I'm not going to get any requests by just waiting around, so here's two random characters.
General day to day with:
Ying (paladins)
Another day another fight to protect the realm from the iron fist of the magistrate! . . . well at least when you two get sent to the actual fights that is.
-you start your day in one of the bases that the resistance has set up across the realm in the room you two share
-waking up early is an annoying but well needed ability for every member, especially for healers! Thankfully due to ying's skill in illusion magic you two get to stay In a bit longer (much to everyone's jealousy)
-the extra time in the morning is rarely spent sleeping, one of you typically wakes up from the other by them snuggling into the crook of the other one's neck to escape the sun's rays that slowly pours into the room. After that it's a comfortable silence shared between the two of you while holding eachother
-after the daily morning routines you get to have a bit more time together since the dining area is typically vacant due to the previously mentioned luxury.
-discussing what's on your to-do plates, recent news, and mostly gossip about your fellow team mates. ("that tiberious is such a dolt, I mean, how does he keep getting his head stuck in his own weapons?!")
-After that is when the day truly begins! Unfortunately the two of you don't see each other much on the days you don't get sent to battle. However you do see at least one of her illusions with you and the rest of the damagers/flanks/Frontliners!
-each one seems to have it's own personality, most of them being relatively kind to you. The ones that don't are either jealous or grossed out by your relationship with their caster. They might not be exactly like your partner but their company is always appreciated. (Unless if it's THAT one..)
-"soooooo have you, like, asked her yet? You two have been totally lovey dovey since like forever!" "Hey don't look at me like that, I'm just saying the obvious here! Cuz, like, if you need like a wingman I'm your- *CRASH* DROGOZ I SWEAR TO IO IF YOU JUST-"
-if you're also a healer then the two of you have a busy day ahead of yourselves! Even the extra hands from the illusions don't seem to be enough to handle the amount of patients that flow in during mid day.
-From the injuries from failed onslaughts and sieges, attacks from unexpected foes such as willo and kasumi, and the occasional misfire from allies. (Those turrets seem to have a mind of their own when that dwarf isn't around...) You two have your hands full, but it's still rewarding work!
-and during battle? About the same. Sure you two may be working in tandem but repelling enemy forces is hardly what you'd call romantic.
-its the time you two do get after being relieved of your duty for the evening or coming back from a skirmish that you two treasure. Whether it's spent with the company with your friends, relaxing after a hard day's work, or sharing a meal together.
-Much like the illusions, your co workers have their eyes on the two of you. Whether it's friendly encouragement or invasive questioning highly varies from each one.
-The day ends much like how it started, lying In bed holding one another and wondering what would happen by the end of this fight. Are we going to win? What's the plan if we don't? And what exactly are WE going to do when we're finally done fighting?
-"Hopefully we'll finally be free to live our lives and maybe we can finally..." something you two have said dozens of time before drifting into sleep, and something you'll hope be answered one of these days.
-overall your days aren't easy but they're rewarding, knowing that you're working towards something better.
Scout (tf2)
How you fell for this stick boy is beyond me, how you continue to fall is beyond those trenches soldier just dug.
-Another base but different rooms, but neither of you seem to notice since you both just collapse into either of your beds that seems the closest .
-waking up is always lively since you never know what each day's alarm clock could be! (Soldier's horn being blasted into your faces, the sound of another crime against humanity being committed by medic, or maybe even the agony of a distant French accent)
-you're sprawled out on top of eachother one way or another, expect slobber if his face ends up somewhere on you. Even more on your face if he misses the wake up smooch.
-strutting into the dining area is two bastards with the dumbest grins they can muster, ones that sear into spy's missing soul like a hot knife.
-fortunately the breakfast cook is either heavy/engineer/demo since you guys need to be alive before the action. Expect mind numbing conversation and affection between the two of you and whoever else is caught in the blast radius.
-Once the fighting begins is when you two shape up! Taking down sentry nests with scout on bonk and you on offense, you distracting the enemy sniper while he gets a taunt kill, and the two of you pummeling the enemy scout and (YOUR CLASS).
-For you two kicking ass is a love language of it's own, even when you two get crocketed and headshot for the millionth time.
-After the warfare the sudden awareness and intellect disappear along with your common sense. Expect shenanigans! Pranking the others, trying out the "borrowed" weapons with varying success, and whatever else you two decide to get up to.
-it's not always cartoon antics though, despite appearances he's got quite a lot to say about certain topics and he'd be glad to share the time to talk about whatever comes to your heads.
-The rest of the mercs seem to get along with you and your relationship with the resident bostinian. Demo, soldier, pyro, scout, and yourself are either a gaggle of maniacs on a quest for fun or a cloud of destruction on the move. Engineer, medic, and heavy are surprised but not alarmed. If anything they're relieved someone can match his energy, no more dealing with a bored scout yapping in their ears while they work! You're like the goat that keeps race horses calm.
-spy... felt many things. After first going through the nine stages of grief he felt pride and hope that his son is turning into someone respectable, with a partner comes responsibility! Maybe he'll get his act together unlike how he and scout's mother... oh nevermind he just smacked himself with his own bat, and you're laughing... God. He's conflicted to say the least, especially about the fact how he can't tell if scout made you more like him or vice versa.
-by day's end you two are back in bed but never in the same way. Either passing out almost immediately, continuing on about whatever interest the two of you share, or staying up because of all that bonk in your systems.
-overall it's your average days are filled to the brim with activity and you two wouldn't have it any other way, taking it on side by side and running headfirst into action!

you face-plant onto the couch, groaning into the cushion as you let yourself sink into its soft comfort. nothing seemed to have gone well for you today. first a nightmare, then stepping on a poor tomato lying on the street, followed by some stranger spilling pepper all over your shoes… what next? would the couch suddenly disappear and make you face-plant straight onto the floor?
next to you, your husband chuckles.
“tough day?”
“very.”
“anything that’ll help? tea? massages?”
“can i have a hug?” your voice comes out muffled.
“no problem, sweetheart.” he spreads his arms, beckoning you into his warm embrace, “you’ve done well.”
wriothesley lets his hands wander as you melt into his touch — his calloused fingers find their places on your shoulders and they begin to knead your fatigue away. strange how those weathered hands, so coarse, were the very same hands that touched you so gently like you were some sort of a rare, precious treasure.
his voice is a low rumble when he asks, “better?”
“mmmhm.” you lean on his chest, eyes closed in relaxed bliss. “it’s just…”
“just?”
you crane your head to look into his eyes. “i still feel sore… why don’t you kiss it better?”
your beloved’s movements pause; his eyes glitter with amusement, his lips pulled into a sly smirk. “how straightforward of you, darling. well– as you wish.”
wriothesley dips his head, allowing his lips to ghost over the nape of your neck, then your shoulder blades, then lightly touching the crown of your head—
you reach up to cup his face in your hand, the feathery sensation of his teasing kisses making your fingers tingle.
“a proper kiss, please.”
“well, mon soleil, you should’ve said so.” he gives a boyish grin in response.
you mock-glare. “honey…”
his chapped lips press against the corner of your mouth, and the rest of your sentence goes unheard. “you were saying?”
he doesn’t give you a chance to react as he gives you yet another peck on your forehead. “you’ve had a long day,” he begins, tilting his head to press another kiss to your cheeks, “i’m proud of you for getting through it.”
wriothesley dips his head once again to meet your lips in a tender kiss — when he pulls away, you’ve all but forgotten the unfortunate events that’d befallen upon you earlier in the day.
“i love you very, very much, and i hope you know that.”

spicy wriothesley x reader, no explicit sex but mentions of wedding night & lingerie. mdni
wriothesley, who sees you in lingerie the night the two of you get married. he wants his hands to carve your waist, to caress your curves, to hold you like his most precious thing in the world – you look so delicate, he feels afraid that a touch too strong might break you.
"do you like it?" you breathe, looking down at the lace and back at him. (he swears that there's a glimmer of hope shining in your eyes.)
the spotlight is on you now, but the star of the show in his heart has always been you.
for the first time in his life, wriothesley has nothing to say. the next few seconds are filled with a silence – a touch uncomfortable at first, but content the next, and comforting the last. he loves it, and he loves you more.
"you're... stunning." your husband chooses his words so cautiously – not because he thinks he might offend you – he's afraid that if he opens his mouth too wide, uncharacteristic, alien, crass words would spill out like poison. he'd look like the fool at your feet.
"you think so?" you let a soft smile grace your features, and he swears he can feel his heart stop. his hands go achingly numb, unsure of what to do – how is it that you still make him feel butterflies, just like the first time he saw you — even after marriage?
he nods.
"you look incredible. thank you for letting me see this side of you."
wriothesley lets himself indulge in you just this once (he lies.) as he pulls you closer onto his lap, pressing a sultry kiss onto your neck. you feel your breath hitch.
"you are so beautiful, my love. jaw-droppingly so."

i need pouty wriothesley ♡ the man who just melts and buries his head into your chest after a long day because as much as he loves his work, the fortress does get depressing and our man needs some tlc after all that >:)
OUHAIUSDHIUAS my GOD 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Tumblr media
There's not a word that needs to be said between you. Not when Wriothesley is unusually quiet as he closes the door of your room, as he sits on a chair, undoes his boots, shucks off his coat and practically flops on top of you in the bed.
His arms wrap around your torso and tug you closer, enough that he can bury his head in your chest. His hair tickles your collar, and his breath makes goosebumps rise on your skin, but you restrain yourself from laughing. Mostly because you think he'll huff about you disturbing his rest.
One of your hands drapes over his shoulder and back, the subtle weight of it encouraging him to melt into you leisurely, and the other goes to his hair, raking through it and scratching. "You can rest now," you murmur to him, the hand on his back beginning to rub soothing circles though his shirt. "I'll wake you up if anything comes up in the middle of the night." You will not, in fact, and he knows this. Let your boyfriend have his rest— like he's told you time and again, the fortress is pretty self-sufficient. It wouldn't miss it's administrator too bad for just a while.
Wriothesley hums, arms wrapping tighter as if he means to never let you go. A soft, "Thanks," is kissed into your chest, and he begins to melt into you.
You crane your head downwards, enough to stroke his hair and hiss the crown of his head. "Goodnight, my love," you tell him, but he's already asleep.

Goddess of the Luo River ~ Qin Shi Huang x Reader
Tumblr media
She is lightsome as a startled Phoenix, And he, as graceful as a roaming dragon; Her lovely complexion outshines the autumn chrysanthemum, Whilst his radiance surpasses the springtime pine.
She is as nebulous as the moon concealed in light clouds, Gracefully gliding, as snow spun by a flowing wind. He is gazing at her from afar, She shines like the sun rising above the rosy mists of dawn; Observing her close by, She is as luminous as a lotus emerging from clear ripplets.
What lies behind the mask of the 'King Where It All Began' ...?
He... Was the most cursed prince in all of History.
It is held that in the year 260 BC, at the end of the battle of Chang Ping, Bai Qi, General of the Qin Army, had the captured soldiers of the Zhao army buried alive en masse. According to the records of the Grand Historian Shi Ji, the number of men killed was over four hundred and fifty thousand.
The following year, a member of the Qin royal family being kept as a hostage in Zhao, Zichu had an affair with a Zhao dancer. Their child, born in enemy territory, was the boy who would one day become Qin Shi Huang, the First Emperor of the Unified China. Ying Zheng.
However, in 257, Zichu returned to Qin alone, and his mother, Lady Zhao, abandoned him. At just two years old, he was cast away by his father, his mother... And his country. King Zhaoxiang of Qin invaded Zhao and laid siege to its capital, Handan.
Five years later, when the little prince was merely seven years of age, living on the outskirts of Handan, he would return to his small and secluded home, having to see the insults and hostile drawings on the walls made by the citizens, and endure the ostracising and death threats from the guards.
Ever after Qin's siege of Handan, Zhao continued to hold Ying Zheng hostage. They placed him under harsh supervision, keeping him alive but never allowing him to live, all while he bore the scorn of the Zhao people.
One day, however, he will experience the foreign feeling of joy for the first time in his life; As he went to buy some groceries, receiving the hatred of the people, a young lady around his age, wearing the simple clothes of a commoner, jumped in defense of him.
"This boy did nothing wrong! Why do you continue beating down on a child who had nothing to do with the massacre? You hate on him, though you should be hating on the evil general Bai Qi, and the King of Qi who committed such atrocities! The sins of the father shouldn't be passed down on an innocent child!" the prince's heart throbbed in shock and flatter, watching someone actually protecting him, let alone say such words about him! "Shut your mouth, wench, what do you know about war and politics?!" one of the men surrounding them spat at her, grabbing her by the neck of the dress. "This child is the reason your father and brother were buried alive by the enemy, along with hundreds of thousands of other good men who protected our country!" "It wasn't this child who gave the order. It wasn't this child who killed my family, nor anyone else's. Your hearts are filled with malice and scorn from loss and poverty, but that doesn't give anyone the right to use an innocent child as a scapegoat for the evil-doings of the higher ups. It's the fault of them and the constant civil wars happening throughout the country! This country will never heal unless we show compassion and understanding!" such beautiful words, such a progressive and revolutionary thinking from someone as young as her! The prince was highly impressed, but he couldn't find any strength in his body to move, he was rooted to the spot, watching the adults throw the girl to the ground, kicking her mercilessly. "If your father heard you, he'd have disciplined your rudeness until it all bled out! How dare you, a stupid, uneducated woman, speak back to a man? Your father would have beaten you until you learnt to bite down on that vile tongue of yours." she hadn't let out a single yelp, nor did she curse or complain until the punishing was over and the crowd dispersed.
"What do they know of my father, anyway? He was a kind man, he'd never hit me for speaking my mind." the girl scoffed, getting up on her feet and patting her clothes. "Are you alright, My Prince?"
But the prince felt like crying; He wanted desperately to throw his arms around the girl, thank her for standing up for him, for defending and protecting him, but at the same time, she was bleeding and bruised after her feat, and it was all because of him. "F-Forgive me... Forgive me... Because of me, you... You got hurt... I'm so sorry..." he wanted to cry... He wanted to cry so badly... "Aiya, don't say that. It wasn't you who hurt me, you are innocent in all this mess. It is the evilness that hurt me, along with these wars and crimes that keep happening." she sighed softly. "If only there was one man who could unite the country and stop the civil wars, the people would be living in peace and harmony, and the seed of hatred would rot." she shook her head dismissively, before smiling at the boy. "My Prince, I can see you are desperately trying to bite down your tears - You needn't, not in front of me. If you wish me to, I can be your shoulder to cry on, or a reason to smile. You are a kind child, you don't deserve everything that's happening to you." the girl held his hand, squeezing it comfortingly. "Let me show you a special place."
Thus, the girl dragged the little Prince to some part of the outskirts where he's never been before; An abandoned garden that though unattended to, still retained its beauty and grace, with green plants and colourful flowers as he's never seen before. Truly, this must be the prettiest part of all Zhao, the boy thought.
From a hidden spot inside a thick bush, Y/N dragged a chest filled with the most expensive silk clothes and beautiful accessories - And even a pipa lute and make-up! "I've always loved dancing, you see. This place is my special place. Mum showed it to me, and grandma showed it to mum. Since when this chest has been here, or when did the garden get abandoned, I do not know, but I am happy regardless." she giggled softly, discarding the ratty outer layer of her clothes and putting on a lovely pink dress. "My dream has been, since I've seen mum dance for the first time, to become a dancer at the high court. I love the pretty dresses and all the accessories, and the music also. Alas..." she smiled sadly, trailing her fingertips softly across the melodious strings of the pipa. "Men with wealth and status care little that a dancer is not a courtesan, and there is no one to protect us from their lecherous hands."
Ying Zheng could only sit down and watch the girl before him transform into the most graceful fairy, and with elegant moves, her body flowed like the river through a flower meadow, and the orchid fragrance in the Spring wind. He was completely mesmerised by the beauty in front of him. "My grandma danced for grandpa only, and my mum for my dad. I, too, hope to one day marry the love of my life, and bewitch him with my dancing." her smile was so carefree and filled with glee that the prince found himself completely enchanted. "But... I like to dream big. I may be just a simple, common girl, with no family, no money and no status... In spite of this... I do hope that somehow, I would be able to dance in front of people and make them happy, and smile, with my dancing." she glided around the flowers like a peony nymph, her pink skirts flying around her like the rich petals of said flower. "Until then, I suppose I should just continue perfecting my choreographies." "Y-You dance beautifully." the prince managed to stutter out, still under the afterglow of the dance, and the stunning pose she ended in. "If it matters, you made me feel very happy." "Hao!" she giggled sweetly. "You have a gorgeous smile. I hope to see you smiling so genuinely all the time when we're together."
The prince continued to blush deeply, though his heart was throbbing with joy as never before. A single day, however, only has so many hours, and with the afternoon gone, the Sun was setting and the starry skies were reflected in his gorgeous eyes.
"W-Would it be too rude and daring t-to ask you to please be my friend?" the boy bowed down humbly at her, only to hear a sweet giggle. "Y/N. Call me Y/N. And I will call you by your given name - Zheng." she quickly took the jade pendant from her sash and tied it to his own. "There, a token of my care and friendship for you. Now that we call each other by our given name, we are soul bound." "B-But... I-I don't have anything to give you..." the boy's lips trembled with emotion. "Hmm... Let me think..." her sweet smile turned mischievous, as she placed a kiss on his cheek. "Remember what I said about the wars? That only the King of all Kings can unite our country and bring peace?" he nodded silently. "When you become Emperor, don't forget about me. That's the only thing I wish from you. To be friends forever, no matter what the course of time may bring for us. How's that sound?" The little prince looked up at her, his starry eyes sparkling with joy and love, and a soft blush painting his porcelain cheeks. He grinned widely, like a happy child, and he repeated the single word that she adopted from her - A word that will become his most favourite word. "Hao!"
Many days passed, and the friendship between Zheng and Y/N only grew stronger, and so did their crush on one another. Y/N became even more protective over the boy, thus receiving even more scorn and disciplining - The adults could afford disciplining an orphan girl with no status, but they couldn't beat the Prince. Even his deep sorrow dissipated when he saw her dance.
That is, until Y/N walked him home one afternoon, and there, waiting for him, was a woman, blowing into a spinning windwheel. "Are you Ying Zheng?" the stern-looking woman asked. "Who asks?" Y/N frowned, stepping protectively in front of him, glaring at her viciously - But the boy was mellow and didn't want to upset anyone, nor incur another's wrath, and he simply bowed and affirmed that it was him, the prince. "I didn't think you'd be so young. Tsk." she frowned, rolling her eyes. "Who are you and what do you want with the Prince?" Y/N's loud and firm voice made the woman's eyebrow rise. "I'm Chun-Yan, his new live-in caretaker and bodyguard. Which means..." she jumped off the stone lamp and though she could tower over the prince, as the girl was right there, shielding him, she still felt intimidating. "I can roll you, fold you, or do whatever the hell I want with you." "Yes, ma'am, it's a pleasure to meet you." the prince bowed deeply, only for the girl to hiss at the woman and close her fan, bonking her in the head. "Who do you think you are, threatening a child like this? I'll kill you if you even look at him the wrong way." Chun-Yan was rather amused by the braveness of this peasant girl, and she scoffed, straightening up and walking towards the humble home of the prince. "Well, whatever. First things first, show me around this place."
As she opened the doors, she noticed the dilapidated state of complete disrepair that the small home of the hostage prince was; A complete dump filled with broken windows and walls, and furniture, mold growing everywhere and everything was shit.
"God, what a dump this is! Though, I guess it suits a reject from the Qin royal family." the nasty comment made Y/N yell at her again. "Fuck off, will you?!" the woman stared in shock - A little girl cursed like a sailor man! "You are just as evil as all the others around! We don't need you here! Go away! You're only going to hurt him, you evil, nasty woman!" "D-Don't worry, Y/N! It's really okay!" Yin Zheng forced a wide smile on his face. "Would you like something to drink? If water is alright, I'll go fetch some." he bowed again. "... Are you really seven?" she muttered in disbelief before slumping down on the table. "I DON'T LIKE YOU!" she yelled, pointing a finger at him. "A kid your age oughta be crying or throwing a fit at the drop of a hat, but you've just been grinning ear to ear this whole time. It's givin' me the creeps." Y/N didn't even have the time to yell at the woman again, for the prince started dancing around like a monkey. "Are you makin' fun of me?!" "WILL YOU JUST LEAVE HIM ALONE ALREADY?!" Y/N's anger was through the roof. "Who do you think you are, treating him like this?! I bet you lost someone to the burying, didn't you? Well, that's you and EVERYONE ELSE IN THIS CITY! INCLUDING ME!" she glared up at Chun-Yan, who looked flabbergast at the girl. "I lost my dad and brother! My mum killed herself from grief! I've been all alone to survive and fend for myself since I was barely four years old - But I don't go around blaming a child for the evil-doings of those warmongers! Why is it so hard for adults to understand that Ying Zheng did nothing wrong?! That you should be blaming THEM, not a child who was barely a BABY when it happened!" the woman was stunned. "You are a woman! Women are supposed to be gentle and caring towards children! You are a disgrace to all of girl-kind!"
The woman remained silent for a few seconds, staring down at the gleaming eyes of the girl who started crying from the deep rage she felt - And suddenly, Chun-Yan felt guilt and remorse. The girl was right, she wasn't any different than everyone in Handan, or Zhao itself. To think a child would have more wisdom than a rage-blinded adult...
"Let's clean this place already. You can't expect me to sleep in some dingy hut like this." Chun-Yan scoffed, taking the broom and beginning to clean this place properly - Though no amount of work could properly make this run-down home into a beautiful and safe haven.
Regardless, Ying Zheng and Y/N helped in the cleaning up, and though the boy felt incredibly on edge around a stranger, Y/N and Chun-Yan were constantly yelling at each other. The place was... Pretty loud and tense - Yet thus began their unusual pseudo-familial life.
Chun-Yan took the two children for grocery shopping again, only to see the true horrors of the prince's daily life, as one of the merchants threw the food on the ground, urging the prince to eat the sand-filled meat - At the same time, Y/N quickly jumped to shield the boy, as the people around started glaring at him, accusing him of killing their children or relatives. They all wanted to kill him, while he could only force a smile and bow at them humbly.
Anger. Curse. Hate. Curse. Kill. Curse. Evil. Curse. Grudge. Curse. Sad. Curse.
When they returned home, Chun-Yan stopped the lone boy from going to rest, and revealed the many injuries on his body. Apparently, whenever he saw someone getting injured, his own body started getting scars in the same place, and feel the pain of said person. Y/N knew, and that's why she tried her best to protect him, but it wasn't always working. It was all because of the constant hatred from the people of Zhao that he developed such an accursed condition.
It was just a little pain, he'd say. The wounds will heal, eventually... Though his body said another thing, and he almost fainted. Ying Zheng's smile had been instinctively learned by him at the mere age of seven, as a way to allay, even only slightly, the hatred constantly searing his body. "Some day, maybe they'll forgive me... Won't day?" a most pitiful armor.
"Forgive you...? Who do you think you're kidding here?! Huh?! How the hell can you just keep grinning like an idiot?! Why don't you get angry?! Why don't you hate them?!" Chun-Yan started crying - She was now fully understanding Y/N's angry tears and the frustration she felt at the way Zhao was treating an innocent child. "What happened back then... At Chang Ping... HAS GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU! IT ISN'T RIGHT THAT YOU'RE GETTING HURT! SO STOP FORCING YOURSELF TO HOLD BACK! IF YOU WANNA CRY, THEN CRY! IF YOU'RE FEELING MAD, THEN LET IT OUT! STOP KILLING YOURSELF FROM THE INSIDE AND LYING TO YOURSELF ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL!" she yelled at him, falling on the ground weakly, watching the still forced smile on his face. "G-Get angry...? Cry...? I-I could never do that... B-Because I'm... I'm the child of a nation that kills people. I-I'm a cursed child... Th-That's why, I..." for the first time in his life, Ying Zheng felt the embrace of a mother. "It doesn't matter how awful your parents are - Their kid doesn't deserve to be punished! You haven't done anything wrong, nothing at all..." tears were drenching her face, all the guilt and regret overwhelming her. "Y/N was right... Y/N cares so much for you, she only wants the best for you." she found herself speaking in a milder voice. "You're a kind person, who understands people's pain. Your wounds are proof of that, not some punishment or curse." the boy's body was trembling violently. "Ying Zheng. You can live however you want to live."
For the first time in his life, Ying Zheng allowed himself to wail out all of his distress, all the pain, the agony and suffering he's been feeling this entire time, and his mother figure encouraged him. "Why me?! I haven't done anything! Nothing at all! I hate them! I hate everyone! DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT ALL!!!!!!"
It was the first night he slept peacefully, and when he woke up, the woman offered him a pretty scarf to cover his eyes. If he can't see the pain of others, then maybe he won't be feeling it? It was worth a try. She made it herself, after all. When her child was still alive, this used to be a piece of cake for her to do.
The boy, with the most beautiful smile in the world, tied the scarf over his eyes. "HAO!" he joyfully exclaimed. "Thanks, Chun-Yan! I'll take good care of it!" "Hao? I like that word too!" the woman grinned at him. He truly was adorable.
Since then, Y/N and Chun-Yan became the only persons Ying Zheng could be around and not feel any pain. Every day he spent with them, Ying Zheng was able to smile and have fun from the bottom of his heart. They would clean up the graffiti and even learn martial arts - Sometimes, they'd even prank the people who used to bully him; And his smile became more and more cheerful. Ying Zheng was truly happy.
However... King Zhaoxiang of Qin, and soon after, his son, King Xiaowen, passed away - And so, in 250 BC, the man who abandoned Ying Zheng, Zichu, ascended to the throne, and thus... Ying Zheng unexpectedly became the crown prince, the first in line to the throne, and was permitted to return to Qin.
"Ha! To think that some silly words I said would actually come true. I must be a Seer or something." Y/N grinned at the crying boy. "Crown Prince Ying Zheng. That sounds very good! Hao! I like that!" "Won't you come with me?! Please?! Please?! Don't leave me alone, I need you! We are friends, aren't we?!" the boy was sobbing, holding tightly onto the girl. "Forgive me, I cannot." she sighed, embracing him. "Not only am I a Zhao citizen, but... I am also a peasant. I would never be allowed anywhere near the Crown Prince." she kissed his cheek, patting his hair. "But when you get older and ascend to the throne - If you still remember me, and want to see me again, then you can always send for me. I will wait for you a thousand lifetimes, if needed. Just to see you again. The beautiful boy with the starry skies in his eyes."
Before he left, Y/N stole a quick peck on his lips, and waved him goodbye; Whilst Chun-Yan was laughing copiously, she had to drag the stunned boy away, his face burning fiercely from a blush. "I'll make you my Empress, Y/N! Wait for me! I'll keep my promise!" they truly were adorable, the woman thought, as the carriage left for Qin.
Thus, however, not only Y/N, but Ying Zheng would remain alone for so long, as Y/N had no one else in Zhao, and with the scorned people of Zhao no longer holding the prince as a hostage, they sent mercenaries to kill him. As a last motherly act of love, Chun-Yan used her martial arts to battle them all, though she would be fatally injured. "YOU STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM MY KID!" she yelled, killing the last one.
As she lay dying in his arms, she told him the truth - That Y/N was right about her all along. She was a scorned, grieving parent, with her child, similar in age to the prince, having been buried alive. Her beloved Chun-Ou. She could do nothing to save him, for she dug in the dirt with her nails desperately, but couldn't even find him to give him a proper send-off. She wanted too see the prince, to scold him for being a useless, evil brat... She wanted to vent her anger and resentment... But she couldn't.
If a kid like Ying Zheng could become the King - Someone who could understand people's pain... Perhaps someone like him could change this fucked-up world a little, the very same way he changed her. "Become the greatest king of them all." it was the same promise that Y/N also bestowed upon him.
Before she died though, she didn't see Ying Zheng, but Chun-Ou. "I didn't know you were there, Chun-Ou. Let mama get a good look at your face." "Mama..." the prince held her dearly in his arms, placing her hand over his face, and he smiled at her, watching how vitality swiftly dissipated from her eyes. "Hao." she lay lifeless in his arms as he wept for her.
Afterward, Ying Zheng arrived safely at Xianyang, the capital of Qin, and on July 6th 247 BC, following the death of Zichu, Ying Zheng became the King of Qin, at the mere age of twelve.
"Let's walk my--..." Ying Zheng smiled, tying the scarf around his eyes. "No. Let's walk the Path of an Emperor. Together. Y/N. Chun-Yan." and true to his words, at 37 years of age, Ying Zheng became Qin Shi Huang, The First Emperor in History to unite all of China.
On the day Ying Zheng was crowned as the King of Qin, he also began being pestered by his advisors and elders to marry soon and produce an heir; After all, every King must have a Queen and concubines to perpetuate the royal lineage. Of course, the Prince didn't care for such things, nor did he want to think about anyone else that wasn't Y/N - But they were still so young! Life was fully ahead of them! On the other hand, it could be a great pretext to bring Y/N to the court and start lavishing her with all the luxuries that the palace has to offer.
Though the King of Qin had room for surprise, along with all the people at the royal meeting, as the large doors of the palace were pushed open, and a beautiful young lady resembling a flower fairy, dressed in rich silks, pink like the petals of a peony stepped on the golden rug that led towards the throne. She had a long spear in her grasp. As she started singing, the King ripped the scarf off his face, and those starred eyes gleamed with glee, his smile wide like never before. They truly must be soulmates, if Y/N could do exactly the same thing that he himself intended to do!
Two loving souls, so cruelly parted In madness and grief, a dark path started Calamity was drawn, rituals subverted But by her lovely dance, was sadness averted.
Ying Zheng didn't think it humanly possible, for a human to glide even more gracefully than he first saw her dancing, a few years prior.
The Phoenix returned to a home without luster; The cobwebs overgrown, the grave-shrouds a-fluster. But one bond upon her, This world could not muster.
"Thus does the tale of the Auspicious Phoenix end - Yet today, a new melody I have to append." the King was truly mesmerised by her lovely voice, and the way she lit the spear on fire and twirled it around so masterfully, kicking it and rotating with it, throwing it in the air, creating the image of a dancing Phoenix. "Hao! Sing me a happy story, Y/N!" he grinned, leaning forward in his throne.
From the world she seems apart But there is one who knows her heart With graceful swaying and a flaming spear To still the raging skies and the shattered hearts
Y/N's smile was so enchanting that it bewitched the King - Her dancing was as she hoped, a means to grow the seed of joy into people's hearts, replacing the darkening hatred.
The Phoenix once returned, And at once, she was spurned. She turned, and left alone...
Y/N, in a swift move, extinguished the flames from the spear, and stepped up the stairs leading to the throne. "Though now, she might be found to whom she is bound - Her love."
Ying Zheng's face was split by a wide, cheerful grin, and in an unexpected move, he threw his arms around the girl, pulling her into his lap and kissing her cheek. "Hao! My Phoenix returned home!" "Just in time to see her beloved dragon soaring the skies." she replied tenderly, only multiplying the excitement of his heart. "The only dance I love above all is that of the Phoenix and the Dragon amongst Heavens." he declared boldly. "Y-Your Majesty, who is this woman?! And how did she even manage to get inside the palace? With a weapon, no less!" having escaped the charm of the beautiful maiden, the elders started murmuring amongst each other. "She is the Empress, of course!" Ying Zheng laughed merrily, loving the unrest amongst his advisors, telling him he couldn't just marry anyone. "I am the King! I can do whatever I want!" and true to his words, Y/N had a most beautiful coronation ceremony, and her red and gold robes truly made her look like the Phoenix that she was.
Not only the Kingdom of Qin, but the whole Empire of China was going to prosper greatly under the rule of Emperor Qin Shi Huang and his Empress, Y/N. She was there to help him rule, with equal power as his own, and a fantastic wisdom and benevolence like no other. She was there to guide him as he walked the path of killing the demon Chi You. They lived a good life, along with all the people of China.
The two would love each other and live in perfect harmony until their eventual death due to mercury poisoning, at an age before even reaching half a century.
In the afterlife, just like in reality, Qin Shi Huang would have to fight to protect his people, as he was chosen as a human representative fighter in this mess the Gods created, Doomsday, the wish to eradicate mankind. He already killed a demon, and now, he was ready to kill a God.
He couldn't wait for too long in his own room, and with how directionally challenged he was, he walked through walls until he found the Gods' private balcony where Ares and Hermes were, and he flipped the God of War out of his seat, getting comfortable on the cushy seat, even causing the Messenger God to pour him honey mead.
"You know I can't walk fast in these clothes, you little menace." a feminine voice, very much amused, took the attention of the two Gods. "Oh, that's a lovely view of the arena!" the regal looking woman shamelessly sat on his lap, her arms around his neck as he offered her his drink. "This is really good! Can we get more?" bowing, the butler looking God poured some more.
The doors were slammed open again, and the little Valkyrie, Goll, yelled at them, followed by the elder one, Brunhilde. "Goodness! Even after I'd expressly told you NOT to leave your room - And what's more, you've left the corridors FULL of holes!" the elder one was more amused than scolding. "Mou mantai!" the two laughed, free of any care. "The road is where I lead!" he grinned, holding onto Y/N's waist, clingy like a child. "Come on, we have to go." Hilde spoke. "I refuse! We've taken a liking to this place! And besides, we definitely won't grow bored here." the man exclaimed. "In case you weren't aware - YOU will be fighting in round Seven." Hermes and Ares gasped in shock, as the Emperor, holding his love in his arms, jumped on the backseat of the couch.
"HAO!" he grinned confidently. "Finally! I'd grown tired of waiting!" "Now, let's head to the entrance gate, shall we?" Hilde sweatdropped at the unhinged behaviour of the bratty Emperor. "The dragon soars the path of the Emperor! The road is where Qin Shi Huang leads!" Y/N declared boldly, unfolding her fan dramatically.
From underneath the Gods balcony, all of China's Emperors after Qin Shi Huang unraveled a large red and gold rug, making way for the very first Emperor to lead the way to victory - Covering all the minor Gods from the stands. None mattered, except for Qin Shi Huang.
"Hao! That's how the Emperor has to be treated!" Y/N hopped from his arms, and off the balcony, waltzing ahead and leading the way forward - From her sleeves, butterflies would flutter, and where she waved her fan, red flower petals burning like cinders would breeze in a majestic dance, matching her own enchanting one.
She sang the song that Ying Zheng loved the most, resembling the Goddess of the Luo River - The Beauty of China, Luo Shen. Though the Emperor hated that she ended up so heart broken over her husband's death, going so far as to drown herself in the river - He couldn't help but admire the pure love between her and her husband, mutually intertwined, just as he and Y/N were; Truly, all his life, he admired everything about her, and strived to become a man worthy of her lover. He wanted to be the man she could depend on, the man who could prove for her.
And thus, he became the Emperor.
As the song ended, Qin took out the bamboo flute and, stepping into the ring and playing the tune that harmonised perfectly with his Empress' graceful moves. Her dress, a deep shade of red like fire, flew around her like the Auspicious Phoenix that she was, and with her golden Dragon, they danced the Celestial melody of Heavens.
Heimdall, as well as all the rest watching, were mesmerised at the elegance displayed in their bonding, true love like no other radiating strongly from their smiles; He couldn't even begin the introductions as he watched the Emperor pick his lady in his arms, two fates intertwined, dancing coiled around each other eternally - And ending with a kiss. Their fairy-tale like love made all those watching deeply envious.
As the two lovers kept gazing into each other's eyes, the God announced the Emperor's great deeds, before calling out his title as the humans all chanted his name; the Gods boo'ed, angry that he was so arrogant, even going as far as too show off his love-life like that. As Y/N kissed him shamelessly, in front of the whole Valhalla, a young lady, Alvitr, had rageful tears in her eyes for being left forgotten at the Mankind gate.
"Mou mantai! I'm an Emperor, after all." he waved dismissively, before picking her up carefully in his arms. "Come a little closer." she was blushing so bad. "No need to be so rough, my boyish young lady." he chuckled lightly. "Don't worry, little lady. Zheng is going to take good care of you." Y/N patted her hair, watching her completely fall in love with the handsome man, and in one burst of lightning, the Volundr was formed. "Hao! This fits me nicely!" he grinned, showing off his Almighty Spaulders. "As handsome as always, my darling." she kissed his cheek again, though she felt a chill shiver down her spine as the God of the Underworld, Hades, walked forward.
Not only was he ready to avenge his brother, but he was also feeling envious at the way Y/N so openly loved and pampered her husband, the same way he wished his beloved Persephone would.
Before this battle of King vs Emperor could begin, Y/N gladed towards the stands where the Emperors were standing - Right where Chun-Yan and Chun-Ou were, and she got helped up in the stands. An Empress shouldn't have to find her way around the maze-like corridors - The First Empress of China had every right to walk the shortest and easiest road to where she wished to.
As the fight began, Hades thrust forward a single strike, loaded with tremendous power - A single thrust meant to kill. He continues to attack with one heavy-class jab after another, but the Emperor never once got hit; And even when he used one of his strongest attacks, named after his wife, Qin Shi Huang only had his body nicked.
The next straight thrust, the Emperor deflected, easily catching the handle of the bident before throwing back the attack - His own power added to that of Hades, sending him sailing backwards painfully hard - It was Qin Shi Huang's Chi You - Armor form: Sword, Armor, Spear, Crossbow, Halbert - Heavenly Hand of Defense.
As they say, the best offense is a good defense. The reverse is also valid. "Hades, King of the Netherworld... Was it? Let me tell you a thing." as the dust evaporated, the God's form was slumped to the ground, a large crater in the wall where he hit it. "There can only be one Emperor in the world, and that man is I!" he confidently declared.
He didn't fight for six whole days against the Demon God Chi You for nothing. He didn't raise above all the other so-called King for nothing. He didn't become the first unifier of China, the first Emperor, the King where it all began - For nothing!
Ying Zheng - Qin Shi Huang - Was the only man worthy of being called The Emperor!
Hades managed to stand up. He was bleeding from his head and his torso was injured. "Qin Shi Huang, was it? Tell me one thing - What in your eyes makes a King?" "A king?" he grinned. "One who never doubts! Never yields! Never relies! And always stands as the leader of his people! That is what makes a King!" Hades was awestruck by the answer, and even started laughing merrily. Nobody alive ever heard the Lord of the Underworld laugh so boomingly. Ying Zheng joined in the laughing. "You remind me of someone I know... All too well. He was more noble than any other God, more steadfast than any other - And the God most worthy of the title of King. My younger brother, Poseidon, King of the Seas." he extended his arm forward, showing off the weapon. "And I swear by his name, as his elder brother, I shan't give in to a mere King of Men!"
Thus, with a weird stance, Hades unleashed an attack, the proper way of fighting with a spear; With all his might, he delivered a crushing downward swing. The Emperor shielded himself with his arms. "I AM THE KING OF THE UNDERWORLD - HADES! FALL AND BE CRUSHED!"
The King of Men was slammed face-down, flat onto the ground. "ZHENG!" Y/N yelled his name, watching his spit a bunch of blood, struggling to stand up. "Ahh, it's sticky, all soaked with blood. Buhao." he groaned, hanging his head. "Mou mantai..." he sighed, a little disappointed as he took off his cherished scarf. All Emperors bowed down in his honour, gazing his handsome face for the first time. "Now then - Shall we continue, King of the Netherworld?" he grinned confidently. despite the blood painting his face. "So you can take one of my attacks and still smile. I would expect nothing less from a King!" Hades grinned, launching into a ferocious flurry with his rigid spear.
Qin Shi Huang has no choice but to roll with the thrusts; He was waiting for an opportunity to use his special technique. As Hades used the Smasher of Earth down on his head, the Emperor had to shield himself again; But this time, he didn't fall - Using his breath to weaken the attack, he grabbed onto the blade of the bident, and slammed the wielder into the ground, breaking it.
But just as before, any wound that Ying Zheng sees, he receives also - And though he managed to injured Hades, he also felt intense pain. Even in a direct combat, Qin used his breath onto Hades' chest, and with his claw-like fingers, he used the Mount Tai, Dragon Claw technique, delivering an intense strike, leaving an awful mark onto his abdomen.
Ying Zheng's starry eyes weren't just beautiful - They could actually see the stars of living beings. The flow of Qi. Qin could see the cruxes as stars. The double edged gift that served him as both a blessing and a curse. "Ahh, this is why I hate fighting with my eyes." Qin grinned, baring through the blazing pain in his abdomen. "Aw man, that really hurts."
"Don't make fun of me... Do you call yourself the Greatest King?" Hades chuckled light-heartedly. "King of the Underworld, you are strong - But I promised two special people that I would become the Greatest King - So I can't lose to anyone!" to get the most out of his fantastic martial arts, Qin Shi Huang was given a Divine Weapon specialising in defence - Alvitr; The secret ability behind her name is - Army Guardian! "You are strong, King of Humans. A promise of never losing, right?" Hades clenched his fist around his own blood. "I also have something I want to protect. My oath."
Thus, Hades advanced again, spinning his bident like a windmill, destroying the air bullets coming his way - Qin could barely defend himself against the attacks coming his way, though even when he struck, the two were equal in power, and Hades' forearm was mauled. "Even though you're human, you made it this far, huh? I'm going to kill you... But first, I wanted to say that you were magnificent." Hades declared boldly. "Hao!" Zheng grinned at his opponent.
From the stands, every human was cheering for the Emperor. Y/N especially was the loudest, along with Chun-Yan and her little boy, Chun-Ou.
Once again, Hades did something remarkably unusual - Not only did he begin to whistle the tune of his dear younger brother, Poseidon, before self-inflicting a large gash on his chest and splattering not only himself, but his weapon in a shower of crimson life essence. Drenched in blood, Hades rushes Qin, changing mid hit his thrust into a downward swing - He managed to find a way to counter his disruption of Qi. "You pose no threat to me."
Hades' blood wasn't SIMPLY blood. "Assemble!" the King of the Underworld ordered his weapon to transform into a mighty strength to be reckoned with; Any Divine Weapon that his blood, the Pluto Ichor, spills upon harbors the God's life force and becomes even more powerful... But the longer he keeps it up, the higher the risk of death. "King of Men, this is my trump card." he got in a battle stance with his new weapon, the Four-Blooded Spear of Destiny - Ichor: Desmos. "Tear at his flesh - Desmos!" this almighty thrust managed to break through the powerful armor of the Emperor. "I cannot lose. As their elder brother, I shan't be defeated!"
The Valkyrie Alvitr made herself seen to her human, worrying over him - Not only half of his hand, but his shoulder also were heavily destroyed. "Mou mantai. Compared to the pain of others, my own pain is scarcely anything to bear." he declared selflessly, like the fantastic leader that he is. "Alvitr... If we don't do something, we stand no chance at winning. I think we should bet everything on this next strike." he spoke, more seriously, only to annoying the young Valkyrie. "THAT WAS PATHETIC!" she yelled at him, as a scold. "SAY WHAT YOU WANT LOUD AND CLEAR, LIKE AN EMPEROR! YOU SHOWED OFF WITH YOUR EMPRESS LIKE THAT - AND NOW YOU WANT TO LOOK UNCOOL AND DIE IN FRONT OF HER?! IN FRONT OF EVERYONE BELIEVING IN YOU?!" she huffed like a brat. "How haughty of you, my boyish young lady." he smiled, looking up at the stands where his most cherished people were cheering on him. "I WANT TO WIN NO MATTER WHAT!" he yelled, loud and clear, as he should have. "Haha, I know! Really... You Kings are so stubborn!" she giggled, reinforcing their bond even further. "Let me give you all the power I've got!" thus, the Almighty Spaulders were recast into the Shi Huang Goujian Sword. The best defense truly is a remarkable offense.
"I am EMPEROR! King among Kings! And a King only takes pride in protecting his people!" Ying Zheng's starry eyes shone brightly with hope and power, whilst his dazzling smile remained as confident as ever before. "Excellent, O, lofty King - Now let us tear at his very heart, Desmos!" he, who bore the pride of the Gods and laid down his own life; The King of the Netherworld -- And he, who knew the pain of others, and fought for the sake of his people, the King Where It All Began.
Only a King can understand the mind of a King. And these two Kings could both tell that the end of the match was nigh.
Hades went forward, using Desmos: Eos once again, and Ying Zheng retaliated with Chi You: Sword Form; Shi Huang Yan cut. He was driven back, his already damaged left arm ripping clean off from the shoulder and flying across the arena. "ZHENG!" though the Emperor could hear his wife's desperate voice, calling out to him - He simply laughed merrily, seeing Alvitr's worried expression, looking down at him.
"It's beautiful...! What a beautiful star I see!" surprising everyone, the Emperor managed to use his sword to stand up once again. "A king never doubts. A King never yields. A King never relies." even with his arms ripped off like that, and the awful injuries sustained, Ying Zheng kept standing tall and ready to fight. "And a King never surrenders!" he was standing up through sheer willpower. "I can't let my wife see her husband dying, you know? I promised to only ever make her happy - So I can't cause her tears of distress now!"
He could hear them - The voices of the people. He's been fighting all this time to keep his promise to Y/N and Chun-Yan; To bring the people not hatred, but happiness. Everyone was cheering for him. The Greatest King of All Kings - Qin Shi Huang.
"Look, I know you don't wanna give up, but what are you gonna do exactly?" Alvitr asked, a little confused but ready to fight to the bitter end by the side of this worthy man. "I'm going to use Heavenly Hand of Defense once more." he spoke weakly, watching her distress and worry. "Trust me - I am THE Emperor!" Alvitr smiled, filled with hope and confidence thanks to this man. "You're just... Haha! No need to ask!" she, too, got in a fighting stance next to him, supporting him from within his soul. "HAO!" the Emperor exclaimed, thrusting the tip of his sword forward, to mit that of Hades' spear. "I consider myself proud to have been able to fight you." both the Gods and Mankind, and every eye upon the arena could sense that this very next clash would be the final one of Round Seven.
And the first to make a move was the King of the Netherworld, with a fearsome thrust from Desmos, loaded with all the Ichor that Hades could give; Against this gully-powered attack from the King of the Netherworld which seemed as though it could kill with a simple graze, the King of Men, without hesitation, caught it. Chi You Armor Form: Heavenly Hand of Defense.
Everyone had braced themselves for the end, save for the King Where It All Began... Who managed to use Tortoise Ripple to hit Desmos' Qi Star. It got weaker. Desmos was alive, not a lifeless weapon, and Hades hadn't taken that into consideration - He brought his spear to life, his most powerful advantage, but also, his most fatal disadvantage.
Ying Zheng had never forgotten, not even for an instant, that his own life began from the end - When the woman he loved most, his wife, along with his cherished mother-figure, Chun-Yan, showed him... That a King is one who arises from the end, and brings about the Beginning.
Desmos was shattering in his fighter's grasp, and the Human representative managed to impale his sword through the God's torso. "Magnificent!" Hades praised. "Nothing less...!" though he tried to use the broken handle of his weapon to kill Qin Shi Huang, he failed, for the Emperor sliced him open. "... from a King." Hades was unable to make good on his vow. He failed as an elder brother, but the Emperor managed to keep his oath to all the people that relied on him. "Forgive me."
As Hades lay dead on the ground, Heimdall announced Emperor Qin Shi Huang as the winner of the Seventh Round of Ragnarok, and with it, Mankind was in the lead, 4 to 3. "I am grateful that I could speak with you, King of the Netherworld." the Emperor clenched his fist to his chest, in honour of the admirable and honorable fight between two Kings. "Pengyou." through this battle to the death, the two Kings became friends.
Gods and Humans alike were showing their respects to the King of the Netherworld as he was shattering into glowing shard of green soul and ascending into the skies. In under 13 minutes, the King of all Kings defeated a God.
Just as before, the Emperors watching the match helped the Phoenix Empress descend into the ring so she could run to her husband, supporting him and the little Valkyrie lady up. "You were fantastic, you two. Now you may rest. I will take you to the infirmary at once." both of them, like a happy family, smiled at each other. "Don't push yourself too hard. You look even more banged up than me." Alvitr joked. "Mou mantai!" he chuckled at her reassuringly. "Mou mantai? You sure don't look it, silly man. Let me support you two." Y/N giggled, getting in between them two and holding onto them with all her force. "Honestly, it's a miracle you're even alive right now." Alvitr scolded him lightly. "That isn't true, Alvitr. Did I not say it before? Trust me!" his reassuring grin made the girl emotional. "You really are stupid." the Valkyrie's smile trembled. "H-Hey, can't you keep standing up?" Y/N released Alvitr from her grasp, supporting the Emperor as he lost consciousness. "Alvitr, if you have any strength in you, please help me hold him!"
The Valkyrie yelled for the paramedics to rush already - He needed urgent, intensive care. The nurses quickly brought the table and put the Emperor, rolling him quickly towards the Intensive Care unit where he will be taken until his condition is stabilised.
Ying Zheng and Alvitr also were kept in capsules to better their vital functions, and in between them, sat Y/N, smiling softly at the two. The Valkyrie was already a divine being, she was going to be alright... But Ying Zheng is still a human and was in a particularly critical condition - Whether he survives this or not, depends on his own strength to live.
"Ying Zheng and Alvitr. The Emperor of Heavens and his protector White Tiger." the Empress spoke gently, each hand laying on one of the glass capsules. "Alvitr, thank you for protecting my beloved Zheng. I will forever be indebted to you. My sweet child. Alvitr." Beautiful and divine, strong and courageous." her voice trembled softly. "My boyish young lady." her gaze turned to her Emperor. "Qin Shi Huang. The Emperor of China. The King Where It All Began. The First Unifier of China. The Golden Dragon of China. The Eye of Heaven." a few tears escaped softly down her cheeks. "Ying Zheng, my beloved husband, the beautiful boy with the starry skies in his eyes. The love of my life." her tender tears turned into heartbroken sobs. "I am so proud of you. So, so proud. You have always been a true leader for our people, and you were always such a wonderful husband, a partner, a friend. My confidant. My heart. My soul. My everything." though Goll and Brunhilde left, the Emperors whose paths were pathed by Qin Shi Huang were all standing outside the room, watching with heavy hearts, the shattered cry of the Vermillion Bird. "If the tears of the Phoenix could truly heal any wound, I would drown you in my cries and save you. If I could give my life to save you, I would transfer all of your wounds to mine own shell of a body, rip my flesh apart with mine own teeth and claws, and give you all of my blood, just to see you alive once more. My most precious sweetheart." the people watching all began to shed tears. "Just like the Goddess Luo who drowned herself in the river, so will I, out of grief, should you depart from this world before me." for one last time until her beloved would flutter his sparkling eyes open again, Y/N dried her tears and smiled brightly at Ying Zheng and Alvitr. "Hao! Mou mantai! Listen to my voice as I sing for you a beautiful melody. May you have sweet dreams and rest peacefully - And when your strength returns, please, return to me. And if not... The Vermillion Bird will burn to ashes, for the last time."
I want to be your love for ever and ever, Without break or decay. When the hills are all flat, The rivers are all dry. When it thunders in winter, When it snows in summer When heaven and earth mingle, Not till then will I part from you.
Thus, a melody was sung, through the cries of the weeping Vermillion bird, burning bright as the Sun, for her celestial Golden Dragon of Heavens, and the almighty White Tiger, shining silver like the moon.

when the clock finally struck five and signalled the end of your working day, you couldn’t feel more relived. you’d been struggling to keep it together for the past hour, wanting so desperately to collapse into the sweet haven that was your lover’s arms. the journey home was a blur, what with the burst of energy you got when you could finally leave.
WRIOTHESLEY perked up when he heard the lock of the door click, signalling your arrival. he’d been waiting for you all day, after all. the one time he finally got a day off, you couldn’t spend it with him. you removed your coat and shoes, sighing at how your feet hurt from the walk back.
before you could enter the living room, wriothesley had approached you with open arms. with a sound akin to a sob, you fell into his ever-welcoming embrace. his big hands smoothed over your back and hair, and you knew it would all be okay.
“‘m here, sweet darlin’”
it was magical, the effect he had. how a simple phrase could make you feel so safe and loved.
of course, a hug wasn’t enough to take away the dull ache within your heart. before you could stop yourself, your knees buckled. wriothesley tightened his big arms around you, just like you knew they would.
“i got ya, angel.”
after all, you knew he’d always catch you when you fell.

tw. angst, enemies w/ benefits, uncertainties, uni au!, ok i think bladies quite ooc in here, not FULL ON proofread, yingxing used for his nickname, anyways sorry bladie qwq
--;
"i want to take us a step further."
"and i don't want to."
blade takes a breath, possibly too sharp in as he now feels the icy cold in the back of his throat. eyes shut at the growing headache of a situation, he reaches out to you, only for you to swat his hand away.
"you need to understand, ying xing." you furrow your eyebrows. you're not ready yet, or more like... you're scared to fall even harder for the man before you. "i don't plan to... i don't plan to become 'friendly' with you. i don't plan to go from whatever this is to a couple, no."
"we stay, and we will stay, as what we are currently." you emphasized, "i want to stay competitive with you. i want to fight with you, i want to compete with you. i need a driving force-"
"wouldn't that break us apart even further?" blade cuts in, "wouldn't what all we've done together, day or night, staying at each other's houses, spending time together... wouldn't it all be futile? wouldn't what we have become nothing?"
"i want to get close to you, y/n." he speaks, quietly this time. "you don't need competition to act as your driving force, i can be your driving force, we can be each others' driving force."
with no other choice, down towards the floor you looked. he was right, you don't need competition. but just... what if-
what if one day, you guys can no longer see each other eye to eye. the only reason why you're both seeing each other, eye to eye, hands at each other's neck, was due to your determination to secure that top spot. that top spot in your class, trying to maintain a steady as possible "No. 1 student" streak.
if it weren't for your 'accidental' one night stand,
two night stand,
three,
four,
five-
they're simply just 'what if's, right?
"i care about you, y/n, and you know you do too. why don't you see that? why must you set a distance between us?"
much to your dismay, he was right. what you are doing is setting you guys apart, but maybe it's all for the best. to save yourselves from heartache and... you don't want to lose the privilege of being beside him, to talk to him, feel him, kiss him
"i know what you're thinking y/n, but it isn't going to do us any favor." the tall man turns away from you, walking towards the window, his gaze resting on your reflection on the wet glass pane. words gather by the back of his throat, walking on this new road is going to be hard. but what is there to lose?
he doesn't get it, there' s only a semester left to your courses. and after this you're done.
do you... not want to see him anymore?
were your 'stay with me's and that look in your eyes all anything but real? or has he been studying and indulging in your ambiguous relationship too much that he had blinded himself with his own hallucinations?
maybe you aren't even on the same page as him, maybe... he's been heading forward alone all along.
his thoughts cut short when he feels that familiar warmth on his shoulder. peering at your shorter figure, his heart aches again that day at the way your thumb grazes his clothed skin.
"give me time to think, ying xing." you quietly said. "we'll settle this soon, focus on your test tomorrow, alright?"
"... okay."
it was a tough decision for you to make, after all, the both of you know full well how heavy both the rewards and consequences of love can be.
with that, he watches you leave him once again, your absence lingering along with his shadow back to his home.

I haven't actually seen that much sub stuff on Wewuxian
So do you currently have any thirst ideas for him?
ෆ ִ ׁ sub wei wuxian
cw; throat fucking, slapping, choking, gn neutral i guess
wei ying is the type that loves to try different and dirty things. so you shouldn't be surprised if one day he asks you to choke him and slap him while you are fucking his mouth.
what can i tell you, when he is in the act of sex, he is so lassive and insatiable.
the vulgar sounds of his throat fucking you made him roll his eyes in pleasure as saliva ran down the corner of his mouth.
wei wuxian would smile making his teeth scrape your flesh. you would kiss in disgust and grab him by the hair deepening your movements.
"you have the moistest, warmest throat i have ever known."
the man would just wink at you as he kept moving his mouth rapidly over you. his puffy red cheeks gave him a cute look and the sweat on his skin made him look like he was glowing. he was gorgeous.
when you felt at your limit and asked him to stop, he would immediately listen to you and wait for your command. "I want you to slap me while you come in my mouth."
"nhg, shut up wei ying." you would say feeling your sex throbbing furiously.
the black-haired man would approach you again and massage you without your permission, spreading kisses affectionately.
"come on love… I know you want to do it, I know you like to treat me bad." the man would say smiling at you and blowing you a kiss.
before he said anything else you would grab him by the neck and pull him closer to you. "Suck it and don't even think about complaining."
he would quickly assist by opening his mouth and taking you completely. a moan escaped from both of your mouths, you because of how warm and good his tongue felt. and wei ying… well because he loved to feel you in his mouth.
"aaahgn, nnngh,. mmmm" you could only hear the gurgling sounds of your essence mixing with wei wuxian's saliva. also your hand was still pressing on his throat and you could feel him gagging easier and it was harder for him to take it all in. your movements were brutal, you came completely out of his luscious mouth and then you came in hard.
at one point you felt the man slowly faint while you were still in the best part. you had no choice but to slap him to make him rectify. "don't even think about it, slut."
"yes master, yes, yes, yes, i am your slut."

Winter, present day
‎ ‎
You wanted to call yourself stupid for not catching on. How wasn’t it obvious?
There was a gun in his bedroom and a medallion with a symbol that you've never seen before, even after relentlessly googling around. Purple eyes, mysterious disappearances, owning a house with undisclosed memories that he was just willing to abandon for your apartment, and… other than his grandma? Yeah, no family.
You sighed and pushed open the wooden doors to the café, allowing the bell above to announce your arrival on this boring and slow Monday. Yesterday was spent entirely at Yu’s house. Not only to tend to the trees you planted a winter ago, but to also keep searching for that gun. And, alas, there was nothing. Maybe he took it before he disappeared. Maybe he…
Ugh.
‎ ‎
You stepped behind the counter and pocketed your headphones. Only now did you hear Ying’s muffled voice way behind you inside her room, drowned out by the music. You were sure that she was speaking to someone on the phone, considering your co-worker called out at the last minute. Who, however, would remain a mystery. Not that you cared.
Then, the door swung open, and you heard the clicks of her shoes as she walked down the corridor, phone in hand.
‎ ‎
“I made sure to check it before I left.” She explained. “Around March, last I heard. That’s the only day– Y/N!”
‎ ‎
Ying’s previously quiet voice shot up a few decibels upon noticing you. But before you even realised it, your mind had prepared itself for the sudden incoming hug it really didn’t want.
‎ ‎
“Oh my God, I was so worried!”
‎ ‎
Her arms found their place tightly wrapped around you, completely ignoring the seemingly important call, as she had tossed her phone on the counter behind her in favour of this embrace. You placed one hand on her back in a weak attempt to reciprocate it. However, all you could notice was how cold her silky black ponytail was as it fell on her back. ‎ ‎
“I missed one day, Ying.”
‎ ‎
“I thought something happened to you!” She pulled away, her hands still on your shoulders. “You should’ve told me– where were you?”
‎ ‎
“At Yu’s.”
‎ ‎
Her posture immediately relaxed with that answer, and a wide grin painted her features.
‎ ‎
“Ah, is that so? And how are the lemons? I trust they’re in excellent condition.”
‎ ‎
You would’ve groaned at how she referred to a bunch of seeds underground as if they were babies being taken care of. But after that tangent, maybe that comparison was… Well, apt wasn’t the word, but, you know. Something like that.
‎ ‎
“Still acclimating. They require less maintenance in the winter, but…”
‎ ‎
Your words were lodged in your throat, and you were rendered unable to tell her exactly what you were thinking. But Ying somehow didn’t notice. Instead, she began taking a few steps back to close the call she’d abandoned, another idea popping up in her mind.
‎ ‎
“How large was his backyard again? Why don’t you plant more seeds there? Something that can withstand this weather?”
‎ ‎
“When’s the last time you’ve been to his house, Ying?”
‎ ‎
She placed one hand on her hip.
‎ ‎
“I visited Iso’s house a few times before, Y/N. I even recall mentioning the absurd size of his backyard. Ah, I think I used the word ridiculous, too… That might’ve offended him.”
‎ ‎
Ying explained thoughtfully with a finger on her chin. And from her dreamy tone, it was easy for you to infer that she was just about to go off on another tangent should you let her keep talking.
She promptly moved towards the register with this memory in mind. But before she could say anything, you interrupted her.
‎ ‎
“Who’s Iso?”
‎ ‎
‎ ‎
“Iso?”
‎ ‎
Ying stayed silent for a moment.
Then, she tittered,
‎ ‎
“I– I must’ve misspoken; I meant to say Yu.”
‎ ‎
You crossed your arms.
‎ ‎
“Who’s Iso, Ying?”
‎ ‎
“Ah, it– it’s just a character from a book I’m currently reading. It’s not anything important.” Ying fanned herself with her hand as she spoke, presumably from a bout of anxiety. “Anywho, as I was saying– would you like me to come along with you? We’ll find new spots for you to plant in!”
‎ ‎
You ran your fingers through your hair, leaning on the counter behind you.
Ying only had two Meyer lemons that day, and you managed to scoop out a combined amount of nine seeds. A lot, but compared to a normal lemon that had at least ten–fifteen seeds in one fruit, it was nothing. And what worried you was the prospect of you failing or only managing to get a few trees out of those.
It couldn’t hurt to have a few… backup fruits, right? If the lemons failed, you’d maybe have… something else. Besides, the cashier from that one shop seemed fond of you when you bought the garden ready passion fruit. You could purchase another orange and strike up a conversation with her. Besides, you needed to work on mentally desensitising yourself to being in his house.
‎ ‎
“I'll take care of it myself, I could use some alone time.”
‎ ‎
Even though every second of your life was composed of ‘alone time’ to the point that it was concerning. But Ying didn’t really want to mention that. Not when your mood seemed to be substantially improving with it.
She flashed you her familiar grin in response.
‎ ‎
“Well, if you’d like any help, I’m one–”
‎ ‎
“One text away, got it. Weren’t you talking to someone?”
‎ ‎
You gestured at the phone she set on the counter a while ago, referencing the call she’d abandoned in favour of this conversation. And you swore you could see buffering in her eyes before she caught on.
‎ ‎
“Oh! Right, thank you, I’d almost forgotten about her.”
‎ ‎
She quickly grabbed the phone and waved goodbye before disappearing into her office for the day. And by then, you had already known that customers made their way inside. You didn’t even need to look back to know. Not when that repetitive jingle gave it away, and the sounds of them snickering and gossiping to each other.
You sighed and ran your fingers through your hair, preparing to serve the group.
‎ ‎
❤ฺ·。
‎ ‎
You were still thinking about that gun even after it’d been a whole year since you visited his house. However, when you passed by his bedroom, the thoughts took over your mind like a virus. The urge to peer through his drawers once more grew unbearable, even after you’d done it a few dozen times. And each time, it wouldn’t change; there was simply no gun anymore. This weapon only raised more questions in your mind. None of them were new, except for one:
Was Yu dead?
Was that the reason for his disappearance? Maybe the hourglass medallion was related to it. Maybe they were a… an organisation? A group, something like that. Maybe he’d gotten into a fight with these people, or maybe they sent someone out to kill him. But why?
You thought of at least a hundred possibilities as to how he would’ve died, but none of it made sense because of one thing, how did someone like Yu get involved with people like this? The only reason you entertained it was because of his eyes, his nonexistent parents, and the bloody house you were in. There’s no way a barista with the same salary as you would be able to buy all of this.
But you never doubted him; you trusted him. You trusted his decision to keep it all vague. You trusted that, one day, he would tell you.
Maybe that was a mistake.
‎ ‎
Oh, screw it, you thought as you pushed the doors to his backyard open. Ignoring the familiar cold sensation that wrapped itself around your exposed face and neck was an easy task, especially when you were finally taking in the sight before you.
Six trees. But you already saw that before. What grabbed your attention were the white flowers scattered around the deep green leaves, like fairies that had sprinkled dust during the night. Once you’d reached it, you meticulously cupped one flower in your gloved hands and observed the shape, but all of it was healthy. All it needed was one more year to finally bear fruit.
The pearly white tint of the flower beautifully stood out against your black gloves; its thin petals curving in a manner so purposeful, you swore it was sculpted by the gods. They also needed pruning, you mused before going back to grab a tool you left behind. But you’d get to it after you watered them.
Incidentally, it was February; Winter was finally coming to an end. And this meant that the snow that coated the ground was starting to melt off, patches of dull grass sneaking through any opening they could in an effort to get some air. This made the shovel you were about to use somewhat redundant when it came to shovelling the snow.
Nevertheless, once you’d picked an empty spot in his spacious backyard, you slid the blade of your shovel under the thin mound of melting snow. Then, once you scooped up most of it, you tossed it aside and cleared the area.
‎ ‎
‘Why do you plant things in the winter? Why not summer?’
‎ ‎
Yu suddenly questioned from behind as he rested on the staircase after he’d done shovelling all of the snow. Since he’d volunteered and successfully done most of the gruelling work for you, you had enough space to finally plant the germinated lemon seeds once you were done spacing them out.
And to him, his inquiry made sense. Winter was the season of death, and even his optimism wouldn’t stop him from admitting that. So why would you pursue a hobby that sprouted life at that time?
You continued shovelling the snow out of the way as you remembered what you told him that dreadful day. And this time, you didn’t block your brain from pulling these annoying conversations from the depths of your mind – not when you wanted to remember the answer.
‎ ‎
‘Planting things in the winter helps them bear fruit faster. Moreover, the seeds I'm planting are winter fruit.’
‎ ‎
Despite sitting behind you, you could easily tell that Yu immediately perked up at the foreign term.
‎ ‎
‘Winter fruit?’
‎ ‎
‘Yes. It's exactly what it sounds like.’
‎ ‎
Whenever he learned something new from you, he would just have the cutest look on his face. If only you could see it now, you mulled. But that privilege was revoked years ago, and you weren’t in the mood to mourn right now. Not after all of your impressive progress so far.
‎ ‎
‘Lemons are a winter fruit?’
‎ ‎
You nodded.
‎ ‎
‘...What about oranges?’
‎ ‎
He noted the abundance of oranges you had at the time, and your silent plans to have them planted, if only it didn’t take years for the blasted trees to bear fruit. This question, however, made you pause at the time.
‎ ‎
‘They... are.’
‎ ‎
‘I see. And why oranges specifically?’
‎ ‎
Seemingly oblivious to the pause in your answer, Yu continued pressing on, unaware of the consequences of asking such a question.
Once the snow was out of the way and you’d cleared the grass, you moved back towards the doors and grabbed the nearby rake, ready to make space for your orange trees.
‎ ‎
‘They were my dad's favourite.’
‎ ‎
The answer came solemnly; the shift in topic immediately souring both his and your mood. And Yu quickly caught on to his mistake since he immediately rushed to apologise,
‎ ‎
‘Oh, I'm- I'm sorry. I didn't mean to…’
‎ ‎
You pushed a plentiful amount of dirt out of the way with only a few repetitive movements. And though they were few, you still felt the sweat form. The thick jacket you wore started to weigh heavily on you. That, and just about everything else, but were you really going to work in a tank top out here?
‎ ‎
‘No, it's okay.’
‎ ‎
Yu watched you stand up once you were done, dusting off your hands. Yet he noted how weak your movements were. How much hesitance was involved in just getting the dirt off of your fingers, or even holding yourself up.
How easily upset you were at the mention of your deceased parents.
At the time.
‎ ‎
‘Can we leave? I'll... I'll check on the trees afterwards.’
‎ ‎
He immediately stood up and took off his glove to pull you closer to him.
‎ ‎
‘Of course. You deserve a break, after all. Where would you like to go?’
‎ ‎
‘Do you remember the bridge I told you about? I heard it looks better in the spring; but we should go tomorrow.’
‎ ‎
Yu beamed at this, his fingers interlocking with yours, and his thumb had already begun outlining the lines on your palm. It sounded like an innocent suggestion.
‎ ‎
‘Tomorrow? Okay, but you'll have to send me the location in advance.’
‎ ‎
You remembered both of you leaving for the bridge that day and what came afterwards. You remembered the dread that followed you throughout the entire trip. Not to mention the gloom, all because you remembered your father. And it’s not like any of it was to be missed. You didn’t miss having your whole day ruined at the mention of one person.
You stood back and stared at the hole you’d dug with the shovel, measuring its width compared to the tree you were about to put in its place.
Perfect, you thought. It was all perfect.
‎ ‎
❤ฺ·。
‎ ‎
Summer passed by like a breeze, and Ying was beyond delighted at the harvest you brought back and immediately got to work with the others to turn them into delicious treats to sell. Luckily for you (or her), they sold like hotcakes, and today, once winter finally arrived, the moment you walked through the doors and heard the jingle from above, you already saw the results of your hard work.
Ying stood deep within the dining area in front of the wall that used to be empty for so long; now, however, it carried the large, expensive painting she had yearned for the past few years. And just like she predicted, it looked absolutely stunning. The colours perfectly complemented the warm colour palette of the general area, and the ladies and their surroundings bounced off of the previously dull flora she’d decorated the area with. That, and, you know, it was just a pretty painting to look at.
You approached and pocketed your headphones, but Ying needn’t look back to know you were there. The crunch of the ice under your boots was loud enough. All thanks to the strong snowfall outside.
‎ ‎
“Isn’t this amazing? It feels like I renovated the whole area, Y/N!”
‎ ‎
She said excitedly as she clasped her hands together, meeting your gaze. Did you even want to ask how long she spent staring at the painting? Not that it was a bad thing.
‎ ‎
“I admit. It does look impressive.”
‎ ‎
“And I couldn’t have done it without you! Speaking of which, you look happy today. Did something happen?”
‎ ‎
Ying asked with a tilt of her head, and your smile only widened at this despite your futile attempts to keep a straight face.
‎ ‎
“The lady at the nursery suggested I sell some of my plants there with her. I’m still considering it.”
‎ ‎
She didn’t know who she was, so you didn’t really bother telling Ying the name of this new friend you made. But her face still beamed at this.
‎ ‎
“Why not? You mentioned your apartment being cramped a while ago. Is that still the case?”
‎ ‎
“It is.”
‎ ‎
Of course she’d remember an off-handed comment from months ago. Besides, all anyone needed to know something like this was to simply glance at any of your windows, and they’d see the potted trees pressed up against them.
‎ ‎
“I’ll still have to wait until the weather clears up.”
‎ ‎
“I see. Good call.”
‎ ‎
She didn’t need to look out the windows to see the thick fog outside. The way to work was difficult enough for her since she had to avoid the black ice and check the weather for any potential storms. Nevertheless, despite how subtle it was, Ying immediately picked up on the wistfulness that bled into your previously content tone.
‎ ‎
“Is… something wrong?”
‎ ‎
Your smile slowly fell as you carefully leaned on the table behind you.
Don’t quote me on this comparison, I hate Chemistry. But despite solitude being bound to you like protons to a nucleus at this point, and vice versa, you’d been keeping this question to yourself, and it felt like it was driving you mad. For once, you needed to ask someone, and who better than Ying? And you weren’t in the mood to be subtle or to ease her into it.
Might as well lay it all out.
‎ ‎
“Is Yu dead?”
‎ ‎
She seemed incredibly caught off guard by the question.
‎ ‎
“Dead? That– that’s a… ah, a bold assumption… Why would you ever say that?”
‎ ‎
Should you even tell her about the gun and the hourglass medallion? Even though you were still pissed at Yu for keeping so many things hidden from you, you still felt it disrespectful to air out his laundry behind his back. Well, if he was alive, that is.
Besides, it’s not like she was innocent either. She had a mysteriously large sum of money herself, despite being a humble café owner. Speaking of… why didn’t she just buy the painting with that instead of waiting for your harvest? Maybe you shouldn’t ask everything.
You sighed and ran your fingers through your hair.
‎ ‎
“Just a thought.”
‎ ‎
“No, don’t say that. You’re doing so well, Y/N; don’t let the pessimism get to you!”
‎ ‎
You smiled in amusement at her words. Was the change in your appearance and attitude that drastic? You could’ve sworn one of the positive things about your genes was the lack of dark circles under your eyes. Ying, however, only kept going.
‎ ‎
“How about we visit his grandmother? I know both of you used to do that a lot. Are those lemons done growing?”
‎ ‎
“They are. I should be able to harvest them on Sunday if the weather gets better.”
‎ ‎
It’s been a while since you visited her. And honestly, you may or may not have missed her delighted smile and hug whenever she’d see you come in with freshly baked goods for her to enjoy. Shame this all stopped when Yu disappeared. If you took it this horribly, you couldn’t even imagine what she was going through.
‎ ‎
“Sunday? That’s great! Would you like me to come with you? I’ll bring the baskets!”
‎ ‎
For once, the offer sounded enticing. Hauling baskets around in a bus also sounded like a terrible idea. So…
You nodded.
‎ ‎
“I don’t mind.”
‎ ‎
“Wonderful! So, what do you always bring her? Was it lemon bars, or…”
‎ ‎
Ying started spitballing ideas as she walked you to the counter, attempting to come up with a list of lemon desserts for you both to bring. Sweets and baking weren’t her forte, but it was really fun to watch her ramble on about something she really enjoyed. It wasn’t that hard to tell that she never got to have a casual conversation with someone outside of work, anyway.
And so you let her talk, instead opting to listen to her in silence and only chiming in when she was out of words.
‎ ‎
❤ฺ·。
‎ ‎
Both of you settled on lemon pie. It was a nice change compared to the usual pound cakes you’d always bring her. And besides, you needed to bring something special after not visiting her for years, or however long it’s been. Not like you were one to keep track of time.
Nevertheless, a week had passed since that conversation, and things only continued to improve. Mentally, that is.
You were way too exhausted from tending to what felt like a few hundred trees all day. The work felt like it was never ending. It’s not like you were able to go outside anyway; the fog never let up since then. Even the buses were starting to reroute, and your path to work was getting more and more hazy.
Thankfully for you, it was Saturday; you’ve been up since the crack of dawn, and you’ve just finished your housework at two in the afternoon. Pruning, fertilising, watering and fending off fungal infections and diseases. Even though it was winter, an abundance of dormant plants still equaled a considerable amount of work. Sure, as Ying said, the air was fresher in here, but you needed to sell all of these plants. It was quite literally a forest at this point. That wasn’t to mention the ones at Yu’s house that you still haven’t tended to, the ones you were going to harvest tomorrow had the weather improved.
Once you set down your shears and gave your fingers the relief of rest after spending the past hour pruning your kiwi tree, it felt like they were just one wrong move away from falling off your body. And maybe that was the time for you to actually stop working.
‎ ‎
You walked back inside to your hotter bedroom and slammed the door to the balcony shut, taking a deep breath of the fresh air to isolate a specific scent. And it didn’t take long for you to spot it – the scent of hot chocolate. You’d just made it for breakfast and had completely forgotten about it whilst waiting for it to cool off.
Huh. Instead of drinking it in bed, maybe you should try something Ying would probably do.
You ran your stiff fingers through your hair and moved towards the kitchen, grabbed the lukewarm cup and headed for the living room. Once you sat down on the couch, the remote immediately made its way into your hand and the television was turned on. Yu’s blankets were still there. You washed and tossed them back there, since there was no reason for you to move them. Not like you felt ill when you looked at them. They were pretty warm.
Besides, you were more concerned with the television and whether or not it would work after being unused for so long.
And… Yeah. It was kind of boring. Scratch that; it was very boring. Ying was probably just way too old-fashioned for you.
You surfed through the channels for a few more minutes. And with every channel you passed, you were only further reminded as to why this blasted thing was never used. You surfed and surfed and surfed, eventually landing on whatever channel it was once you’d gotten bored enough and instead picked up the phone to scroll through social media. Maybe you really should hit up your landlord and stop funding this useless thing mounted on your wall, you mused.
Your train of thought, however, was immediately derailed once your ringtone blasted in your ears. Ying had suddenly called you. And despite your annoyance, you accepted it without thought, holding the phone up to your ear.
‎ ‎
“Y/N! Good afternoon, how are you?”
‎ ‎
“Hi. Do you need something?”
‎ ‎
She tittered, and you could feel her anxiously fan herself from the other side of the phone.
‎ ‎
“What if I just wanted to check in on my friend?”
‎ ‎
“So you… don’t need anything.”
‎ ‎
“No, I do. Are you free this March?”
‎ ‎
You sighed and instead looked out the window, your eyes locking on the rapid snowfall that only helped further coat the ground in tonnes of snow. Sidewalks, houses, dead trees, balconies… Well, the uncovered ones, of course. Your balcony was safe.
‎ ‎
“Possibly. Why?”
‎ ‎
This question was weird to ask, to say the least. Especially to someone who lived their life with no planning and went with the flow. But you did understand why she’d ask since she planned months and months ahead.
‎ ‎
“There’s something I must do, but it’s highly likely that I’d end up needing your assistance with it. Do you recall a few years ago, when you…”
‎ ‎
Then, the word ‘storm’ caught your attention, your eyes immediately darted back to the television as your brain tuned out Ying’s words. Turns out that the channel you’d stopped at was the weather forecast, and the woman was explaining an incoming catastrophic storm headed towards…
Crap.
‎ ‎
“I– I have to go; I need to leave.”
‎ ‎
“Where? What’s happening?”
‎ ‎
Without thought, you stood up and rushed towards the thick jacket you had hung up on the coat rack right next to the door.
‎ ‎
“Ying, there’s a blizzard. It’s headed right around the neighbourhood where Yu’s house is!”
‎ ‎
You slipped on your boots and grabbed your keys, stuffing whatever remaining essentials there were in your pocket.
‎ ‎
“What?! Y/N, wait, don’t tell me you’re–”
‎ ‎
“I’m going, Ying!”
‎ ‎
“Don’t! Don’t, just wait for me, I–”
‎ ‎
You slammed the door shut, haphazardly holding the scarf over your nose, and rushed down the flight of stairs.
‎ ‎
Ying failed to convince you not to go before you closed the phone and shifted all of your focus back on your path, and she especially failed to get you to understand what was truly happening through your skull. To her, you either didn’t notice the magnitude of the situation, or you just outright didn’t care. Rushing into a blizzard just to keep a few trees safe was something no sane person would do, even with how much those trees meant to you.
And despite the thick haze that blocked you from seeing only a few feet in front of you, the people rushing to get home as soon as possible, and the rapid snowfall, none of it mattered. You clutched the ice-cold pole inside the bus and leaned your head against it, its temperature seeping through your thick black gloves and stinging your skin.
Your eyes locked on the windows as you watched the driver struggle to make his way through the fog, and your heart raced fast enough that it nearly constituted a heart attack. People around you were scared. The children huddled with their parents like scared birds, and you swore you could hear a few of them reassure their kids that they were going to make it home just fine. But you tuned it all out in favour of what was important to you.
All you needed to do was get to his house. Get to his house at the very least, and it’ll all be okay.
Those trees will be okay. You’ll make sure of it.

as well as the fresh cuts that lingered across your whole body
a sudden shout pulls both of you out of your thoughts
you hide behind Wuxian
he doesn't understand until he sees two men running towards the two of you
they're obviously assassins, their clothes say enough
so Wuxian pulls out his own sword while holding his other arm in front of you
maybe it's the fact that he's helping you or maybe just his aura, but you visibly relax
you aren't shaking much anymore, instead your just hidden now
although Wuxian can still hear he occasional sob or whimper from you
the two assassins are quickly disposed of by Wuxian
then he asks for more of an explanation
one your happy to give, telling him everything that came to mind as you retold what had happened
Wuxian takes you back to lotus pier so you're safe
and he'll surely help you find the actual culprit behind everything
Lan Zhan:
Tumblr media
the usual stroll with all the disciplines was quiet
a bit too quiet even
until you stumbled out of the bushes
your eyes are bloodshot from crying, your hair a mess from running through the branches and your clothes are covered in blood and mud
most disciplines step back so you don't dirty their white and blue clothes
only Lan Zhan steps forward
your quick to explain everything, words faster than Lan Zhan can process
he picks out the most important points of your story
which happen to be massacre and assassins
just as he figured it out, five men jump from out of the woods
their swords are drawn out
Lan Zhan orders the younger ones to take care of it
then he guides you away
you are worried for the younglings left behind to fight, Lan Zhan is not
he knows they'll take care of it
he goes to check on them once you're safe inside
takes care of you for a few months and teaches you to defend yourself
also makes sure that an investigation starts about the demise of your clan
Lan Xichen:
Tumblr media
you stumble to him around the time that he and Meng Yao are in hiding in the woods
you didn't know who either were, you only saw the house from afar
Xichen is kind enough to let you hide there from the assassins chasing you
they stick around for a few days, threatening him multiple times to tell them where you were
he always says the same
I don't know who you're looking for, but they're not here
stupidly enough, the assassins believe him after only 3 tries
you're just glad that they left
nonetheless, Xichen insists that you stay a bit longer
Meng Yao hasn't woken up yet and he's lonely
not that he says that to you, no
he just tells you that the assassins might still be near
which isn't a complete lie
Meng Yao:
Tumblr media
he doesn't usually involve himself in stuff that doesn't have a profit for him
he calculates everything that he does, to the finest details
It was a bit of a surprise when he catches you in the forest as your first meeting
you looked scared, terrified even
not of him, but rather of the men following you
three men, dressed in black
they scattered when one spotted Meng Yao
he was kind enough to bring you back to his place in the Nie palace
brews you some tea to calm you down and carefully listens to your story
he later brings it up to Nie Huaisang, who later says it to his elder brother
which is what Meng Yao wanted to begin with, but he didn't want to do so himself
you're welcomed with open arms by other clans, who all offer to rebuild your clan
Sending pupils your way once everything is in fact rebuild
you can't get your savior out of your mind, you owned him your life
so you granted him anything that he wanted, whenever
he gladly took the offer, but claimed that he didn't want too ask for to much
at the end of this whole ordeal, Meng Yao was glad that he sent those assassins your way
Wen Ning:
Tumblr media
he was practicing in the woods
he missed the target and was quite surprised when he heard a loud yelp
you came from the bushes, running through the river and one man followed
his arrow stuck in the stranger's shoulder
he doesn't really know what to do, freezing as you approached him
luckily for him, the other man doesn't continue after spotting him
you were quick to thank him for shooting the assassin behind you
to which Wen Ning shyly admitted that it wasn't intentional at all
you stare at him for a few seconds before bursting into giggles
he only looked down to the ground in embarrassment
but even with the embarrassment, he manages to stutter out that you should join him for dinner and get treated by his sister
you graciously accept his offer
his sister is very kind throughout the process of stitching and cleaning your wounds
all the while Wen Ning continues to stare your way
he wonders what happened to you
but he doesn't have to wonder for long as his sister asks
and you start to explain, the tears that started forming were clear to see
Wen Ning almost wanted to cry as well, the story sounded a bit too close to his own situation after all
which is why he convinces his sister to let you stay
before begging you to stay around with the promise that he'd take care of you
and that he does
Xiao Xingchen:
Tumblr media
the street was empty, which is why it was so obvious that something was wrong with you
you were running on the street, a panicked look on your face
you tripped not far from him, in arms reach and Xingchen looks at you
he wasn't sure what to do at first, his heart said yes but his head said to not involve himself
his heart won when he saw a few men approaching, dressed in black and clearly there to kill you
his sword was pulled as he stood before you, staring at the man with a glare
the fight doesn't take long, the men are dead after only 10 minutes
while Xingchen cleans his sword, you were quick to get up and thank him
he doesn't say much, instead he just shortly nods before walking away
not expecting you to follow him
you do though, asking him if it was okay to stay as you feared to be alone
he accept the offer or at least until you reached a clan that would protect you
which takes a few weeks and he hates to admit that he's grown attached to you
he hoped you'd stay by his side, but you chose not to
instead, you plan to rebuild your own clan
but you make sure to tell him that he's always welcome to visit
he never gets said opportunity

Hiii moss :D can we get some fluffy morning cuddles with jett, reyna or sage? love your work sm ur very talented <3
✮ ┆ morning cuddles w/ sage, reyna, and jett !
Tumblr media
a/n                         this took so long, purely because I was getting too deep into the horny shit LMAO but I hope despite the months of wait this is something to you ppl’s liking :)
cw for               sfw content, gn reader, cuddling
Tumblr media
✮ jett ;
you move around under the covers slightly, stretching your legs before rolling onto your side as you came to. there was hardly any muscle in your body that woke up in time with your brain, still feeling the heaviness of the sleep in your legs and arms as you turn your head up slightly, glancing up at sunwoo.
“did I wake you?” she whispers as she pushes one side of her headphones behind her ear, her other hand fumbling around with the turn off button on the side of her phone. you shake your head, blinking a few times with a big yawn that has your jaw aching while trying to scoot closer to her.
“no, you didn’t.” you hum into her arm that you wrap yourself around it, pushing your head into her shoulder as your fingers intertwine with hers. jett gives your hand a squeeze before offering you to watch whatever she was watching together if you were interested. you gave her a little nod, telling her you’ll listen in because you are not sure if you can keep your eyes open.
“alright then, I’ll make sure you it’s not too bright.” she chuckles, leaning to put her head on top of yours as her free hand managed to turn the phone’s brightness down and disconnect her headphones. jett nuzzled her nose into your hair, laughing as you shake her a little to get her to stop.
Tumblr media
✮ sage ;
the sound of the sheets rustling around stirred you from your sleep, making you reach over to the other side of the bed as you took a deep breath in before yawning. through the thick fog of sleep in your eyes you try to make out the silhouette that is just getting up from the bed. you groan, reaching for its hand but you only manage to bump your fingers against its skin.
“it’s still early, go back to sleep.” you hear ling whisper, her hand stroking the top of your hand while the other is pulling the covers back up on your chest. you shake your head, grabbing her by the wrist and pulling her back next to you.
“five more minutes...” it comes out as a mumble from your mouth as you pull her closer, laying your head on her chest and essentially pinning her to the bed with your arms wrapped around her shoulder. sage chuckles as you lay on top of her, giving your back a few rubs before enveloping you in her embrace.
“I guess five more minutes can’t hurt.” she says, a smile plastering on her lips as she lets herself get comfortable once again, breathing in her hand cream’s and your hair’s scent. she brings her hand up to the nape of your neck, dragging her fingernails gently over your skin, caressing your shoulders as she listens to your calm breathing.
Tumblr media
✮ reyna ;
waking up at this moment was the bane of your existence, you could have used a little more sleep as you felt the dull ache settling into your muscles from yesterday’s mission. you toss and turn a few times, trying to find a comfortable position while also looking for your girlfriend’s body to cling to.
“a little less moving around, carino.” reyna groaned as she turned on her side, shuffling a little closer before you felt her hand on your thigh, pulling your leg on top of her body before wrapping her arms around you. opening your eyes for a bare second to glance at her, a low chuckle coming from your throat as you see her eyebrows furrowed with small wrinkles on her forehead, her nose scrunched up.
“just couldn’t find you…” you sigh, wrapping your hands around the middle of her torso, fingers getting caught up in the creases of the loose tank top she was wearing for sleep. closing your eyes, pushing your head into her chest before fisting her shirt in your palm.
“don’t worry, I’d never leave without telling you.” she brings you a little closer to herself, taking a deep breath and slowly running her hand up and down your side. you nod your head, yawning before positioning yourself like a little kid clinging to their teddy break, expect you had a whole girlfriend to cling to without having to hug the blanket for extra body.

hi can you do a scenario of lan zhan y/n wei ying y/n hasn't been eating much so they feed him the scenario is that y/n is sitting on the edge of the water and lan zhan is behind kissing his neck and his lips while wei ying is in the water between his legs kissing his thighs making him gasp and lan zhan put a strawberry between his lips if y/n doesn't eat he won't be able to have more pleasure (it doesn't have to be explicit if you don't feel comfortable it can be subtle and I like the dialogue)
Writers Note(s): The first few lines confused me but I did get it in the end, Anon! I can do this for you, and I made it more sensual like a post-Wedding honeymoon thing if you don't mind! ^^ I also used more Chinese based fruits for this, for accuracy!
Tumblr media
Info on Reader: Reader is confirmed AMAB in this work. The Reader is mentioned to not have healthy eating habits; can be because of personal reasons, the clan wars, and/or anything. Reader is pampered here in a sensual manner, if you don't like please steer away.
Timeline: Post-canon, WangXian/Reader decided to have a proper honeymoon and left the Cloud Recesses for a short while. Inn is ambiguous.
🔴 Slightly suggestive content, be warned. It's more pampering and soft, but it is sensual and hinting.
Fujoshis and Fem Readers DNI || Enjoy your read!

The long time it took your group of three to finally get to the inn Wei Ying recommended, it was already time to rest and close your doors.
The honeymoon phase of your tri-elopement has been so bitter and filled with war, mystery, and more negativity then you'd like to recall. Your younger self, if you ever could tell them about this, would be horrified from start to finish. Your stomach felt hollow, yet full of cotton as you think back on the events yourself.
By the time Wei Wing had secured your party a room for a few days and Lan Wangji had borrowed the kitchen to make a basic meal for your travels; they both found you dead asleep and refusing to wake on the mat while they ate.
Even during breakfast, you only ate the bowl of glutinous rice that was put in front of you and took some of the grilled wontons to quell your stomach sending up unpleasant pangs. Sadly, it seemed that while exploring the town, that was the only time they saw you eat. Your jug of water was refilling a lot, compared to your plate at home.
Reflecting on the food habits of your travels and here at the inn and resort, you should have expected that these two handsy husbands would come up with something like this.
... When you finally are led where they wanted you, sitting on the pools rim while fully dressed and Wei Ying holding onto your robe, you feel Wei Ying saddle as close as possible while picking up a cherry.
While the inns personal bath is outside, it is surrounded by a fence that you are glad exists. You had been escorted in by Lan Wangji and in the large spring of water, you could see Wei Ying already in the water and messing with a bowl of fruit on the pools edge. You recognize said fruit had been bought in a shopping frenzy by Wei Ying earlier, so you suspected they were up to something...
And you were right. Very right.
Said cherry ended up at your lips and Wei Ying teases out an, "Say ahhhh..." before you got the hint. Eating it earns you a cheeky "attaboy" from him too.
Lan Wangji is the one who speaks up to explain this new situation to you as your robes soak in the water. "You haven't eaten well. It's our honeymoon. Eat." Lan Wangji ends the sentence with a kiss to your neck.
Wei Ying chimes in next with an apple slice between his index and thumb. "We've noticed that you haven't been eating well and we, as your husbands, just want to treat you a bit. We can't allow our husband to go hungry, can we?"
As he states that, he puts the slice onto your lips again and your stomach gives a pang as you eat it from your husbands hand. As you see him smile at your agreement, you feel Lan Wangji give an airy kiss to your shoulder as he pulls down your collar.
Oh... Oh, they were clever.
They were very passionate lovers, you knew that as you've been there for every walk of life with them. From Lan Wangji's first drinks in public with you and Wei Ying all the way to late night escapades during a clan war, you've known them to be handsy and very reckless. And it seems in this inn they'll risk letting the owners see them just to be loving on you.
You expected Wei Ying to feed you again, but the only one properly in pool attire in the water was more enamored with reaching up your robes and cradling your legs. Wei Ying pushes up the wet clothes and kisses up from your ankle to your knee as your face heats.
You're so enamored with Wei Ying that the new cherry at your lips startles you for a second before you hear again. "Eat."
You do and you're rewarded with Wei Ying biting wherever he lands, and you let out a gasp as an answer. Lan Wangji was gentler in his approach as he kissed at your neck, but you can hear his own breath speeding up as you gasp. Lan Wangji was next and fed you a piece of persimmon, and eating it earned you a kiss on the jaw from Lan Wangji himself.
"Good boy, good boy..." Wei Ying soothes as he relaxes further in the water till he is just bobbing carefree between your legs in the pool. "You're starting to get the hang of it. You snack, and we'll take care of the rest."
"It seems you two just like feeling me up and added fruit into the mix." You tease as you notice Lan Wangji slipping a hand to your sash to loosen your layers of clothes. You suspect eventually you might have to go in the water fully at this rate. "What do I get out of this, hm? I'll have to work off all this sugar if we're not care..."
Wei Ying grabbed at a starfruit as you were talking and slipped it between his own lips and held it there as he listens to you talk, and after you were trailing off he grinned with it in between his teeth.
You look at how smug he is and question him. "Wei Ying? What are you... ?"
And he seals his lips to yours with sudden movement. Lan Wangji was undoing your sash and robes, kissing and nipping your neck as Wei Ying attacked your lips. The starfruit was cut small and you feel the ridges pass your lips as your husband in front of you tangles his fingers in your hair. It was a tart, sweet, and stinging kiss.
Lan Wangji, who's been far too passive in the verbal department, seems to have his dam broken as he watches his two husbands make out before him. Lan Wangji's voice hitches as he is the one to answer your question from earlier.
"Passion..."

curling up and napping on streamer!wriothesley's lap ... he presses a gentle kiss to your forehead – quite the contrast to his bloody first person shooter game – when he sees you sleepily stir from him being too noisy. wriothesley turns off his comms in the end, enduring whatever yelling he gets from his teammates; the shouting match fades to white noise when he knows that you're sleeping peacefully in his arms. the chat goes crazy.

wriothesely wrapping his hand around your waist and using his thumb to rub that area slightly below and to the left of your tummy area because he can
wriothesely being a man that has a closed lip smile usually... but his smile widens to a full, teeth-showing grin when he sees you while still maintaining that grace to him
and of course... wriothesely making you a sangria at 5pm because he knows you deserve it
AAAA ying ily so much !!! The way i whole melted when I read these TT please excuse me while I write something quick for this my thoughts cannot b contained ajksd
「 ### : 」 established relationship, fluff, mentions of alcohol/implied alcohol consumption, comfort for tiring days !!
Tumblr media
Wriothesley can tell that it's been one of those days by the way you stumble into his office looking half-dead. He raises his head from the paper he's been reading just as you shuck off your coat and toss it haphazardly onto one of the couches. You take a seat where your coat landed, struggling to remove your shoes in your exhaustion.
In an instant, Wriothesley kneels before you, and you lean back, acquiescing the responsibility of removing your shoes to him.
"Hey," you tell him, the word borderline a sigh. You look exhausted, melting into the plush of his couch like you could fall asleep any second. "Missed you today."
"Missed you too, Dearest," Wriothesley says, pressing a kiss to your knee as he places your shoes to the side neatly. "Long day, huh?"
"Like you wouldn't believe," you groan, tipping over on your side so you're flopped across his couch like a seal. Laughing quietly, Wriothesley mauvers his way beside you, pulling you up so you're instead leaning against his shoulder, face pressed against his sleeve while one of his arms wrap around you, holding you close.
You purr when his hand, situated just near your tummy, begins stroking soothing circles into your skin. The touch is so natural–– it's something he does whenever you're nearby, and the familiarity of it soothes your nerves like nothing else can.
"If you keep doing that I might just fall asleep on you." Your words are muffled by his sleeve until you push up from him slightly, just enough for him to see your pout.
"You're always welcome to," is his simple response. His hand is still drawing comforting shapes into your skin, but his grin is wide–– wider than most people think Wriothesley's smile can get. While other people are more accustomed to a frown, a blank expression or (on rarer occasions) a tight-lipped quirk of the mouth from him, you have the honor of being familiar with the way his whole face lights up when he smiles at you like that, teeth showing and all.
"No, no," Sluggishly, you motion to get up and out of his hold, even though his grip around your waist remains steadfast. "You still have to do your work. Archons forbid that pile of documents grows any taller than it already is."
A sigh escapes him, but he releases his hold from around you anyways, getting up from his seat to ease you back into your flopped over seal position from before.. "I suppose you're right, as usual. You sure you'll be fine here?"
"I'll just take a nap, Wriothesley, it's fine." As you wave him off, encouraging him back to his desk, you can feel the yawn crawling out of you. Wriothesley has to keep himself from settling back down to join your nap.
His self control and sense of responsibility wins out though, and he finds himself back at his desk while you fall asleep. But before he looks back down at the papers that are calling for his attention, his gaze finds your form again, already so seep into your slumber. Changing course, he finds himself opening one of the bottom drawer to his desk instead, pulling out a bottle of red wine that he keeps close by more for your own consumption than his, and wonders if they might have fresh fruits in the fortress' break room.
Later, when you blearily open your eyes, it is still on the couch, but this time with your head on Wriothesley's thigh, wrapped up in a small blanket burrito, with his hand idly playing with your hair as he reads through some papers. Your eyes are still heavy, threatening to shut again but out of the corner of your eye you see just one glass filled with sangria beside a plate full of finger foods and fruits, Wriothesley's go to snack to pamper you with.
Feeling warmer than before, you bury yourself deeper into Wriothesley's lap, hoping that he can feel the curve of your smile, before sleep claims you once more.

Such a Bad Laozu
Tumblr media
Wᴀʀɴɪɴɢ: PwP, Mommy Kink, Creampie, Slight Overstimulation, Choking, Slight Bondage
Nᴏᴛᴇ: I have lots of drafts saved up that I'm writing and waiting to post for you guys. I'm also adding one last fandom if you noticed my main masterlist. So, my planning, you'll see later but for now enjoy this small request
Lan!AFAB!Reader x Wei Wuxian - Such a Bad Laozu
Tumblr media
Wei Wuxian... The Yilling Patriarch, the Yilling Laozu, demon spawn, Baba, Wei Ying, Ridiculous, many bad things.
Lan Y/N... The older Pearl of Gusu, Top three fighters, Mama, Ice Queen, the Gusu Princess, many good things.
Two completely opposite people, yet everyone saw them together most of the time during Gusu Lectures. No one knew of how Wei Wuxian was able to befriend the ice queen, not even her brothers knew... Well except Lan Xichen, but she made him promise that he didn't tell their little brother. And he's kept that promise, even to this day of how Wei Wuxian was in Mo Xuanyu's body. Lan Y/N could instantly tell it was her beloved. He wasn't able to fool her that easily.
So when Lan Wangji brought Wei Wuxian to Gusu those first few nights, you decided to have Wei Ying sleep in your palace because it made more sense then have him room with your brother. Mo Xuanyu was known for being gay so wouldn't him rooming with a woman be the best way so he's behaved? Everyone in Gusu thought so, especially Wei Wuxian.
"Wei Wuxian! The fact that you now come back here after all these years and yet decided to hide from me is shameful!" You yelled at him and pushed him onto your mat while the male looked flustered and chuckled softly. "Y/N..I know I shouldn't have."
"Oh that's definitely an understatement, Mr. Lazou. For leaving me alone these past 13 years, you will take all of my brunt." You smirked as you pulled his robes off. He looked a bit excited from your sudden change of attitude but he should of expected it. He left you alone for 13 years, he would definitely be pent up as well after finding out that his loved one was alive.
You used your Lan forehead ribbon and tied Wei Wuxian's hands up with it tight as you were on top of him. "Wow Mommy~... You better hope your brothers don't try to come in..." He teased you a bit while watching you take your robes off, getting back on top of him and wrapping your hand around his neck. "They won't. Xichen definitely won't and he'll make sure Wangji doesn't either. Now shut it."
The next few hours that went by were spent by you and Wei Wuxian fucking each other senseless like bunnies in heat, loud moans coming from the both of them. He couldn't really tell what time it was or how long they were going, he just knew that being with his pearl was amazing. "Fuck yes, Mommy~" He groaned while you were bouncing up and down his cock for probably the nth time. Squelching sounds could be heard from their hips connecting together, one look in your eyes told Wei Ying everything. He's gonna be exhausted when the sun rises.
And exhausted he was, he didn't even knew that Y/N had this much stamina until she made him cum inside of her ass for the fifth time. He could feel himself get sleepy, there probably only was a few hours left until it was time to get up yet you still wanted more from him. "Cmon, one last time, Wei Ying.." You panted softly while increasing your speed, moaning from how deep he went in you.
"B-but Mommy~ I don't think I can..~" He whined under his breath, tears in his eyes because of pleasure before you pulled his hair a bit, grabbing the ponytail. "But I know you can, baby~ Unless you're being a bad Laozu and refusing?.."
