I took a class called Classic Rock History this past semester and my professor was a long-time writer for Rolling Stone magazine and he was SO COOL but I feel bad for him because we had to do this assignment that was an essay about any classic rock artist of our choice and 75% of the class asked to write about Taylor Swift. He only agreed because none of them paid any attention to the class and he gave them a pop quiz about the Beatles and they got every question wrong.

Also he said I was his favorite student and he said I should become a magazine writer because I know more about music than any of his other students he's ever had.

Taylor Swift is my favorite classic rockstar as well! (He must be tired..)

had a fucking hilarious dream that tumblr replaced the "block" function with the far funnier "glock" function, which did the exact same thing except whenever anyone blocked you a random bullet hole, like a png of a bullet hole, would appear on your blog. discourse blogs were unreadable bc you'd go to the page and the sheer amount of bullet hole pngs stacked over the blogs obscured everything. I woke myself up laughing
