one of the mugs. He really just wanted you to lay with him and rub his head…maybe his ears too, but he wouldn’t dare confess that he wants you to rub them.

“Act like I woke you up to dig trenches, why don’t ya? Just pick one!”

You should have known better than to think Leona wouldn’t be a grouch for at least five minutes! Sure, it was the weekend, barely anybody was alive at this hour (save for Jack and maybe Jamil, who woke up earlier than this). You could somewhat understand his reluctance to join the land of the living.

Well, despite the fact that he was about as welcoming as a grizzly bear with a chainsaw upon first meeting, his grumpiness was one of the many things you loved and accepted about him. He’d never admit it to you, and you’d never tell him that you knew, but he was a sweetheart deep down. In his own way, at least.

“Fine, I’ll bite. But you have to lay down with me afterwards.”

“Deal!”

That was the only deal you were willing to make. You really hoped Azul wasn’t nearby, but he also wasn’t anything like Rook. You were probably safe.

It was very fitting that Leona chose the one with the lion on it. It was so tiny in his hands, and you had to do your best to refrain from voicing how cute you thought it was. It was almost concerning how much you wanted to squeeze him. Not waiting for him to say anything else, forbid he change his mind, you took his other hand and dragged him into the empty lounge and took out your kettle.

Leona watched you flit around gathering your tea collection, plugging in the kettle after filling it with water and letting it heat up. Oh look, now you’re having him pick a tea. Wanting to try something new, he pointed to the sweet smelling pink tin that had white flowers painted on it.

“Try that one.”

He’d picked the chamomile tea infused with vanilla and honey. This would probably make him sleep longer afterwards, but you were just glad he was cooperative this time. You took out two teabags, placing one in each mug to save time. The water boiled to a good temperature, you flipped the switch on the kettle to shut it off.

You both waited for the tea to steep, but Leona noticed how you were looking at him. He would wait to tease you about it though. You couldn’t get over how much smaller the mug was than his hands, how he stared at it with utmost focus. It looked like he was trying to keep it from turning into sand. He could pretend to be as bored, grouchy, and reluctant as he wanted but you knew he cared deep down. You went through the effort of spending time with him, albeit earlier than his preference. He hadn’t activated his signature spell, so you figured he shouldn’t have to worry about it.

Lions couldn’t purr, but you swore you heard him make an eerily similar sound when you rubbed his ears. At least he didn’t have to ask you for it.

The tea was done steeping and was at an acceptable, tolerable temperature. A comfortable silence befell you both as you enjoyed your tea, budding sunlight painting his flesh in gold petals like it was meant for him. Like he was their sunflower. You’d have to introduce him to sunflower tea one day. Leona eyed your mug, the cute little squirrel decal reminding him of you. He couldn’t help but tease you at least a little bit.

“You really are an herbivore.”

“You will never let that go, will you? Even though we both know squirrels are opportunistic omnivores?”

Leona shrugged, this time a genuine, soft smile forming on his face. He’d never show this to anyone else.

“Nah. You’re my herbivore. I will hold onto this forever. By the way, Floyd’s been rubbing off on you too much.”

“Why do you say that?”

“You looked like you wanted to squeeze me.”

A sneeze startled Jade from his slumber.

“Bless you.”

Floyd rubbed his nose and shook his head.

“Thanks…I think someone’s talkin’ about me. It’s probably Shrimpy!”

Im very caring and empathetic. Sometimes though I'm so empathetic that I soak up emotions like a sponge and sometimes I'll even soak up the negative emotions. I am however also very brave, I will always stick up for those who are being singled out or picked on. I also am very dedicated and hardworking. I'm actually graduating a year early bc of how much I work on my school work.

As far as negative traits go, I'm hotheaded. Im also overemotional and can be very cruel when I need to be. Not something I'm proud of necessarily but it does come in handy when I need to scare ppl into leaving me or someone else alone.

毎度の美味しいカレーとデザート＆お茶を戴き元気に出発💪

蜜香紅茶をつくるワークショップへ。

マニアックな美味しいお茶→この時期ならではの、ウンカ虫が無農薬の畑ならではの美味しい茶葉を食べることによって、何らかの負荷がかかって甘くなる葉っぱを摘んで美味しいお茶に♡

・

小田原の上空の緑に囲まれた畑で、気持ち良い風の中皆さんで柔らかな葉をせっせと摘む♪

途中、今しか会えないウンカさんの撮影をしたり、段々たまる籠の良い香りを嗅いだり、可愛い一芯二葉の記念撮影をしながら😆

畑のトタンもこの日は開いていたり活気があって🌱🐸

一晩、一番大事な工程と伺った「萎凋」を経て→また皆さんで手で揉み、酸化発酵＆乾燥の工程の間に数種類の畑や工程の異なるお茶を真剣に飲み比べ…。

香りと味わいがまた予想と異なったりして発見色々💡

遂に完成の、高級茶葉・今回の蜜香紅茶が完成して幸せにお茶タイムを🙌

揉む人によっても異なる香りだったり、様々な要因で完成が異なることを実感したのも、虫含めて色んなみんなとの共同作業で生まれている不思議と、いつもの如春園さんの美味しいお茶を改めて味わい深く幸せに思う😍

今年の年末にはまた個展でお邪魔する予定なので、楽しみにムクムクを形にしたいなあ🐸♪

HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT PERSONAL SPACE, HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT NOT WANTING TO MAKE FRIENDS IS LIKE, THIS MAN IS THE EMBODIMENT OF EXTROVERTS.

I think the biggest headcanon we all agreed to is that one scenario where Crafty gets all nervous to show people her art, while Dogday says: "LETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETMESEELETME-" on poor Crafty.

Dogday, although sunny and joyful, can obviously get VERY stressed regularly. As if in case any of his friends get into a small fight, he gets to stay up all night trying to figure out a way to reconcile the group back together. Telling himself that "it's what the leader has to do". Of course, Craftycorn gets worried by how Dogday's house lights are still on. And decides to go check up on him. She's not as good as Catnap in helping people go to sleep, but she is non less a good company to stick around. So if Dogday declines to get to sleep right away when Crafty asks him about it, she considers perhaps doing some arts and crafts to at least ease his mind. Hopefully, him falling asleep at the desk to then be tucked him with a blanket.

SH – :More Every Minute: (FTH #3 for @totallysilvergirl) Procreate on iPad Pro

 [...] In Ch. 4 [of my fic Both Sides Now], John unexpectedly announces that after the night they’ve spent TOGETHER together, he has to break up with Mary. Sherlock didn’t see that coming, didn’t dare to hope for it, and flings himself to his knees and embraces John around the waist (John’s sitting in a hotel armchair). They’ve both still got their dyed hair etc. and are wearing white hotel bathrobes.

FINALLY, at zero hour with 2 days to spare, here's pic three of three for my @fandomtrumpshate pieces for 2023! The AMAZING @totallysilvergirl gave me a selection of scenes I could try to draw from their BEAUTIFUL fanfic, Both Sides Now, Of course I chose the HARDEST one to draw because I SUCK at background elements, but I was determined to give them something that would do their story some justice, because it is VERY sweet (the other options probably would have been easier to draw, but this scene specifically made me melt) and I love it!

So yes, this is John and Sherlock, after spending a night together... they're undercover hence why their hairs are different colours, and in the story John has brown contacts as well, but I really wanted to MAKE this John, so decided he took them out LOL (I genuinely don't remember if Silver wrote that he took them out, but they didn't mind I made this creative choice).

As I mentioned, I have a hard time with scenery and such, so I lately try to do things a bit more complex for other people so I can get comfy with doing it. Silver seemed to really like the piece though, despite my reservations about it, so I'm happy that they're happy.

AND I am shocked I got this done on time... I was SO nitpicky with the colours on this one, so I am glad I got it done within deadline of December 31, LOL.
