Not really a fan of Kid but I really like the idea of him joining the strawhat grand fleet because given the fact that he'd be joining later than the Dressrosa members, given seniority, he would be lower ranked than people like Barto and Leo and I personally find that funny. It would be soul crushing for him to take orders from the captain of the esteemed Going Luffy-senpai and I want to see that.

My personal headcanon is that Sabo tries to radicalize anyone connected to Luffy that doesn't have a full pirate crew. Like he's eyeballing Law, Vivi and Bonney like crazy rn.

Also if he was in Film Red, Sabo would have a whole side plot trying to get his newfound sister to join the communist party.
