Oh I'm editing this later after I posted this - I just realised one of my tags could be taken as transphobic. I'm not and people should be whatever they want to be. It was the school that I went to who gave the presentation on the lgb that didn't bring up trans people. Is it because it was a slightly religious school? This was 15 years ago when i attended that presentation so idk why they didn't inclued trans people. I had to learn all the other stuff on my own - including what trans people were. I did get confused over which way was which with trans woman and trans man but got there eventually.
