I was wondering who is Claire? From Curious anon that is no long a anon I guess

im assuming this is out of character, yeah? also so sorry for how late this is we never got the notification.

Claire is a fankid oc (Mr. Qi being her father, obviously). we originally really wanted to include her in an arc, but the plot was kinda messy and we didn't like how she fit into the narrative, so we scrapped it.

we also had a more important overall thread planned, the farmer's introduction (still planned, but we're sick so it's taking a while. and we lost the original file with some of the panels so... may take a bit), so that also contributed to it getting cut.

we may still incorporate her in some way in the future (unlikely), but the arc we planned is scrapped and likely never happening. it didn't really add anything to the narrative either, which i don't believe is necessarily a bad thing in every case, but we weren't happy with the concept anymore.

also, congrats on coming off anon? unless our ask box changed and only allows public asks now?

anyways, that's Claire. she's the other purple haired girl in the post about if Qi has his eyes on any of the other villagers.

i apologise for being gone so long!! life got kinda hectic. but im back and planning on posting here again :)!!

i'll be doing some minor changes and retcons (because, hello! new alter running this blog!), but im very excited!! im going to try staying consistently active on here after this hiatus ends as well.

i don't like rambling on here, but i felt an update and explanation was important! (however if you're curious there's more information in the tags!)

uh oh another hiatus post.

i feel bad going inactive right after the last hiatus, but ive been sick since july and don't have the energy to work on ask responses right now. i don't really know when ill be posting again, im (hopefully) seeing a doctor in a few weeks, and we'll go from there. ill keep the ask box open, but i may not get to any questions for a while.

"Aside from the farmer, no. Not currently. Most folk in the valley are too mundane for me. Sometimes, though, I'll take interest in one of the less mundane town folk. Like Abigail for example."

Hey it's curios anon again, I was putting some pieces together and I was wondering if you had a crush on the farmer? The reason why I'm asking is that you seem to be slightly blushing when you said that you watch them sometime. I might be wrong thought.

im sorry this one is short, i meant for it to be longer! my tablet died on me, and i won’t be getting a new one until around february probably, so updates will be really slow in the mean time
